Tämä perheen talo sijaitsee Roundhill Villagessa 1/3 hehtaarin kohdalla, ja kummallakin puolella on kaksi avointa erää, mikä on loistava yksityisyyttä varten. Voit jopa varastaa Lake Tahoe -huipun keittiöstä ja kannelta! Suuressa keittiössä on 6-polttiminen 2-uuninen kaasuliesi, joka on hyvä syömään aamiaiseksi tai illalliseksi. Suuri vierekkäin oleva jääkaappi ja astianpesukone täydentävät keittiön. Kannella, aivan keittiön ulkopuolella, on BBQ-varastoitu se propaani (BBQ-astiat ovat laatikoissa suoraan liukulasiovi-oven sisällä)

Yläkerran olohuoneessa on 55-tuumainen taulutelevisio ja Bluetooth-Sony-soundbar-järjestelmä, joka voi toistaa musiikkia puhelimesta, laitteista tai televisiosta. On myös kaksipuolinen takka, joka sijaitsee olohuoneen ja keittiön välillä.

On myös suuri alakerran perhehuone, jossa on toinen suuri 55 tuuman tv, biljardipöytä ja pöytä, ja siinä on suuri baari, jossa on pesuallas, astianpesukone ja pieni jääkaappi.

Great house & host!
We are a group of friends that have done a ski trip together for over 30 years. We have stayed many places & this was definitely one of our favorites! The kitchen was well equipped & had plenty of space for us all to gather around while the amateur chef's showed off their skills. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so there was no skiing but we had plenty to do at the house taking advantage of the poker table, pool table, etc. When roads were closed heading out - we called up Kevin and he was easily able to extend us a day so we could travel safely home. We are definitely going to stay here again!

Fun large cabin
We had a great stay. Plenty of space and restrooms for everyone, big kitchen, pool table, foosball. Easy drive to South Lake and the Heavenly lifts. We loved it. The owner even bought a high chair for a 9 month old in our group! The home is a little older than it looks in the photos, but that’s pretty typical for rentals in Tahoe. Overall five stars for sure.

A group of us decided to take a little mini vacation from everyday life and this house did not disappoint! The game room was awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great Weekend Catching up with Old Friends
This is an amazing property. I have a group of friends (some of us family) from NCAL, SCAL, Utah, and Florida that try to come to the Tahoe area once a year to hang out, barbecue, play video games, hit the lake, and go to the casinos. We wish we found this place sooner. We had a great time hanging out on the multiple decks, watching movies in the living room, and gaming in the game room. We actually spent more time in the house than expected because we were enjoying our time. It's a great place to connect with old friends. Kevin was wonderful and easy to work with. We'll be renting this place again, I'm sure.

Great Tahoe Vacation
A group of friends and myself stayed at Kevin’s house in Zephyr cove in mid August. We were very impressed with the house. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping quarters, the game room offers lots of activities during down time, and the location is great and closely connected with various activities to do throughout Lake Tahoe. Kevin was very receptive and active in communications and nicely left a welcome package on check-in that was awesome. I highly recommend this house and working with the Kevin to plan your stay.

Excellent home and superhosts!!
Oh my goodness, I don't know where to begin with our stay here! I brought a group of 12 of both friends and family to help celebrate my 30th birthday for my first time to Tahoe! Kevin went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and being available for any questions or concerns. We requested both a bit of an earlier check in and late check out due to our traveling plans, and Kevin went above and beyond to make it possible! This was hands down the best home rental experience we've ever had. The house is BEAUTIFUL! So much room for activities! The sound system and game room was an added perk. My friends and family had only compliments and good things to say about the place all weekend!! Plenty of room for individuals to do their own thing or gather together for games or meals. Plenty of showers and bathrooms. This place is 10/10. When we venture back to Tahoe, this will be the place! It's a quick drive to the casinos, beaches, restaurants, and other happenings around South Lake Tahoe. Thank you Kevin for your excellent hosting. You were the best host we've ever worked with! You seem like such a kind and accommodating person, so we cannot thank you enough for making our experience in Tahoe the best one yet! If you're between rental options, this is your ticket, you will love it and all it has to offer!

Epic Tahoe vacation spot!!!
Wow! What can I say about this gem, but...wow! So many bedrooms and a mother-in-law quarter with kitchen and private bathroom. Tucked away in a cute little community with views to die for. The owner was awesome to work with. He helped make our trip one to remember even during 6 feet of snow. Close to the town and casinos, so the location was perfect. We had so much fun sledding and playing in the snow. Full game room downstairs helped us kill time while being snowed in for 2 days. We WILL be renting this amazing home in the future.

The perfect house for all
The house had everything you need for a large party. We had adults, teenagers, and one child over a fun weekend. The location was close to all Tahoe has to offer. The house layout allowed everyone to have their space and play when needed. The manager was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to all.

Great Place for family gathering
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was for my wife's 70th birthday, and we needed a place that would house the whole family. The house was large, with two separate living areas. It was great to have the pool and game area downstairs where the kids (and an occasional adult) could play, along with a living room, kitchen and dining area upstairs, which was perfect for just relaxing, or gathering around the dinner table. Beds were all comfortable, although I would say sleeping is a little tight for 16 people. The owner was very responsive and available, although we really didn't require much assistance. The location is great, very close to main part of South Lake, but in a quiet neighborhood. The biggest issues were several - what I would call - deferred maintenance items, although nothing that impacted our stay. (This was my primary reason for 4 - not 5 - stars. The kitchen could have had a few more items, but was adequate for our short stay. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay, and would stay here again.

The property is better than it looks in the picture, clean and comfortable. The owner is kind and responsive. We (6 adults and 4 kids) had a great time here. The only thing disappointed the kids is that the foots ball is not working well. Helpfully the owner could get it fixed soon.

Beautiful Weekend, Even Better Accommodation
Kevin was an awesome host and made the the entire process extremely easy and seamless as he was very responsive. The actual accommodation itself was perfectly located, less then 5 minutes from all restaurants and entertainment in South Lake Tahoe. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody looking to spend a weekend in South Lake.

This house is in a great location and worked perfect for a group of 12 adults that were there for a reunion. Kevin was very responsive and check in/out was seem less. Highly recommended.

Still traumatized
The owner asked police officers to evict us out of property at 1:00 am in the morning. Police threatened to arrest us if we don’t leave the house. A case was created. I wanted a full refund and a termination of this owner to further do business with VRBO to protect future tourists from being evicted out of the property. We left 1:30 am and drove back to California in the middle of the dark night. Luckily we were safe home.

Wonderful family time
We were very pleased with the house. While the many outdoor activities kept us away during the day it was so comfortable to come home to at night. Plenty of space and the pool table was a big hit with the teens. We all loved the kitchen space for gathering around and talking. The only reason for 4 stars was due to an undersized queen bed in the granny flat. Kevin is very easy to work with and reach. Close to everything including sunsets at the beach!

Hello, My name is Kevin and I was raised in beautiful Lake Tahoe Nevada in the house that you are looking at staying in! I am an outdoor sports enthusiast including all water sports, snowmobiling, dirt biking, mountain biking, hiking and everything this epic place let me learn to do. I now live part time in southern California in Sunset Beach and part time in Lake Tahoe when I get the chance! I have done everything throughout the city and have a lot of friends and connections so I can help you out with enjoyable plans or suggestions! The property is set up just right. Large open floor plan with plenty of entertainment room and space along one with large bedrooms bathrooms and a warm home feel!
