🍁🍁🍁 Sijaitsemme 28 kilometrin päässä 🍂COVERED BRIDGE FESTIVAL🍂Ohjelmasta 12.-21. Lokakuuta 2018

Uskon, että löydät parvellamme kaikki odotuksesi. Meillä on useita lähellä olevia häälatoja (jos osallistut siihen). Olemme 30 minuutin päässä Indyn keskustasta, 26 mailin päässä Indianapolis Motor Speedway Track ... Brownsburgin Lucas Oil Raceway 18 mailia. Turkey Run State Park on 34 mailia. Attica Badland on 47 minuutin päässä. Olemme keskeisellä paikalla kaikille nautinnoille, jotka Indiana tarjoaa. Koko parvella on king-size tempur -vuodesohva, plus päivävuode vyöllä. Parvi on täysin kalustettu täysin varusteltu keittiö. Tontilla on grillausmahdollisuus sekä poreallas ja palokammio nautinnoksi. Meillä on lukuun ottamatta pieniä koiria, joilla ei ole talletusta, meillä on lemmikkejä ja uskomme todella, että he ovat osa perhettämme ... Nautin uusien ihmisten tapaamisesta, mikä tekee heidän lomastaan täysin nautinnollisen. Odotan innolla sinua.

What a perfect stay!

1840 is beyond beautiful. The lovely mini mansion combines historic nostalgia with modern conveniences. Every room is filled decor from the mid 1800s. The grounds are immaculate. The hosts were so friendly and helpful . We hope to return again next year

WOW - Amazing - 10/10

Amazing property - 30 min west of IND airport and about 50 min from Purdue. Very well stocked unit with many extra towels, pillows, blankets and kitchen. Host was very responsive and property had a firepit, BBQ and spa. Super cute town and very convenient. Master bedroom has a small bathroom in addition to downstairs main bathroom. Home is decorated in period furniture and art - Kitchen is modern and very functional. Would very much recommend - 10/10

Amazing - Spectacular - Incredible Hosts

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for 4 nights and loved it. House was well maintained and had modern conveniences in a historic building. My wife enjoyed spending her time in the swim spa while I was at a conference nearby. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here for aure. be

November Concert Getaway

Absolutely stunning property that will not dissapoint, love historical building and small town vibes and this had both going on, everything was great and the cat who greeted us when we arrived and hung out with us when using the Spa that evening was even more of a special moment, already planning on coming again when we have more time to spend. Nice little restaurant Ricky's Pancake House right in Jamestown to grab a quick bite to eat, nothing fancy but great portions price and service. 5 Star VRBO all the way, thanks Lena

Lovely surprise in the country!

Wonderful host and property. This was our “home base” for Family Weekend at DePauw University. We didn’t take full advantage of everything the property has to offer and we will definitely be back. The host, Lena, is super easy to work with. The house is cute, clean, and beautiful. I highly recommend it if you are in the area!

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home furnishings and decor were fitting of the description, 1830 Homestead. And the yard, so beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade by the swim spa and just relaxing (while my 5yr old great niece enjoyed swimming) and then as it started to get dark we sat and watched the fireflies! Absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

One of the best experiences

We had an absolutely amazing getaway here! The house is in wonderful condition and decorated beautifully. My kids adored the cats who came to visit, they were the sweetest and so friendly and really made us feel at home. The house had everything you could possibly think of, there was even coffee creamer in the fridge (a must have for me, I was so surprised)! The host was super helpful and quick to respond. She gave us some great suggestions for food and we were happily surprised with each. The swim spa was clean and in great condition and was the best way to spend our evenings. We would book this stay again in a heartbeat and wouldn’t change a thing about it.

Wonderful Stay.

I can’t recommend staying here enough. The barn is a peaceful retreat nestled perfectly in a small town. It is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home. I would love to stay on a snowy winter night. Don’t hesitate choosing this lovely location you won’t be disappointed. Alena is is lovely and her golden doodle is the sure to bring a smile. Little gem off beatin path

Overall a 10/10.We loved this little homestead house.everything was clean,neat,and very homie.The big surprise for us though was only a few steps away outside.We was not expecting this wonderfull warm ,soothing,relaxer.It really made our5 hour drive from southern Michigan worth the arrival,to ease our anxiety from the long drive.A perfect end to a long day.We recommend this property.And will love to stay again more than one night next time.

Like going back in time….

It was my husband & I & our grown daughter, & the house was perfect for the 3 of us. It’s an amazing property & decorated perfectly to make you feel you have gone back in time, yet still offers all the modern amenities one needs. The owners have gone above & beyond to make sure you have everything you might need. The house sits on a beautiful property & is very comfortable & quiet. We LOVED IT! My only wish is that we could have stayed longer. Definitely a 5 star place!

Weekend Anniversary Getaway

We wanted to go somewhere where it was quiet and low key. This place fit that bill and more. We loved the property and there were some very nice amenities which we didn’t even completely enjoy. The property had a nice fire pit located near the Jacuzzi pool along with a nice umbrella covered table. We took advantage of the pool both nights. The Lodge was spacious and had everything that we needed. We are glad that Ron and Alena shared this little treasure with us. They were great hosts.

At Home in a Barn Loft

The Barn Loft was beautiful, inside and out. The open living space was done in a farmhouse style, quite lovely. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable. The living room and dining area were big enough for several guests. The kitchen and snacks were well stocked as were a variety of drinks in the fridge. The bath included both a tub/shower for guests. The hosts were readily available and very nice. I recommend this stay for a quiet get-away for anyone. There is even a second bedroom if needed.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, and relaxing.

We stopped here on a cross country road trip with our two boys (5 and 7). It was a perfect place to stop. The house is beautiful with a private yard sitting area. The king bed is SO comfortable and my kids loved the huge hot tub that’s actually the size of a small pool. The house is beautifully decorated, well appointed and clean. Elena the host was very communicative, accommodating and nice. We are traveling during COVID and she went the extra mile and assured us the common-touch areas were sanitized before we arrived. I highly recommend this place and this host.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The barn & loft is beautiful! Bed was super comfy, kitchen & living room was nice. It rained while we were there so our plans were cancelled. So we stayed at the loft most of the time. Such a relaxing stay! I’d highly recommend it to anyone. The host was helpful in answering my questions before our stay.

Hendricks County Barn

We loved the coziness of the property and the special amenities (snacks, drinks). We did have a bit of an issue with the property manager not realizing we had a reservation (VRBO did not send a reminder), but the issue was quickly resolved and did not affect our stay. It was somewhat difficult to find the property, especially in the dark. We followed the directions in the communication, but it was not accurate. Overall, very nice place to stay! Would stay again.
