Todella hurmaava merenranta vetäytyä vain länsirannasta, jossa on 60 metriä yksityistä, rauhallista hiekkarantaa, henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ranskalaiset ovet kaikissa huoneissa, jotka avautuvat aaltojen alla kaatumaan. Tämä 1 makuuhuoneen ja 1 kylpyhuoneen äskettäin uusittu avoin pohjakerroksen keittiö uusilla laitteilla ja kalusteilla on täydellinen paeta rentoutua ja päästä eroon kaikesta. Beautiful Beachhouse

We had a great stay. We loved sitting on the deck watching dolphins and listening to the waves. The house had everything we needed and if we had any questions Michelle always answered promptly.

Quiet and nature's wonder

The location is great if you want peace and quiet on mostly your own beach. The few neighbors there are very friendly. You are guaranteed to see dolphins, whales and sea lions each morning and evening at least during time we were there. Our 5 & 6 year old, dog and ourselves really loved it. There are 2 futons in LR so each of the kids got their own sleeping space. It is a one-bedroom and nice kitchen. If you want to be able to enjoy the beach, sound of waves and family time -- great place to stay.

Lovely Beach House

The house is in a great location with awesome ocean views. We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would have to agree with the previous comment about the shower head. The low flow water saver shower head actually made us take showers that were at least twice as long than usual. The water flow is very low. But that was a minor thing compared to all the positives. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this house.

This beach house is a gem!

We had a wonderful and refreshing stay at Michelle’s beach house. It is a beachfront property with gorgeous ocean views. We went to the beach using the stairs connected to the house, enjoyed watching the dolphins and surfers from the deck or in cooler days from the living room. Michelle is a fantastic host, respond quickly! Upon arrival, there was a welcome basket awaiting in the kitchen counter. We achieved our goal of having a quality family time. Didn’t turn on the TV the entire time (Thursday-Monday) during our stay. Enjoying the view and listening to the crashing waves with some music was more than enough. Thank you Michelle!

Malibu beach shack.

Arrived at residence, housekeeping had not been there. Call the property manager Michelle, she answered the phone and than hung up on me, never returned my call. Finally a little communication via email, She said housekeeping should have come already . 6 pm a nice maintenance man came fixed the garbage disposal. He helped us clean bathroom and trash. We had to completely clean the house ourselves, wash all the linens/blankets so we had something to sleep on . 8pm housekeeping showed up, we were done cleaning by than . I had to keep reaching out to manager she never checked in with us. Most of the time she never answered. The property is not well maintained, had to climb over a boat engine to get to the beach and eventually move it. The hillside was continuing to crumble down, major safety issue. The exhaust fan or light in kitchen didn’t work, light switches did work, 3 out of 3 space heaters didn’t work, toaster didn’t toaster, bathtub has red bacteria /mold in the jets, bathroom exhaust did not work. The bed room TV not working correctly, the screen seems to have damage. The walls have gashes from furniture, nails sticking out where art work is missing . Can’t forget about the broken window with exposed glass, another huge safety issue. On the patio the sofa was covered in mold, bird poop and a nest behind it . The glass on the table is too big and the corners are sharp and dangerous. It’s an adorable little place that needs a lot of love. Thank you Chris

nice place

I rented this place for my friends and me. The 3 things I want to point out are --- there were sands on the bed but as we spent at least 2 days, we realized how hard was it to get rid of sands since we went out to the ocean. it was a difficult process to turn on the dryer as it was very high and we had to get a chair to stand on it and stick our head between the gap to turn it on. renovation next door was still going on but it didn't bother us and they were super nice. overall, these minor issues, we still really enjoyed the stay and will recommend for friends and family. We will rent this place again in the future.

Birthday Getaway

My husband and I went to Malibu for a little vacation for his birthday. It was a beautiful experience. The house is wonderful right on the beach with amazing views. It's a great place to getaway, we will be back!

Outstanding beach weekend

This was an exceptional weekend stay at the beach. Outstanding communication by the property manager, who allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, in addition to making our last minute booking work. Dog friendly, which is hard to find, and our two pups thoroughly enjoyed their time running on the beach and lounging on the deck. Great location, just west of Neptune's Net and over county line, within close proximity to Trancas Cyn restaurants and groceries, as well as Point Dume. We will definitely return when we need a relaxing weekend to disconnect again!

