Kalenterimme pÀivitetÀÀn reaaliajassa ja öiset hinnat nÀkyvÀt oikein. SyötÀ vain haluamasi pÀivÀmÀÀrÀt ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

* Splash-rakennusilmoitus * Michael hurrikaanin seurauksena syntyneistÀ vaurioista Splash-lomakeskuksen rakennus alkaa elokuussa 2019, ja sen odotetaan valmistuvan kevÀÀllÀ 2020. TÀmÀn yksikön parveke suljetaan 3/26 - 5/21. Vieraat eivÀt pÀÀse tÀnÀ aikana parvekkeelle, ja kaikki parvekekalusteet sijoitetaan yksikön sisÀÀn. Sammakotyyny suljetaan 9 / 3-11 / 1. Laiska joki suljetaan 9 / 3-1 / 3. ItÀisen tornin uima-allas on suljettu 10/29 - 1/3. ItÀpuolen grillialue on suljettu kello 8/26 - 10/25. LÀnsipuolella oleva grillialue on suljettu 12/25 - 2/28. Jos joudumme sulkemaan jonkin lÀnsitornin uima-altaan, itÀisen torni-altaat ovat auki tuona aikana. Toisinaan myös tiettyjen kerrosten kÀvelytiet suljetaan uusien ikkunoiden asentamisen ja kÀytÀvien uusimisen vuoksi, mikÀ estÀÀ yksiköiden kÀyttöÀ nÀissÀ kerroksissa jopa viiden pÀivÀn ajan. Kun meillÀ on parempi aikataulu tÀstÀ projektin osasta, otamme sinuun yhteyttÀ keskustellaksesi yksiköiden tai tornien vaihtoehdoista.

Nothing worked in kitchen properly stove half worked toaster dead ac in single bedroom stayed hot. Promised 2 chairs on beach that was not true, had to pay!! Paid for 4 guy took our money a then left next day said he up and quit and took our money and we had to repay for beach set up was not a good experience.

Not as I expected

I was not told that we were on the 18th floor until checking in. Elevators were down several times throughout our stay and had to take stairs most of the trip. 18 floors was not fun. Other than a couple of malfunctioning bath items and cleanliness issues, the view was gorgeous and the beach staff was excellent even though this room doesn’t have beach chairs attached to the room number which was disappointing due to what we paid for the room.

We loved the amenities, nice that the pool stuff was in the shade. Riptide food was delicious. Donuts from coffee shop were Bomb! Gorgeous views on all 3 balconies. Easy living. Plenty of space.

Local Manager Rocks!!

Keisha made our summer vacation amazing. It started with a phone call that the A/C was not working properly. The very next day the HVAC company was there to replace the unit. Keisha made our vacation the best!!! Thank you Vacasa and the Owners!!

Nice condo but some issues

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location, right on the beach and close to Pier Park. However, there were some issues with the condo and some with the resort. The good: Plenty of space, 3rd bedroom was almost like its own condo with a separate full bathroom and small kitchen. Great location with access to the beach and close to lots of shoppes, restaurants and entertainment. Overall, a nice condo with lots of space for a larger family. The bad: As mentioned by others, there were some issues with the condo that apparently still have not been addressed. The tub in the master bedroom does not have hot water and the handles to the tub are falling off. Some of the furniture seemed old and had stained, matted fabric. Not a big deal, but a lot of the decorations on the wall were missing pieces or kind of falling off the wall and seemed somewhat dated/tacky. Our biggest complaint was the fact that the West tower pool and splash pad was closed for renovations the day we arrived. We booked this condo specifically for the kid's pool/splash pad area and we were informed 24 hours before leaving that these amenities would not be available during our trip, even after confirming with Vacasa that they would remain open during our stay. Their ice cream shop also remained closed for the duration of our stay, despite the counter staff telling us it should be open. It seems Vacasa needs to work on their communication with their staff and their guests.

Family get away

Nice place to spend time with family. Lots to do for kiddos. Facilities could be kept slightly better, elevators have some issues. But we had a great stay!

