Tyylikkäällä rento tyylillään ja hienoilla hienostuneillaan tämä talo ei petä. Äskettäin uusittu, kuluja ei säästynyt Ocean Cityn johtavan kiinteistön tuomiseen! Talo sijaitsee kanavalla ja siinä on 5 pääsviittiä, 2 perhehuonealuetta, gourmet-keittiö, ruokailutila, kannen ulkopuolella sijaitseva kansi ja valtava kattokansi, josta on upeat näkymät Ocean Cityyn ja veteen. Only bad part about our stay is that is was not long enough! Beautiful home, as advertised, with a great location to restaurants and a quick walk to the beach.

Ocean City 4th of July Wk

We all had a great time. The house had everything you could want: very large living areas, dining area, kitchen and super sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. 5 minute walk to the beach! Like other reviews a NEW lock box is needed….. VERY difficult and extremely awkward to use. One other thing, could you do something about the traffic leaving town on Saturday morning??? It took us 2 hrs to go 25 miles!

owner thought of eveything you need to be comfortable

nice house and you can tell the owner knows what is needed inthe kitchen. David the host is exceptional.We had problems but our trip was not spoilted. i do have a suggection, and that is that they upgrade there lock system, by adding a door handle with the lock codes on it. We also had a mice problem, but hopefully that will be handled before next people come in. All in all, i would book there again.

We loved our stay and hope to return. All 5 bedrooms are very roomy with their own private full bath. Plenty of space for relaxing and eating. The kitchen has everything you will need.

What a beautiful house! It was very spacious, even with the 10 adults and 3 children. Every couple had their own king bed suite with comfy beds. Convenient location also.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was decorated nicely and had comfortable furniture. We did have several issues during our stay which got a quick response. All of the issues (except one) were fixed by ourselves or by the rental company sending someone to spray for ants and pick up trash outside. I would recommend replacing the batteries in the smoke detectors more frequently (not what you want to be going out to buy at 11:30 pm at night when the alarm goes off due to old batteries) and installing a new door lock system. They did offer late check out for our inconveniences but since it was raining we packed up and headed out early. Hopefully that gave them more time to fix the leak in the bathroom ceiling before the next guests arrive.

Family meet-up

We loved having 5 bedrooms that were all master suites with their own bathroom! Kitchen was big and well-equipped. We had a couple maintenance issues that were handled quickly by the management company. Would rent again if we return to the area.

Family Get-away

Beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. The boardwalk was only a 10 minute ride and the beach was a block away. We really enjoyed the back deck - we grilled a couple nights and played cards and had our morning coffee out back. There were a couple things we needed help with when we first got there, but Rhonda was quick to help us….I would recommend this property for large family gatherings.

Dream House

We absolutely loved this property. It is lovely and is a great property for large Family stays. They have a dining table large enough for the whole family and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking those family dinners with ease. There was room enough to enjoy each others comnpany without feeling cramped. Lots of nice Family time ! Highly recommend ! Very Clean ! Also easy walk to ocean and bus stop.

Anniversary Dinner

We enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, we loved it. Our family gets together every November to celebrate our anniversaries and cook a wonderful dinner. The kitchen was perfect for that, great appliances and was very well set up. The utensils and glassware were excellent. The only thing that we would suggest would be that we were fortunate enough to have great weather and we would have opened windows in the bedrooms but there are no screens. That said this is a wonderful house and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I wanted to bring my family there to remember the great time we had the year prior. Once again, our family had a wonderful time. My grand daughters think it’s our home at the beach! Wonderful holiday home

We enjoyed this home so much! It was so similar to the pictures. It was enough space for us to spread out and be together. The kitchen is where we spent most of our time and it didn’t disappoint. Only thing is the heating as it would be comfortable on the second floor but cool on the first, thus we did have to have first floor ppl wrap up. Bring an extra comforter and you will be fine - it was also one of the coldest days of the year. Will rent again! No problems at all!

Fabulous home

This home is all as described and then some. So much room to spread out, as we were a party of 12, with young children.. Best kitchen ever, though we could have used a few more saucepans. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever encountered in a rental house, and the rooftop deck was spectacular for night time relaxing. Location was also perfect with a short walk to the beach and the bus stop at the corner for getting around in OC without the hassle of finding parking. David and Rhonda were both terrific in replying quickly to any questions we had before and during our vacation. We have rented many homes over the years for family vacations and everyone agreed that this house has been the best find yet!!!

Wonderful property

Really well done property. 5 masters with 5-1/2 baths. Very clean. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Traffic light and crosswalk at the end of the street. Great neighborhood for a morning walk. We eat in every night and the kitchen is great however the oven is challenging. There was no food storage containers. We left some we bought but bring those if you eat in or take lunch to the beach. Rooftop sitting area was fun. Sit up there and watch the Sunday night fireworks.
