Mökki lähellä Clam-järveä - kadun toisella puolella Clam-järveltä & julkinen pääsy järvelle.
Tämä suloinen mökki on hiljattain uusittu. 2 Bedrrom, 1 kylpyhuone, vuodepaikkoja 4. Täydellinen pako. Lähellä Torch Lake, Marinas, Bellaire, Shorts Brewery & viehättävä kaupunki Alden. Tuo veneesi ja nauti veneilystä yli 60 kilometrin päässä sisävesiväylältä. Tai vuokraa venettä yhdellä paikallisista venesatamista. 40 minuutin ajomatka Traverse Cityyn. Aina paljon nähtävää tai tekemistä. Tai rentoudu ja tee mitään!
Tuo kajakki tai kanootti ja laita se vedelle kadun toiselle puolelle. Wifi saatavilla. Anteeksi ei ilmastointi.

Great Stay

We has a wonderful couple nights here. It is a great central location for exploring the area around Torch Lake and beyond. Would stay again.

Great location

We enjoyed this house and its excellent location. Seeing a bald eagle hunting on clam lake was the highlight of our trip.

Pleasant Location

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this cottage. Clean, comfortable and affordable for the location. Area is quiet as well.

Nice cozy cabin

It’s small but clean and well supplied (except for bed linens & paper products). Nice sized yard with fire pit and space for a few cars and/or boat trailer. Property management company very helpful and easy to work with.

Cute and Clean Cabin

My husband and our two young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and a perfect size for the four of us. The wall a/c unit cooled the entire place. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with items to help make our stay easier. We will definitely be returning!

Nice little cottage.

The place is called Cottage on Clam Lake, so we mistakenly thought it was on the lake and we'd have a dock, so that was disappointing. Also, it was so hot, it could REALLY benefit from air - it's small enough that even a window unit would cool the whole place down pretty well. Otherwise, clean and cute and close to Alden, Bellaire, Butch's and Torch Lake.

Cute little cottage, very close to multiple boat launches. We had a great time. The cottage was very clean and neatly decorated. Added bonus of having a washer and dryer available to use. Thank you!

Lovely getaway

We had a great time and an extremely comfortable stay. The cabin exceeded our expectations in many ways, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was air conditioned, plenty of yard space for yard games, and it was nice to enjoy a bonfire in the evenings. The location is perfect, safe, and quiet… the lake is a simple walk across the street and the boat launch/restaurant/stores are only a few minutes away. There’s a few small things that could be done to elevate their guests experiences, like supplying towels and putting in a key code for easy check in and check out. You have to bring your own pillow cases/sheets which was quite odd, especially since the beds are made when you arrive but they’re made without sheets. It was so nice not having any clean up required other than taking the trash out, especially with a 9am check out. A typical 11am check out would be nice to have enough time to have coffee/breakfast before leaving. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!

Cabin on clam

Small cabin super close to torch lake and clam lake! House is super clean and perfect for four people! Only down side is the check in and out process, there is no code to enter cabin or lock box to gain access you are required to pick up from separate location at designated time which can be inconvenient.

Perfect

We needed to rent a place for overflow family members for a week at the lake. this cottage was nicely up to date with the exception of no AC and some windows did not open to get some cross breeze. Very convenient for putting in our kayaks right across the street at the public access. Clam lake was warm and calm compared to Torch Lake and perfect for the kids to wake board, tube and water ski. Dewitt's rental down the street was also very helpful!

Girls Weekend

This cute cottage was perfect for three working women who needed a break from life. Very quiet location near a great water front restaurant, beach, and torch lake access. Great weekend.

Great home-base for area activities.

The property was just the right size for two of us. We wanted a nice, affordable location to see all the TC area wineries and typical tourist activities. While no direct view of the lake, there is public access across the street where you can launch canoes/kayaks. Marinas nearby if you need to launch a boat. We would stay here again.

Great Location!

Great location for our fishing outings. Cabin was well equipped in the kitchen and bath. I was concerned about the check in process but everything worked out. It was an unusually hot week and AC would have been nice. Nice Stay, Clean!

Was nice for the weekend

The check in and out process was a little difficult meeting the management times but we pulled it off. Wish the check out time was a little later but overall it was a nice place.

Cute and cozy

Prefect little place for 4 for sure. Pictures don’t show bonfire pit on left side of driveway. Very nice size. Nice long driveway. We had a Dodge Ram and 2 waverunners with plenty of room still. Very clean. Does come with washer and drier located in the bathroom still with rooM to move around. Kitchen had everything we needed. I think the more the renters, people will start leaving more things for the other renters. But great stay my husband and self :))). Would for sure stay there again

Great cottage

We have recently stayed at the cottage. It is across from Clam Lake and very close to Torch Lake, at a curve of the road. The check-in was very easy, the cottage nicely decorated, with a big bathroom and good size kitchen. We had some trouble closing the door on the small bedroom, for some reason one of the bed positioning was slightly blocking the door. The property management was prompt when we called to ask if it was possible to get the water heater temperature up, as it was just lukewarm. The appliances in the kitchen were new, also the bathroom looked new. There was a fire pit ready for us, but we didn't use it. We grilled some food on the small grill outside and enjoyed our meals outside. When we checked-out we left a list with cleaning recommendations for the cleaning company; we also recommended that they opened the windows in between clients, as we had trouble opening the windows when we got in the house and the air was stale. Especially nowadays with all these current worries. Overall a very good house at a great location. Thank you!

Cute cottage near Torch, perfect for group of four to getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay near Torch Lake! We had another booking cancel last minute and rushed to find a home. The interior is very cute and picturesque. Very close to nearby restaurants and enjoyed the bonfire pit. My only feedback is uploading more photos on the listing to showcase the interior. Thank you for our stay. We all had an awesome time.
