Wonderful stay

Location is perfect. Steps from the beach. Pictures of the property were very accurate. Hosts were the absolute best. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Everything was basically as we expected. The hosts live in the other attached unit and we would see them occasionally in the shared outdoor spaces. They were incredibly nice and fun to talk with. The unit was clean and met our needs. You step out the front door and you can see the beach! Great location!!

Great stay for small family

Location couldn't be better to enjoy the beach and the boardwalk. We loved grilling out on the patio and being able to wash the sand off in the back before coming in from the beach. The two units were perfect for our group allowing my in laws to have their own space and entrance. Only thing that could be improved was better/more seating in the living room so we could all lounge and enjoy a movie at the end of the day. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice location

This property is a fantastic location. It's a short walk to the beach/broadwalk. The cleaners didnt finish until after check-in time. We had a problem with the key not being available and had to wait for the owners to come home. The unit itself was dated and somewhat shabby (bathmats not fresh, shower curtain mildewed,etc)

What I thought would be a vacation turned into a nightmare

The property manager doesn't get in contact with you they have roaches and scabbies the next door neighbor is not kid friendly I wasn't able to get into my house on time they were 3 hours late which is horrible since the house wasn't even cleaned all the way never again will I go through vacasa VRBO or use this house ever again

great location, accommodation needs a little attention

The elderly couple who live in one of the adjoining properties are very sweet, and the unit has its retro charm. The patio in the back is quite nice. And the location is very close to the beach and boardwalk. Unfortunately there is no washer or dryer and the property management didn't leave sufficient towels, etc.. for our 6 day stay. There was only one roll of cheap paper towels to supply the kitchen, 2 of the beds had stained linens on them, towels were in short supply and we ran out of toilet paper during the stay (extras consisted of a couple of short rolls left from previous guests). The bath drainage got considerable worse as the week went on. A little better attention to guest needs and property maintenance would make this a great place to stay.

Great Location!

Overall, we had a great experience staying here! You cannot beat the location, as it is just a short stroll to the beach and broadwalk. John and Inga are very nice people and very accommodating. The only drawback that we experienced was the A/C in the smaller bedroom could have been better, as it seemed to always be warmer in that room versus the rest of the unit. We would still highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Hollywood Beach area!

Excellent Location! Excellent Hosts!

The location was perfect. The backyard was a tropical slice of paradise. The perfect spot to end your day with a glass of wine and great conversation. The best part was John and Inga...the owners of Bella Vista! They are a lovely and funny and so welcoming. We will be back! The Mermaids

Amazing place to stay!

We had a really good time at this place, it is really close to the ocean. There are plenty activities to do around it. The house has a nice back yard to hang out. Everything was great! The owners next door are very nice and friendly people. I really recommend this place for friends and families. I will definitely come back again. Thanks:)

Great location

Great place to stay within an arm’s reach of the boardwalk and beach. Very spacious, clean and quiet. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and boogie boards was a bonus! The shady backyard patio was beautiful and perfect for morning coffee. Our hosts were very sweet and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and perfect

Fun stay at Hollywood Beach

What I liked about this unit is that it was a 2 min walk to the beach. It had a full kitchen, a separate bedroom. When I ordered it, I thought I ordered a 2-bedroom home, but it was a 2-unit home (with 2 separate outside doors but joining door inside). I liked the lush, manicured garden in the back for stretching out and relaxing while hiding from the sun and returning from the beach. It also has a picnic table in the garden. I was glad to see that there was a free parking just outside my unit. Just steps away, there is Marriott hotel where I would go for lunch and pina coladas. Overall, I would stay there again.

Charming beach vacation spot

Cozy apartments felt like home, practically on the beach, lovely backyard with tropical plants where we had many meals, easy to go back and forth all day with our three young kids. We loved Hollywood—perfect for families who want a lively but not crazy beach atmosphere near the airports. Would give it 5 stars if the apartments were more updated for the price, but we had a wonderful stay and may return!

Home away from home!

We just finished up our stay at Bella Vista and were SO sad to leave. The accommodations could not have been nicer. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids, from 9 to 9 months. The space was enough for our family and the home was exactly as described (yes they had beach chairs 😍 and beach towels). I can’t tell you how amazing the location was. Steps from the broad-walk and Ocean yet far enough away to give you privacy. The back patio was so nice to have breakfast and dinner on everyday and you could still hear entertainment without all the bustle. Having kids who still nap, it was great to come and go to the beach as often as you liked to watch the sun rise (don’t miss it!), look for Shell’s (so many!) or go swimming for a couple of hours. Once you get groceries if you choose to, you really never have to use your car. Restaurants, bars, shopping entertainment all in walking distance. Definitely rent a bike, chopper or limo multi person bike to ride the broadwalk. But the most beautiful thing of Bella Vista is the couple who live next door. They were so good to us and our children and somehow they felt like family in the short 6 days we were there. We are missing them as we write this! This is a true gem of a spot. Don’t wait, book it!

The backyard was amazing, tropical feel and you can grill and listen to live music as you make your dinner. House was clean, stocked with dishes,pots and pans and some supplies. The owners are so kind and friendly, they we're there with any guestions you had. There is a grill, beach chairs,umbrellas and boogie boards to take to beach that is shared by all 3 units . Beautiful place to stay and relax!!

We all could have not been more impressed with the property and our stay. It was our first time coming to Hollywood Beach and didnt know really what it was like. WE LOVED IT. The owners were so great - even gave us coffee and creamer the first night as we arrived so late to go out and get an groceries for morning. We have already decided we are going back next year!!!!

Quaint & clean w/fabulous hosts!

We loved our stay in Fort Lauderdale! It is a super cute house that was a quaint step-back in time....we loved it there!! Close to the beach and amenities but also quiet and with a great back yard. It was truly a little slice of heaven with in Ft Lauderdale!
