Tämä sisustettu, uusittu koti on upea "koti poissa kotoa"! Et voi voittaa paikkaa! Se sijaitsee erittäin lähellä Canton St. district (kävelyetäisyydellä) sen lonkka, kukoistava, monipuolinen ruokailu, ostokset ja taidegalleriat. Canton Street ja ympäröivä alue on tullut "kohde". Alueella on noin 30 ravintolaa / veneet, joista monet ovat palkittuja!
Historiallisessa Roswellissa ei ole mitään tekemistä, onko kyseessä historiallinen kiertokäynti, kulttuuritapahtuma, vieraileva taidegalleriat, Chattahoocheen tutustuminen tai yksi monista palkittavista puistoista ja polkuista. Kävele Roswellin kuuluisalle "Roswell Alive" -kadulle jokaisen kuukauden 3. torstaina huhtikuusta lokakuuhun.
Roswellilla on myös monia häät- ja tapahtumapaikkoja 1-3 kilometrin päässä talosta.
Tämä koti on viihtyisä ja mukava ja siinä on paljon luonnonvaloa. Suuri keittiö on täysin varustettu ja siinä on kaikki uudet laitteet. Lisäksi keittiössä on ruokailutila. Keittiön ulkopuolella on erillinen ruokailuhuone, johon mahtuu vähintään 6 henkeä.
Olohuone on hyvin varusteltu ja siinä on iso tv-televisio hauskan värikäs sähkö takka-valitse värejä mielialasi mukaan! On toinen den / toimisto ranskalaiset ovet johtavat uusi suuri kannelle, josta on näkymät suuri aidattu takapihalla. Etupiha on aidattu myös. Se on lemmikin paratiisi!
Makuuhuoneet ovat ylellisiä huippuluokan lakanat, TV: n, runsaasti laatikkotilaa ja kaappeja. Kylpyhuoneet on hiljattain remontoitu ja niissä on myös hienot lakanat.
Olemme ylpeitä elämästä Roswellissa ja tiedämme, että nautit talossamme ja Roswell niin paljon kuin me!

Great time in Roswell

Perfect property if you have dogs. Waljed to Canton St resteraunts. Propety is very well maintained. Clean and cozy...wonderful time and the hist is very accomodaying and a cery nice person

Best Ever!

We found this home to be one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully designed and decorated. Every amenities that was needed was thought of and provided at a very high-quality level. It was such a treat to feel so well taken care of. Thank you Terry. Great little gem in the heart of downtown Roswell

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so cute and well equipped with everything we would need. We also loved walking to Canton Street in downtown Roswell to take advantage of all the fantastic restaurants there. Our host was super communicative and very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Dog Friendly Roswell

We stayed with our pup for nearly 4 weeks and had the best time. Roswell is a walkable, dog friendly small town. We walked all over, dined on gorgeous outdoor patios, hiked the many parks, and explored historic gardens. This comfortable and cozy house makes it all possible on foot. And the fully fenced yard made life easy when we were ready for a rest.

Felt like home away from home!

I loved my stay and Terry and her property manager were so helpful and accommodating. I’m out of my house for home renovations and couldn’t be happier with the house. EVERYTHING you could possibly want was there. The back yard and deck were so peaceful. I highly recommend this home away from home.

Perfect location, lovely home!

Everything was perfect with this property: - Great communication with owner - Easy check in - Property was clean and fully stocked - Property was exactly as described in listing - Fully updated and beautifully decorated - Great for dogs - large, fully fenced yard - Perfectly sized for our family of 6 plus our dog - Walking distance to Canton Street - Not to be missed! In short, everything was perfect with the property. We had not a single complaint. We travel to Atlanta every year for softball, and we will absolutely try to secure this property annually from now on.

Wonderful house and location!

Traveling around the country to explore cities and decide where we want to live in retirement and Atlanta metro is our first stop. The location of this house is perfect - walkable to historic downtown Roswell and easy access to roads/freeways to explore the area. The home is beautifully decorated, fresh and modern, furnished with comfortable beds, sofas, chairs that have allowed us to have family and friends visit easily. Kitchen has all the gear needed to cook anything; BBQ on the back deck is so nice. The back yard is a little oasis of ‘forest’ in the city and is a delight. The owner and property manager are responsive, helpful and so nice. Highly recommend this rental house!!!

Local Getaway

My husband, pup and I stayed at this property for a week while our floors were being refinished just 5 miles north. The home is very well-stocked with everything we needed. Not knowing what to expect, we packed TP, Paper Towels, Dish pods, Laundry pods, etc., but we didn't need any of it! The home was so well-equipped with everything we needed. The property is completely fenced in, front and back, with a chain-link fence and a gate in the driveway. This was perfect for our pup who could spend time outside safely as a couple of days during the week had beautiful weather. The property is also a short walk from Canton Street in the heart of downtown Roswell, and we were able to easily pick-up dinner from Osteria Mattone and Table & Main during our stay. On other nights, we cooked-in in the cozy kitchen. If I didn't have to work long hours, I would have spent all day reading the many books the home has to pick from! I saw "Where the Crawdads Sing" as an option, so the books seem to be recently updated. Overall, this was a very comfortable rental home. We enjoyed our stay and will choose to go back if we ever have to refinish our floors again! :)

We stayed here over the summer when we were waiting to move into a new house. The pictures show it exactly as it is, no surprises. The location is very convenient to lots of things to do.

Clean Home and Perfect Location

Our family of 4 + our dogs stayed for several weeks while we completed our move to Georgia. The home is small, well kept, and very clean. The yard is large and was perfect for the dogs. The location is perfect - we walked everywhere. There is a really nice park close by with walking trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, ball fields etc. Also, the proximity to the restaurants on Canton is helpful with limited hills - making it easy on the legs! Communication with Terry was excellent and she was quick to help whenever we had a need. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. The only negative is that the street is kind of busy, however by keeping the gate closed and secured, there was no concern with dogs or kids. If you have little ones (of either), you simply need to ensure that the gate is well secured.

Best in Roswell hands down!!

This property is awesome and so accessible to all that Roswell has to offer…but what is great about this stay was the owner Terry and her awesome house manager Shea! We wanted for nothing and were treated as if we were in a 5 star hotel!! We are already booked for a two week stay next Summer and cannot wait! Thank you Terry, Shea, and staff for a great home away from home:))

Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay in this very lovely home. The home was clean and comfortable. The selection of books was great. I believe I read 4 during my stay. Terry was extremely responsive and helpful. She provided delicious dinner suggestions. If we are ever in the area we will definitely rent this home again.

Great little local getaway!

We loved our time here! Such a great mix of quaint and quiet but situated very close to downtown Roswell and all it has to offer. The home was also particularly well stocked with all the little things you might forget when packing. Great communication with the owner before and during our stay and would highly recommend.

Amazing getaway

This was my home away from home for the week. Roswell is a charming town and we really enjoyed it. The downtown area is less than a 5 minute drive. The house was so comfortable. Very clean, modern appliances, updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. I loved the fenced yard. Terry was very accommodating - I highly recommend.

Renovated Roswell Rental

Our host was super accommodating and responsive to our family during our stay. She was very flexible with having animals and responded to questions and issues in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