Unit Needs work & updates

Pros: unit 1801w- clean, plenty of dishes, amazing views from balcony; Splash Resort- kid friendly Cons: unit 1801w- notified Vacasa upon arrival that knob for hot water on master bathroom tub was broken, they said they would get back with me on progress, not only did no one ever come to fix or even check it, no one from Vacasa ever got back with me regarding it either. NO PANTRY- I have never stayed in a condo that didn’t have a panty for food, had to leave all our groceries laying out on the bar. Looks like they put the washer and dryer in the pantry area. The living room furniture was worn out, there were broken decorations on walls. Splash Resort - not enough elevators for number of units, elevators got stuck continuously on busy days, we had to walk down 18 floors to get out once. Only 1 very small hot tub for entire property. Beach area was crowded

Enjoyable stay with great views

First time in the area and chose this place as it appeared to cater towards family's and children. It definitely hit the mark from that perspective. To level set expectations this is an older facility and a bit dated, but has everything a family a family needs. A few pro's and cons... Pro's: 1) Great customer service by the management team., 2) Pools, hot tub, & splash pad were great for the kids. 3) two bars that offered easy access to food and drinks. 4) Easy access to beach with chairs and umbrellas available. 5) Rooms were clean with no major issues with any of the appliances, beds, etc. Cons/Recommendations: 1) Property is dated but it's difficult to expect a property owner to invest tons of money into renovations unless the entire property does. 2) There was no broom or dust pan in the facility. 3) No basic essentials salt, pepper, few pods for dish washer. 4) Coffee pots were available with no filters for use. Recommend buying Keurigs so family's can arrive with k-cups. 5) We were at the end of the hall and cleaning service would place linen bags in front of entryway. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking here again. The cons are really minor items that I felt would improve ones stay at this facility.

The Resort is 4 Stars, However the Room was Sub Par

This room has old, worn and broken furniture, as well as no updated amenities. For what I paid to stay at this condo it did not meet standards, the master bathroom tub does not work ( no hot water ) and apparently owner refuses to fix it according to maintenance on sight. Highly recommend choosing a different condo.

Day at the beach

Location was perfect. Resort was very family friendly having areas for all age groups. My children are adults so visited the fitness center before the beach. Got pizza at the restraint one day and was decent. Main thing for us was beach access all day and pier park in the evenings. The 3 bedroom unit we stayed in needed a few touch ups like paint, balcony furniture, and couch cleaning but was pleasant overall and suited our needs. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Needs some love

Place needs some updates.. paint and some upgraded furniture. Probably could use another elevator too.. because we had to set for 30 minutes waiting on them to go up and down so wasn't great.

Great floor plan

Great floor plan and view but the condo needs some TLC. We were there on a cold front and we didn’t have heat for a day and a half. The towel rack in the master was almost pulled out of the wall, sliding door handles was cracked and about ready to break, no light bulb in the living room lamp, etc.

Great stay from our large group!

Only thing I didn’t realize was that the beach access is open to the public so it was quite full all the time and there is a storm drain that leads right into the ocean in front of the resort so when it stormed the water was black and gross! No complaints of the rooms though!

Loved the location and the views. Absolutely wonderful views. The home could use a freshen up. I was not pleased coming into a dirty condo. I felt for what we paid it should have at least been cleaned. Sand everywhere, stains etc. The only other thing was the bathtub did not work in the master bedroom and we only had one tiny skillet (enough for two eggs) that was a bit aggravating. We had a beautiful view and location was nice but definitely could have been better in terms of cleaning and dishes they supplied. I was refunded the cleaning fee which I appreciate. But it did not help in terms of when we arrived and everything already all sandy.

This place was nasty. There was food and candy on the floor and coffee was spilled on living room floor and was on the wall and end table. The couch had blue stains on the arm and pillows. The smoke detectors were going off for over 1 1/2 hours before maintenance came up. Over half of the light bulbs were out. One lamp was working in living room with but had a red light bulb. Two of the three patio doors would not lock. And there was terrible mold in the master shower and on shower door. I told property management and they sent maintenance up to change the burned out light bulbs but never sent anyone to clean, (and they had three days to make it right.) For $500.00 per night, I expect a little more than this. I will never rent this unit again.

This place is really big enough room for a big family to have privacy and quite time, if needed. The view is amazing! There could be some updates to the apartment but nothing major.

Great for large families

Splash resort is great for families and this condo was perfect with plenty of room for us to spread out. Lots of bathroom space and great balconies attached to each sleeping room, as well as the main living area. The only downsides were the sort of slow elevators and the giant bucket in the splash play area was scary for my smaller kids (luckily there is a whole other pool and lazy River away from that area). Great beach access and nice location in a quieter part of PCB.