The house had spiders in the bedroom and the hot water didn’t work the whole time during the satay.

The property was nice but there was no hot water and we had little girls staying with us. They couldn’t shower the whole time there. The experience was horrible for what we paid. I have a regret booking this place and I will never book again. The people running the place where no help out all when we told them about the issue

Quiet get away

Just what we needed for a quiet get away. Great private location with beautiful views. The deck is perfect for watching the sunset or sightings of dolphins in the early morning!

Beachfront Stay

Property is perfect for a small family or just a couple. Can’t beat the views and the access to the beach whenever we wanted. Michelle was quick to respond to every reach out. Property is about 5-6 miles from a mini market, so make sure you grab what you need before hand. Would love to come back.

Lovely Beachfront Getaway

This Malibu beach house is perfect for a weekend of solitude. It sits just far enough off of PCH, so you don’t hear the traffic. And it is a bit further back from the ocean, so you can sit comfortably on the beach., even when the tide starts to roll in. It appears that there is only private beach access, so it was peaceful and quiet most of the day. The ocean view is stunning, complete with dolphins! The house is the perfect size for 1-2 people. Weekends are the best time to book the rental, as the house next door is currently under renovation.

Perfect beachfront location

The one thing I wanted for my vacation this year was to be ON the beach, and, wow, do you get that in spades in this house. The ocean view is stunning from every room in this beautiful little beach house. The beach is private and quiet - except for the sound of the crashing waves! - and I saw dolphins and sea lions swimming along the surf every day. Just perfect. Note the house is right off the PCH, but it sits down a bit from the road and you don’t hear the traffic with the sound of the waves. It also has a bit more “beach” access, since it is set back from the other houses on this strip. Even when the tide was in, there was room to sit out a blanket or chair on the sand. There was some construction going on in the house next door during the week, which the owner disclosed; it was not too noisy or disruptive, but good to be aware of. All in all, it was a great stay (except for the fact that I had to work more than I would’ve liked), and would definitely come back again to experience this amazing oceanfront location.

Good for small family

The location is hard to beat, get to enjoy the beach and ocean everyday especially during the heat wave. I brought my dogs and walked them on the beach. Property located in Ventura county, so it's bit far from the Malibu pier. On Sat took us over 50 minutes to get there due to heavy traffic. Kitchen provides essential tools for cooking three meals a day, I wish there's a blender and vege peeler. The keurug coffee is a nice touch, and we enjoy that. The reason I didn't give a 5 stars overall is there's no dining table and chairs inside or out in the patio. There are three overly high chairs by the counter in a tight setting. A small dining table out in the patio would be perfect. This is the only draw back. Michelle the host is very responsive. Have a nice stay overall.

Beautiful Location!

This petite home sits on a stunning beach! Unobstructed views from every room framed by floor to ceiling windows and glass doors across the entire front of the house. We had an issue with the kitchen, but our host responded quickly. The online photos of the living room do not reflect the current furnishings. An easy online update.

Nice Location

Nice oceanfront location. Had issues with shower head, and Michelle quickly addressed and had plumber come to replace. Owner was very responsive and wanted to ensure we had a good stay.

Amazing Beach House

This place is amazing! I grew up 20 minutes away and always wondered what it would be like to stay right on the beach in Malibu and this place didn't disappoint at all and was a dream to stay at! We loved the location, the beach, and the property. The only recommendation would be to replace the shower head...its a low flow saver type and we just didn't like it as it had no pressure but we also didn't complain about it as there were to many other positives. We would also recommend a hair dryer and maybe a dust buster vacuum be included on the property. We cooked at the property and it had pretty much everything we needed so that was awesome! Thanks so much! We will be back for sure.

We love the fresh air and feeling of freedom when we stay at the Beach House with the private beach space and access. We hope to make your time in our Beach House as enjoyably as possible. There are beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping nearby to check out.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath newly remodeled open floorplan kitchen with new appliances and fixtures is the perfect escape to relax and get away from it all. New French Oak floors throughout, a marble shower and large porcelain sink, master bedroom with the most stunning views to wake up to everyday.
