Donc trĂšs bruyant dans les chambres en simple vitrage, qui donnent directement sur la petite route oĂč passent tracteurs, 2 roues, camion poubelles ...dĂšs 6h le matin. Équipement minimum = manque four, grille pain, lave vaisselle, sĂšche cheveux, vaisselle trĂšs limitĂ©e, Maintenance : literie vieillissante, porte de chambre parent ne ferme pas, gaz cuisson 1 feu ne fonctionne pas, chaises trop basses pour la table intĂ©rieure SituĂ© Ă  cotĂ© du logement des personnes de l' entretien, donc passsage permanent du personnel au ras de la table extĂ©rieure. Tres beau chateau, avec emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter la toscane. Appartement sympa et surtout trĂšs propre. Personnel agrĂ©able. NĂ©anmoins, tres tres bruyant, nous avions l'impression que les voitures passaient au pied de notre lit. InfectĂ© de moustiques. Electricite, gaz , pression d'eau qui fonctionnent Ă  son bon vouloir, transat insuffisants.... Ă©quipements identiques Ă  un petit camping. ( ne pensez meme pas cuisiner ). Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est loin d'ĂȘtre satisfaisant! Il y a sĂ»rement mieux sauf Ă  vouloir participer Ă  la prĂ©servation d'un site historique! Pas à la hauteur de l' annonce présentée

10 logements Ă  l' extĂ©rieur du parc du chĂąteau dont le 36 que nous occupions. À droite : une petite route frĂ©quentĂ©e par tracteurs, 2 roues, camion poubelle et qques voitures dĂšs 6h du matin et toute la journĂ©e. Les 2 fenĂȘtres de chambre en simple vitrage donnent directement sur cette route !!! En face : le parking À gauche : logement du personnel d' entretien donnant directement sur la terrasse, passage permanent. Dans la salle de bain Ă©tage, donnant dans chambre parents, cloison en bois avec logement voisin, on entend comme si on Ă©tait dans la mĂȘme piĂšce ! Je partage complĂštement l' avis laissĂ© en juin par les allemands, que j' aurais du lire avant ! Équipement spartiate. Manque four, grille pain, sĂšche cheveux, lave vaisselle, vaisselle trĂšs trĂšs limitĂ©e (pour 4, rien de +). Porte chambre parents ne ferme pas, chaises trop basses pour table intĂ©rieure, feux gaz cuisine marchent mal, 1 ne fonctionne pas, literie vieillissante. 1100€ la semaine en juillet aout !!! Le rapport qualitĂ© prix n' est pas bon. Pour ce prix, on devrait avoir bien mieux, ou pour cette prestation, cela devrait ĂȘtre bien moins cher. À part cela, le chĂąteau est beau avec beaux panoramas, le logement est grand, la piscine sympa (trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e), accĂšs Florence 20 Minutes env, trĂšs jolie rĂ©gion.

