SIJAINTI SIJAINTI! Uskomatonta näkymää! Tämä suora merenranta huoneisto on uskomaton näkymät kuulla aaltojen kaatuu vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Uskomaton suora merinäköala, jossa on laaja näköala ja tilava merinäköala. Tilavat parvekkeet, makuuhuone, olohuone ja keittiö ovat upeita näkymiä aivan rannan yläpuolelle. 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 täyttä kylpyammeet suoraan merenranta huoneisto, kätevästi keskellä kaupunkia OC ja lähellä kymmeniä muita paikallisia suosikkeja ja ranta nähtävyyksiä. Huoneessa on 1 katettu parkkipaikka ja paljon ilmaista pysäköintitilaa lähellä. On upouusi matto, uudet huonekalut ja taulutelevisiot. On queen-size-vuode suoraan Ocean Front makuuhuone ja 4 sänkyä toinen makuuhuone (2 kerrossänkyä) ja myös vedä sohva niin nukkuu 5 toinen makuuhuone. Olohuoneessa on myös ulosvedettävä sohva. Huoneistossa on täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Olen johtava kumppani VRBO: n kanssa ja olen juuri ostanut tämän asunnon. Minulla on myös täysin uusittu huoneisto rakennuksessa ja muut kauniit suorat merenrantaominaisuudet rantakadulla, jos haluamasi päivät eivät ole käytettävissä tässä kiinteistössä. Great last-minute getaway
My two teens and I made a last-minute decision to head to the beach. Booking was easy, and the host was super responsive. We were able to check-in early and check-out late. The condo had plenty of room, was very comfortable and the location was great. Would highly recommend this condo to other families.

Thank you for such a pleasant stay!! The ocean view was perfect and to be able to see sunrise from anywhere in condo was amazing. Close to all the action but quick access to the quiet beach with lifeguards

We enjoyed our stay. Could not have a better view. Only drawback was the amount of towels and silverware were not enough for the number of guests.

Missed the mark!
This review is as objective and straight forward as possible. Also, despite the issues that were communicated, the owner himself, never reached out personally. It was the property manager. That carries a negative consolation from a renter. The view is by far the greatest feature of this property and covers some flaws. The king size bed was also very comfortable. The binoculars were also a huge plus. While there were issues out of the owners control (which were handled quickly), there were some that could and should have been corrected before any guest stayed. The property was not clean (molded blender base, dust piles in all the corners, finger prints and scuffs on walls, grimy spill in cabinet) and the property screamed cheap!! I was told that the owner walked through, prior to us checking in.... That was very unproductive!!! Several stained yellow, sweaty pillows. Broken and loose chairs, all flimsy quality furniture. There was not one comfortable seat in the house, from the (new)couch to the plastic deck chairs. If you're bigger person (I am 6'2" 275lbs), you will have a difficult time getting comfortable. Not recommended if your standards are higher for a rental.

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 11. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service. This is my 5th property in Ocean City, MD. I am a premier partner on VRBO with lots of 5 star reviews on my other properties. Please check out my other properties if this one is booked for the days you want to visit. There are all direct ocean front gorgeous condos. PLEASE BOOK EARLY AS THESE CONDOS TEND TO GO FAST.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!This direct ocean front condo has incredible views hear the waves crashing just steps away. Incredible Direct Ocean view unit with wide views and spacious ocean front balcony.There are incredible views right on top of the beach from your spacious balcony,master bedroom,living room and kitchen. 2 bedroom and 2 bath direct oceanfront condo, conveniently located in mid-town OC and close to dozens of other local favorites and beach attractions. Comes with 1 covered parking and lots of free parking close by. I am in the process of putting in new carpet, new furniture and flat screen tvs. There will be a brand new king size bed in the master bedroom and 4 single beds in the 2nd bedroom (2 bunk beds) and also a pull out sofa so sleeps 5 in the 2nd bedroom. There will also be a pull out sofa in the living room.There is a full size washer/dryer in condo. New pictures coming soon. I am not renovating the kitchen,common area or bathrooms at this time. I am a premier partner with VRBO and have just purchased this condo. I also have a completely redone condo in the building and other beautiful direct ocean front properties on the boardwalk if the days you want are unavailable at this property. This is just one of our amazing Ocean City homes.
