Beautiful Unit with Nice View

The condo was just beautiful. It looked freshly updated, very airy and very clean. We loved being at the end of the row of units. There was a restaurant with live music that we could hear when sitting outside (we couldn’t hear it inside). The sunrises were really nice and we could see part of the sunset. There was cornhole and a dock tight outside our unit. On the property were 2 pools, a fire pit, hammocks, and a lagoon with Adirondack style chairs. We enjoyed these amenities. Everything was easy!

Definitely not luxury, felt like a wholesale distributor.

We've been staying in the Keys for over 9 years now. This was our first real disappointment. Not as advertised; house has NOTHING in cupboards. No basic amenities, not even salt and pepper. Only a Keurig, no coffee pot, No blender! Pots and pans are Basic. Appliances, fixtures (including shower) feel cheap and not all in good repair. "Master" shower has a flexible, cheap floor and has NO shelf, noticed a VRBO review several months ago about this and clearly was not remedied. It's not "luxury" to put your soap on the floor of a tiny shower. Several doors still without doorstops despite several holes in the wall from obvious other guests' struggles. The pool was COLD, heater installed our last day and the guests at the other pool were NOT welcoming. Definitely NOT For families. The location is way too close to the highway, literally my husband and I could not hear each other when sitting on the balcony relaxing and attempting to talk. Traffic was nonstop and it's a big deterrant. We were told by more than one tenant that it's "really not a kids' location". First time in 9 years we felt out of place with bringing our older, well traveled and well behaved kids. This is basically a WalMart of rentals. Has what you need but not quality service or fixtures. The outdoor grill is so gross and filthy 4/5 burners did not work and it was too dirty to even attempt grilling with. Kayaks are available for use if you can catch someone to unlock the vests/paddles for you. (Good luck- lease office was closed majority of our stay). Joseph didn't reach out to see how our check in was but made sure to call late week and let me know the cleaning lady was coming on checkout day at 11. Overall take it from me- this is NOT a good value for renting. We've stayed in so much nicer with better service and location for equal and often less money. Lastly, we were told (unsolicited!) by four seperate long term renters HOW MUCH THEY PAY to stay. Lot of unhappy faces and poor service.

Wonderful Water View

This place was perfect for a little get away. The home could have been cleaned a little better(dust). We really enjoyed the location and the quiet of the neighborhood. We will come back!

Absolutely breathtaking

Joseph property is absolutely beautiful. You have so many amenities right at the property. He actually has cable which I loved because I’m not the one to watch movies when I am on vacation but we do watch spots. The place is at a great location close to a few spots to eat breakfast and Kiki sports bars. I will definitely return with my family. Thank you again Joseph

House and property were amazing! This is by far our new favorite place to stay in the Keys. Home was clean, comfortable and quiet. So much to do and the staff ( especially Bill) was wonderful. Thank you for a great vacation.

Water front and nicely decorated

Loved the view and waterfront. Own little marina with launching ramp. Great little quiet mini resort with games, gym, 2 pools, kayaks, hammocks, fire place, small beach But be aware it is right next to the highway. We loved watching the boats coming under the bridge

Perfect place for first timers!

The place was gorgeous! The process of checking in was so easy! The views were breathtaking! When the bedroom door was shut, noises from the rest of the townhome were blocked. It was super convenient having a washer & dryer in the unit, that was a great feature! Overall my family and I loved the place and can't wait to stay here again!

Great little vacay spot

We visited Little Torch Key for a girls getaway and it was wonderful! Exactly what we needed! The townhome was adorable and very comfortable. The property had fun things to do but we were so happy to just sit at the pool and relax. Kiki’s was a quick walk away and the food, drinks and live music was great. We even drove into Key West one evening for the sunset and dinner. We would definitely recommend this property!

I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in the Keys

Everything about the property was just as advertised. It was very clean and had everything you could want in a rental property. The location was excellent and within a short drive to all that we wanted to do.

Serene spot in the Keys

Clean and new, fresh and clean. This place was a perfect spot to explore the keys. The complex has a pool, a sand area with hammocks, outdoor grill, fire pit. Kiki’s Tiki bar is a 2 min walk away.

This place passed my 13 year old daughter's standards!

Dan was great to work with, and both the location and property were PERFECT! We were a party of 4 (two adults and two pre-teens). The property is clean and spacious. The beds and rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was open and easily the center of popularity at almost any time of the day. We had another couple visit us one evening and they loved this place too. It was convenient to Key West and Marathon, but other than special events we wanted to see, we never had to go past Big Pine to get anything we needed. The property offered everything a big and little kid could want. The gym was nice and well furnished. The over-sized chess set was a hit with my son. Fish under the docks kept us entertained and there was more we didn't have time to explore. We'll be back again and I cannot wait! Thank you for making our vacation , well - Perfect!

Great stay & condo

Very minor suggestions--I would recommend adding a handle on the master shower door + a shelf for soap. Would also be nice if there were basics like salt for cooking. But seriously, these were minor. Loved the decor & finishes, location, view, free kayaks, multiple pools, private beach with hammocks, proximity to kiki's for drinks & music. thanks for a great stay!

Property was nice but dirty.

First thing when we walked in and went to open the trash can and it was full of what smelled of fish leftovers. Had to place it on the outside deck. Refrigerator front and handles were greasy with finger prints. Lights in bedroom hall did not work. Outlets (top and bottom) in rooms did not work unless the lights were on. A/C closet and filter were filthy. (dust and cobwebs) For the price we expected more. And on top of that the weather was bad. (no fault of the property)
