Kotimme sijaitsee Seneca-järven viinireitin sydämessä, ja sieltä on upeat näkymät Seneca-järvelle ja näkymät kahdelle vuohenpanimelle ja Chateau La Fayetten viinitarhoille. Äskettäin ostettu marraskuussa 2018 teemme useita päivityksiä ennen kesää 2019, jotta vieraamme saisivat saman kokemuksen kuin he ovat tottuneet toiseen paikkaan (katso arvostelut VRBO-listalle # 912271). Great stay

This property is beautiful and so well maintained. There is so much to do nearby. The hot tub was incredible for off season.The house made for a great girls trip!

Wonderful property

Lot’s of space. Gorgeous view. Just as described in the listing. Helpful and accommodating hosts. Convenient to Watkins Glen, about 22 miles to Elmira, many wineries close by, and some spectacular waterfalls. We would stay here again.

Seneca Lake Getaway

This house had exactly what we needed. Close to Watkins Glen, fairly close to Geneva, and plenty of restaurants, breweries and wineries close by. House was in near perfect shape. Experienced no issues while staying here. Could not have been more pleased.

December Surprise 30th Birthday Weekend

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations. Beautiful view of Seneca Lake. Close to restaurants if you don't want to cook. There was a welcoming Holiday Tree with white lights that lit up the first floor with holiday cheer. Plenty of seating around the dining room table and huge kitchen island. The fireplace and sunken conversation pit family room was cozy and fun. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the hot tub when the beautiful snow fell on our faces. Great memories. Thank you so much.

Perfect getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was just as pictured. Amazing views. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and plenty of space for our family on the inside. Can only imagine how awesome it would be in the summer with the pool. We will be coming back. Highly recommend. Close to multiple wineries.

Great birthday celebration with family

Our stay in this home could not have been better. Everything we needed was provided from the spacious state of the art kitchen to the built in pool and hot tub that was the center of our activities. Location was excellent with several wineries, breweries and distilleries within 2 miles. Lovely view, fire pit, luxury master bedroom. What more could we ask for?

Great view

Was so beautiful watching the sunset every night. House was in a great location and really updated. My only complaint is there was a fly problem in the house which I think can be fixed easily once they fix a broken window, which I'm sure they will do soon. The owners were very responsive to anything we needed. Overall, loved the house!

Beautiful view and space!

We absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful and so spacious. The kids loved the loft space and the master bed/bath are amazing. The view of the lake is really beautiful. The hot tub is perfect. Everything we needed was available at the house. Perfect. We were off season but that didn’t matter as several of the local wineries were open.

Great weekend

We had 4 couples stay at the house. The house is lovely with a wonderful outdoor area. The 4th bedroom is a bunk so it was more challenging for a couple but we made it work. It’s a beautiful view and walking distance to a winery and brewery. We enjoyed the live music from the deck. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Couldn’t have asked for more

What a great stay.... communication and check in were great. The home, which was obviously just renovated top to bottom, was beautiful. Owners/hosts Annie and Gary spared no expense on a high quality renovation. The home was furnished with everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, one could need while on vacation. The hot tub and pool were the icing on the cake. When we did decide to venture out, away from the wonderful accommodations and beautiful lake view., we found the home very conveniently located in close proximity to many wineries/breweries/distilleries and only a few miles outside the town of Watkins Glen. We did, however, make sure we we back in time to catch the sunset from the deck and hot tub. Would have given 6 stars if possible.

Summer Getaway

We were fortunate enough to be the first guests at this beautiful home with a magnificent view of Seneca Lake. Annie and Gary are awesome, responsive hosts who pulled out all of the stops to make this property available ahead of schedule when their other nearby property required repairs just prior to our scheduled stay. There are great winieries and breweries within walking distance or a short drive away. Area hiking and waterfalls are close by with no shortage of things to do. The close proximity to Ithaca makes for a nice day trip. Nearly everything you need is already provided by the hosts. The hot tub spa and soon to be completed pool will be great fun for future guests, but I have to say that our favorite moments were sitting on the deck with an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine while overlooking the beautiful expanse of Seneca Lake. Beyond our Expectations!

Where to start... This home was perfect in every possible way! I stayed here with my 2 daughters, their husbands and my 4 grandchildren (ages 5, 3, 2 and 6 months). The home was absolutely more than we could have asked for. It is a beautifully renovated home where not a single detail was overlooked - absolutely gorgeous inside and out! The owners went above and beyond with this renovation! The pool and hot tub were big hits for my group. The lake views and sunsets can't be beat. Morning coffee on the 2nd story balcony was a treat! There is a brewery located at the bottom of this property where they have live music on the weekends (perfect bonus!). There are so many attractions in the area that it would be impossible for anyone to be bored. Needless to say, we LOVED our stay here and can't wait to go back! I could go on and on raving about this home. To sum it up, in the words of my 5 year old granddaughter, "Super Grandma, can we live here forever?" Nothing more to be said, lol. Also, the hosts Annie and Gary are gems! So easy to communicate with! Thank you for letting us stay in your little slice of heaven!

Loved this property. Perfectly met our needs of wanting a relaxing vacation with mixed in hiking and wine/brewery/distillery tours. Great views of the lake off the back deck and possibly best of all, an easy walk to Two Goats Brewery next door.

Our Seneca Lake Bach

We stayed here for our joint bachelorette weekend with 8 people and it was absolutely perfect! The home had cozy vibes, a beautiful design, and a spacious layout—plenty of room for everyone to relax. The amenities were amazing, especially the hot tub and the stunning lake views. The master suite was a dream, with a truly breathtaking bathroom and the perfect getting-ready space for our group. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—just minutes from some of the best wineries on the lake. I would stay here over and over again. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate. Highly recommend!

Birthday Weekend

I visit the FLX about once or twice a year, but not usually with a group that would warrant renting a big house. So I was very happy to finally get the chance for a friends/family weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday, and this house was an awesome choice. The house is in my preferred location along Seneca, near all my favorite spots, and being just up the hill from Two Goats was great for live music in the evenings. The house itself was so spacious for our group of 10. Amenities in the house were well thought out with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc in the kitchen. Enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub on a chilly April weekend and playing Pac Man for the nostalgia.

Fun in the Finger Lakes

This property was perfect for our girls weekend in the finger lakes!! 12 girls staying in the home and nobody felt cramped- so much room to spread out but still all hang out together. The house was extremely clean, updated, and just adorable! The amenities with the hot tub, fire pit, pac man were a big hit…I can only imagine how fun it would be in the summer with the nice big pool. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had through the booking process and the weekend. I would 100% recommend this home to all my family and friends and I hope to be back!!

Beautiful home and location!

We absolutely loved our stay - the views from the kitchen, dining room, game room and two of the upstairs bedrooms were exactly what we hoped for! The hot tub was great weather permitting - We had cold and rain so we didn’t use the pool unfortunately. Amazing kitchen too with great appliances! Great communication with Annie, who even made sure to leave some extra toys for our toddler - they were a hit, and everyone was sad to leave!
