Sinulla on molempien maailmojen parhaat puolet tällä Sweet Retreat -ravintolalla, joka on lepää rauhallisella Bass-järvellä ja veneellä Rooman järvelle oikealle tielle. Tarjoamme myös 10% alennuksen 7 päivän vuokrauksesta. Mökki sijaitsee melkein neljällä metsäisellä verkkovieraalla, 200 metrin rantaalueella kauniilla villieläimillä. Tässä 2500 neliöjalkakodissa on viisi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. On avoin pohjaratkaisu, joka koostuu tilavasta olohuoneesta ja täydellisestä keittiöstä astianpesukoneella. Avoin konsepti-olohuone, ikkunat, jotka peittävät talon koko etuosan, upeista näkymistä järvelle. Patio, joka on riittävän suuri viihdettä varten, pöytä, tuolit, kaasugrilli ja lepäävät nurmikon tuolit rentoutuakseen samalla kun nautit lampiossa olevan suihkulähteen äänistä. Viidenkymmenen jalkan telakka on vedessä ja kajakkeja on saatavana kesähauskoihisi. Bassjärvi on pienempi kevätravinto kaikille urheilujärville, jossa on paljon kalastusta ja hiihtoa. We loved our stay at the Sweet Retreat! The house is spacious and relaxing. We were impressed at all of the outside activities available-rowboat, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, outdoor eating area with umbrella, and large inside table for eating and family games. We made great family memories. Gail was super and responded to our few questions quickly! We loved our stay!

Bass lake fun

Great property and owners make sure all amenities are there for not only the house but the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards, fishing equipment in the garage, charcoal for the grill and wood for fires. Make sure to take lots of bug repellent for the evenings! Great location to get to Sleeping Bear and also Traverse city.

Family vacation my

Such a nice house in a quiet area on the lake. I really don’t think the pictures are reflective of how nice this house is. The house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your family. We had a great time exploring the area with our family.

A wonderful experience for our entire family!

This home served as our family vacation spot. With 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths it was ideal for our stay. The home is fully stocked with supplies, an incredible garage for evening corn hole games, extra refrigerators, and lakefront on Bass Lake. The dock and swimming area was one of the best with a sandy beach, access to kayaks, and paddleboards. Our kids and our grandkids made wonderful memories playing in the lake all day. The fire pit was ideal in the evening for smores, laughs, and great conversation. Communication with the owners was timely and they are genuinely wonderful people to work with. The home is everything as described on the listing and we would highly recommend!!! Not all VRBO stays are this amazing. Highly recommend this home and all that comes with it!!

Memorable Family Vacation

This lake house and its grounds were beautiful! Gail and Roger went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Communication was excellent! The kitchen was the most well equipped one I have been in. The large dining table was great for meals and playing games at night. The double and queen bedrooms allowed privacy and had amazingly large closets. We enjoyed the sandy beach, floating in the water, kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, along with rides on the pontoon boat we rented for the week. The patio off the house was enjoyable for eating outside, reading or just visiting with family. Access to the large outbuilding was great for storing our things. Having the 2 extra refrigerators were great as well. We loved the large outside area for yard games and enjoyed 2 nights of bonfires and s'mores. We got to know the Interlochen area and discovered Cicero's Pizza, the Farmer's Market, Tom's Grocery, Kate's Icecream, St. Ambrose Cellars, Oaky's Tavern and Bud's. We also ventured out...Leland Fish Town, Traverse City, Point Betsie Lighthouse and Frankfort. Some of our group golfed at Crystal Lake Golf Course and visited Mission Point Lighthouse. So many memories made!

Such a peaceful location!

Had a great time spending a long weekend here. House was perfect for kids and had all the amenities we could ever need. Also plenty spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing taste of Upper Michigan

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. We loved fishing and boating in the lake. We loved doing our workouts in the out building. Very clean, close enough to stores and restaurants. Great time for our family.

Family vacation in Michigan

This property was awesome, to quote my 8 yr old grandson. We had a bed for each of us. Outdoor activities were wonderful. The great room was very spacious & we could all (10) sit at the table for meals. We made some good memories.

Perfect family lake vacation

Having had other lake vacations in Minnesota and Wisconsin, this was the 1st one in Michigan. While we loved hiking at Sleeping Bears dunes and some great meals out, the real highlights were quality time as a family at this beautiful home including meals together, boating, fishing, s’mores around the campfire, family games, and much laughter and stories. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great family vacation at the lake! Roger and Gail were so gracious in letting us use everything at the house during our stay.

Great Vacation Home!

This home is in a wonderful location. It is quiet and very private with lovely outdoor space and a great beach area for swimming. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and I would definitely stay here again. The owners were very responsive and helpful. 5 stars all the way!

The Best!

We love Sweet Retreat

We love staying here. This is our 2nd year we spent a week. It is beautiful and fully stocked with all the you will need. The location is close to whatever activities you are looking for. Our boys caught fish off of the dock and learned how to kayak with the equipment that is provided. Great place for a family get together.

Even Better than expected

This is a great spacious property with awesome features. We were in town for a Wedding and we were able to fit many people comfortably that were traveling in from all over the globe. I would highly recommend this property.

Memories Made!

Sweet Retreat is a delight! The house is very nice and better than the pictures! We did have a slight issue with the upstairs shower, but that would not deter me from staying again. Location is very peaceful, away from the hustle, and bustle, but close to everything!

Family Vacation

We absolutely love the house with all the amenities! Plenty of room for everyone. Family love the lake and kayaking in the mornings while I enjoyed my coffee overlooking the lake. We will absolutely book again. Gail & Roger were excellent hosts and extremely responsive.

Such a Sweet Retreat!

The property is such a hidden gem! The house had everything we needed and then some. It was the perfect spot for our family and friends to spend time together on the lake. It was also a perfect location for exploring the surrounding areas as well. This is our 3rd year in a row coming to this house and we’ll be back again. The host is super friendly and welcoming as well!

This property sits less than 1 hour between Frankfort, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and Cadillac. Easy in and out to all.
