Koe upeita auringonlaskuja vettä omalta, kalustettu parveke tässä kodikkaassa Gulf-edessä condo Indian Rocks Beach. Vieraat tämän vuokra myös nauttia jaetun pääsy suuri uima-allas, poreallas, aurinkokansi, ja tenniskenttä.

On hauskaa on ollut vierailijoille kaikenikäisille muutaman kilometrin tämän vuokra. Toteutettava koko perheelle alas Splash Harbour Water Park, vain kilometrin etelään. Reef club

Great place to vacation!

My family of 5 stayed here for one week. I read reviews on the beds being uncomfortable, but personally I slept better here than at home! Everyone has different tastes! It was spacious and clean! I didn’t mind the older decor…the furniture was comfy and thats all that mattered to us! They provided shampoo and conditioner and body wash in each bedroom. Towels galore! They have a closet filled with beach chairs and beach accessories, including a beach umbrella. They have plenty of dishes. My only request would be more bigger pots and pans. They have 1 big pot and 2 bigger pans. They provide dish soap and laundry pods. They didnt provide extra garbage bags. They have a grabage shute so not having garbage bags wasn’t that big of a deal. They could get a newer coffee pot…but the one they have works fine…just a little slower. Plenty of space and storage! You only get 1 parking spot. Any other vehicles have to park in the guest parking..which is at the same place. The pool and hot tub was great! But the ocean is much better and literally steps away! We will definitely be back! We had a great time!

Look Elsewhere

This was a disappointing place to stay at. Upon arrival there was no parking pass. Called Vacasa and was told they would contact someone to get us one. Never got one. The beach towels and mats outside the showers were all wet upon arrival. The living room ceiling fan made a loud screeching noise when turned off and couldn't use all week. This has been a complaint from other prior reviews I've seen. We found several roaches throughout the week. The washer was dirty with caked up powder everywhere. The condo itself is very outdated and needs updating and new paint. Old refrigerator without an ice maker. There is mold on the ceiling in the primary bath by the vent. Just a really disappointing stay. The Reef Club itself was good. Short walk to beach without a crowd. Pool was nice The location was convenient to restaurants. We've been coming to Clearwater are for family vacations for years and this was by far the worst place we've ever stay out.

Property fabulous - unit decent

Property was great. Unit could use a little upkeep (toilet runs and balcony door very hard to open and close) but if you are there for the beach and view that doesn’t matter too much. Would have liked to have been granted permission to use a guest parking spot one night. Has two beach chairs and one small beach umbrella. If you want more beach gear you’ll have to bring it. Beach, pool, hot tub, pickleball court and activity area are awesome.

Our family has stayed at many units at the Reef. We would have given this unit a 5 stair if the rug in master bedroom was replaced along with a new dryer painted outside door and a dead bolt

Condo 304 at Reef Club Indian Rocks Beach FL

Our family has stayed at Reef Club many times in many condos. I would have rated this 4.5 if I could have. The only issues we had were the rug in master bedroom needed to be replaced, there wasn’t a deadbolt, a new dryer and painting the front door. We just love this condo complex and heading next year

The location is great! Beach is right there. Nice pool, hot tub, and nearby restaurants. The unit is outdated, dark and was not very clean. The mattresses and lines were not comfortable and seemed worn. It also would have been nice if there was a table on the balcony like the pictures shown. Management was very easy to get ahold of and was very accommodating. Overall, we did have a great time but there are nicer units in this complex that we would stay at next time.

Decent. Not a tremendous company to work with

Condo was decent but needs some major updating and fixing. I expressed concern prior to arrival and got an email on my last day. Their check in process was not the best and was very frustrating. I wouldn’t go with Vacasa again.

Great location

Overall we loved our stay it was perfect for us, right off the beach and has a pool. When we first arrived our passcode didn’t work and when you have a 2 year who has never traveled before and was super cranky and tired like the rest of us it was less than ideal but I called the office and they got us in. We had this issue again and they gave us the code to the key which was ok. Inside it’s specious, the bedrooms good size. I would recommend new pillows for the master bedroom they felt like having no pillows at all. Also I’d suggest taking care of the rust. There is rust of the fridge, stove (which my daughter cut herself) , ceiling in the bathroom… But other than those things well even with those things it was perfect!

Two week stay in unit 304.

The unit was nice enough but needed some repairs. The blinds from the living room to the balcony did not open and close properly. As a result when we finally got them open 3/4 of the way we just left them that way. The balcony furniture was rusty and three of the four swivel chairs did not swivel since they were rusty. The balcony light cover was missing so there were exposed wires. With that said the kitchen was nice and well stocked. There was a full size washer and dryer which was nice also. The three bedrooms were large and and had plenty of storage space. The Reef is a very nice facility with ocean views for all units. The tennis court is a plus.

Great Place at an Affordable Price

This was a great place to stay. I read the reviews, both good and bad. If you're used to staying at the Ritz, then it's probably not for you. If you're a normal person with normal value and tastes, then it was superb place at a good value. The place was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy. Super easy to get to the beach and lots of places to eat within an easy walking distance.

Place is Great BUT

The place is wonderfully located, and vacasa answered my problems very quickly. The problem was THE MASTER BEDROOM MATRESS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. I had to sleep in one of the other bedrooms to get a decent nights rest. Otherwise the stay was good. However without a good nights sleep was tired a lot.

Disappointing

We’ve stayed in this building a number of times and we were quite disappointed with our stay in this specific unit. This condo offers the bare minimum. The unit is functional, but very outdated, with many of the appliances being rusty, as well as rust in both bathrooms. Our first night we arrived we encountered HUGE American cockroaches (1-2 inches long), and while the owner apologized for their presence, did nothing to remedy the situation. They said I’d be contacted by local representatives, but we never heard anything. Overall disappointed and will not be staying again.

Disappointed

We were surprised that VRBO would have anything to do with property that is so badly in need of updating . The tub in the guest bathroom is in the process of rusting. All along where the grout should be it was rust. Cabinet door does not close. In the kitchen, the refrigerator was filthy on the side and leaked on the floor as well as inside from the ice maker. Had to keep a towel in both places. The utinsles in the kitchen are not effective, knives all dull, cutting board is very small and old In the master bathroom someone painted the wall,but left a border around the toilet. The guest bathroom had 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. There were was no mention of the linen closet in there so I had to wash daily. The front door is a rusty and looks nasty. The rug in the front room smells like someone vomited on it As I said earlier, I was very surprised that VRBO would recommend or even represent this one. We have used VRBO for several rentals and have always been blown away by the properties that we have rented, this particular unit was awful. I will use VRBO in the future but will never hold yo this rental again

Needs attention, not recommended

This particular unit shows signs of neglect. The main patio door handle was hanging by a thread until we went to the hardware store to get two new screws and some loctite. The patio furniture on the balcony (whose light fixture is inoperable with exposed wiring) can only be described as dilapidated with one so badly corroded it really isn't safe. The beds are the cheapest mattresses made with almost no upholstering and there was not even a cheap foam topper supplied.
