Powder Run on uskomattoman toivottava sijainti alemmassa Deer Valley - helppo kävellä rinteitä Snow Park tukikohta, jossa Carpenter Express ja Silver Lake Express, sekä kaksi aloittelija hissien lähellä hiihtokoulun kohtauspaikka.

Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2. 5 kylpyhuoneen yksikkö tarjoaa upeat upeat näkymät jokaisesta kulmasta joka kausi, toisesta kävelet oven läpi. Avoin keittiö on hiljattain päivitetty ja siinä on graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet sekä kuuden hengen ruokapöytä. Ruokailutila avautuu elävään tilaan, jossa sinua hoidetaan niille upeille vuoristomaisemoille omalta yksityiseltä patioiltasi sekä omasta ulkouima-altaasta!

Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Kaikkien kylpyhuoneiden vastakannat ovat myös graniitti, ja jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa on seisova suihku.

The management team, check in was super as was the location. But the condition of the place...dirty dishes, broken lamps, broken towel bars, stained carpet, etc. was extremely disappointing.

a short ski holiday

Location is wonderful: a 2 minute walk (in ski boots) to the lifts Right on the main street but peaceful. BUT accommodation is CHEAP - bathroom fittings falling apart - shower door not closing - lighting poor - no chair in the main bedroom - 2nd bedroom has space for 2 queens but has 2 small singles - kitchen crockery cracked and nothing matches so it feels like a collection of spare parts - lounge sofa and carpet feel run down And this approach spills over into the management: there is a fireplace but no wood; there is no welcome pack (so no tissues, no tea/coffee/milk etc: spend $40 on a welcome pack of essentials and some treats - even add that spend to the price of the stay - and you would generate a completely different impression. Overall this place in need of a serious renovation!

Power Run

The communications from you all were great. Clear and concise. The location was amazing! The apt was well equipped by way of appliances and linens. The internet was also solid. The remote and keyless access worked well too. There were a handful of things that could be improved. The carpet really needs to be replaced as it's in bad shape an makes the place feel less clean. The pots, pans, silverware and utensils need updating too. It would also be nice if there was some firewood left for use; I didn't want to get a car and didn't want to carry it back from town. That would be a nice touch. Finally, the pillows are pretty uncomfortable.

The Perfect Ski Getaway!

We had the best time staying here. The location cannot be beat! It took just 3 minutes for us to walk to the ski lift from the building. The unit was clean and tidy. The hot tub on the balcony is lovely and private and well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated with lovely countertops, and the carpet throughout the unit was clean and looked new. The view of the mountains from every window is incredible. I can't wait to plan my next trip here!

Subpar

We changed our reservation within the allowed time and have yet to receive any payment credit. The code to get into the parking garage and unit had been changed, so we had to ask another renter to help us gain access to the building. The property was not clean - dishes in the cabinet were covered in dried food, the oven was not clean, the blankets on the bed were dirty and smelled. The a/c unit did not cool the bedrooms. Owner/manager was cool at best and has not responded since we left. Great area and location. If you choose to stay, find another unit.

Beautiful place close to ski lifts

I had an amazing time. The place was gorgeous and it is a very easy walk to the ski lifts. The place itself was very clean and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the mountains and my fiance and I had some much needed rest and relaxing. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in deer valley. My only complaint is a lot of the dishes were dirty that were placed in the cabinets.

Great Location

Great location, but badly in need or renovation. Shower doors don't close, drawers fall out and doors don't open in the kitchen, carpet is a disater, electrical boxes loose in the wall.

Close to the slopes

My family stayed at this property to be close to the slopes and that definitely was the case. Just a short walk to the slopes at Deer Valley and near the overnight ski storage. We found the hot tub and full kitchen to both be welcomed amenities as we came off the slopes and just wanted to relax and unwind in the comfort of the condo. Loved the 2 1/2 baths as well. Lastly, we had a small issue with the code to get in initially but the property manager was very responsive and helped us very quickly. Overall it was a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

Could not open windows for fresh air. We were not informed of construction not only on property but on our balcony. Absolutely no privacy bcs of workers basically in our living room. Property agent told us he was unaware they were going to be having construction.

So close to the lifts!!

Cozy condo that is less than half a block to the lifts. The condo had everything we needed. Hot tub was fantastic. Loved looking out over the slopes! Fireplace was also a huge plus. The condo was clean. We will definitely be back.

Great location, bad condo

Location was amazing. We stayed at this same building before and compared to the other unit, this was in far worse condition. Limited toiletries and wash clothes, broken washing machine, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and clothes left in the closet. Carpet was stained and towel racks broken. Shower door didn’t close. Multiple burned out lightbulbs, 4 of which we had to replace. Sofa was broken also. Gum was stuck in one of the throw pillows.

Great location for skiers.

This place was everything we expected. Short walk to snow park lodge. My only complaint was the mattresses and pillows. Otherwise we loved it.

Awesome location

Overall, this condo was a great value for having a slopeside location at a much lower price than the closer options. If you are looking for a location where you can easily walk to the slopes and have your own hot tub, this is it. The condo is very spacious with 10 ft ceilings and large windows in the living room to show off the views. That being said, it is a bit dated with the furniture and cabinetry, but that comes with the value.

Super convenient to Snow Park Lodge

Couldn’t be more convenient to the ski school and Snow Park Lodge and lifts there. Nice to have a private hot tub at the end of the day. Unexpected board games made for some fun evenings.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was my favorite especially after a long day of skiing. It is super close to the Deer Valley hub - easy walking distance. You could easily walk home for lunch if you wanted. We would use the St. Regis as the landmark to tell Uber drivers to pick us up. We rode the Funicular the last day and it had an awesome view! I'm glad there was some firewood in the condo. The fireplace has a nice place to sit by the fire. Owners may want to pick up a cookie sheet. There are some pegs and cubbies you can use for your ski gear when you walk in - I loved that too! Overall, the place was great! Thanks for making it available.

Excellent

After some initial logistical flubs (the property had just changed hands days before my arrival) we moved into what was a much bigger property than I had imagined, It wasn’t a fish-eye lens that took that picture of the living room after all. Luke and his team moved very quickly and very effectively to redress the errors of the check-in process and more than compensated for the inconvenience that was caused. They did this quickly and with tremendous courtesy. Because the property is new to the current management it was missing/marred by a few minor items (like no sponges and a loose faucet) that can take a half a day of a short vacation running around to correct. But these will not be at issue by the time you rent. I know this because Luke and his team have real integrity and character. The property is located an outrageously brief 50 steps from Snow Canyon Lodge and has its own indoor parking. Fantastic, really. The hot tub doesn’t hurt either. I highly recommend this property and its management. Book it.