Wir wohnten im NebengebĂ€ude vom Schloss welches direkt an einer Straße lag. Insbesondere am Wochenende war an Schlaf kaum zu denken, da die Autos und MotorrĂ€der mit hoher Geschwindigkeit direkt am Fenster vorbeifuhren. Zum Haus ist zu sagen, dass die Fotos den Zustand besser darstellen als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Die Austattung der KĂŒche ist mĂ€ĂŸig. Man sollte einiges von zu Hause mitbringen. Geschirrs ist nur 4-Fach vorhanden. Pool und Außenanlage ist in Ordnung, aber wenig gepflegt. Vor Ort ist fast stĂ€ndig ein BĂŒro fĂŒr die GĂ€ste besetzt, allerdings lĂ€sst die die Freundlichkeit sowie Hilfsbereitschaft zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Ein Lichtblick ist der GUISEPPE, der gutgelaunte Hausmeister des Anwesens. Schade, wir hatten mehr erwartet. Nur, wer unbedingt mal in einem Schloss wohnen möchte, dem ist eine Buchung zu empfehlen, dann aber darauf achten, dass man nicht in einem der vielen NebengebĂ€ude landet. Nur, wer unbedingt mal in einem Schloss wohnen möchte, dem ist eine Buchung zu empfehlen, dann aber darauf achten, dass man nicht in einem der vielen NebengebĂ€ude landet. Especially on the weekends sleep was hard to imagine, as the cars and motorcycles drove past the window at high speed. To the house is to say that the photos represent the state better than it is in reality. The equipment of the kitchen is moderate. You should bring some pieces from your home. Dishes are only 4-fold available. Pool and outdoor area is ok, but little maintained. On-site there is almost always a reception open for the guests, but the friendliness and helpfulness left a lot to be desired. A bright spot is GIUSEPPE, the jovial caretaker of the property. Tres beau chateau, avec emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter la toscane. Appartement sympa et surtout trĂšs propre. Personnel agrĂ©able. NĂ©anmoins, tres tres bruyant, nous avions l'impression que les voitures passaient au pied de notre lit. InfectĂ© de moustiques. Electricite, gaz , pression d'eau qui fonctionnent Ă  son bon vouloir, transat insuffisants.... Ă©quipements identiques Ă  un petit camping. ( ne pensez meme pas cuisiner ). Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est loin d'ĂȘtre satisfaisant! Il y a sĂ»rement mieux sauf Ă  vouloir participer Ă  la prĂ©servation d'un site historique! Das Schloss ist sehr schön gelegen und durch Alter und Einrichtung sehr beeindruckend. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten das Apartment Nr 36 mit 2 Schafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern. Die Einrichtung war sehr urig und typisch fĂŒr die Region. Die Ausstattung war allerdings sehr spartanisch. Nur das nötigste Geschirr. Nicht mal ein Wasserkocher oder ein Toaster. Einen Backofen haben wir ganz besonders vermisst. So konnte man nicht mal ein paar Brötchen oder eine Pizza aufbacken. In dem BegrĂŒĂŸungsprospekt das uns ĂŒberreicht wurde, hieß es "hier werden Sie nur vom Zwitschern der Vögel geweckt". Das war leider ĂŒberhaupt nicht so. Die Straße direkt neben dem Apartment wird morgens zwischen 05.00 und 08.00 Uhr von den Bewohnern von Montegufoni als Rennstrecke zur Arbeitsstelle genutzt. Aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Isolation der Fenster und WĂ€nde hört sich das an, als wenn alle mitten durch das Haus fahren. Am zweiten Tag reiste einen Gruppe von 112 Leuten an - ĂŒberwiegend im Alter von 20-30 Jahren. Von da an (bis zum folgenden Sonntag) war der Pool rund um die Uhr belegt und es wurde bis morgens um 04.00 Uhr (am Samstag bis 06.10 Uhr) Party gemacht. Mittelpunkt war ein Ghettoblaster der allerfeinsten Sorte mit Extrasuperbass. Beschwerden (nicht nur von uns) bei der Hotelleitung fĂŒhrten dazu, dass die Musik etwas leise wurde, dafĂŒr der Bass aber um so mehr dröhnte. Nachdem diese Gruppe abgezogen ist, kam eine eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gesellschaft, die u.a. auch in das bis dahin leerstehende Apartment neben uns eingezogen sind. Wenn dort jemand sprach oder GerĂ€usche machte, hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die in unserem Zimmer stehen. Wir haben noch nie so schlecht und so wenig im Urlaub geschlafen (die Matratzen sind ĂŒbrigens auch mieß). Not even a water cooker or a toaster. We missed an oven. So you could not even bake a few rolls or a pizza. In the welcome report presented to us, it was said that "you are only woken by the chirping of birds". Unfortunately this was not the case at all. The road next to the apartment is used as a racetrack by the inhabitants of Montegufoni in the morning between 5 am and 8 am. Due to the lack of isolation of the windows and walls, it sounds like everyone is driving through the house. On the second day, a group of 112 people arrived - mostly at the age of 20-30 years. From then on (until the following Sunday) the pool was occupied around the clock and it was party until 4 am (Saturday to 06.10 clock). Complaints (not only of us) with the hotel management led to the music was only a little bit quiet... After this group left, a larger company came, which among other things moved into also in the until then resettled apartment beside us. When someone spoke or made noise, we had the impression that they were in our room. We have never slept so badly and so little on vacation (the mattresses are also bad). It could have been so nice...

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our accommodations were as expected - nothing too fancy but everything we needed. The area was great - the views spectacular. The check-in process was hassle-free and all of the people there were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was great. If we have one recommendation for improvement it is regarding the chlorination of the pool. It was a very clean and refreshing pool, however the water smelled very strongly of bleach (i.e. laundry bleach) rather than chlorine or bromine that might be used in a pool. Not a big deal - everything else was sublime!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our accommodations were as expected - nothing too fancy but everything we needed. The area was great - the views spectacular.
