Villa Oasis ei ole keskimääräinen vuokrayksikkösi, mutta armollinen koti. Se on yksityinen huvila, joka sijaitsee suoraan Grace Bayn rannalla, ja se äänesi maailman ensimmäiseksi rantaksi kolme vuotta peräkkäin. Aivan kotiovellesi on mailia jauhemaista valkoista hiekkaa, jotta voi kävellä tai valvoa. Huvila sijaitsee Princess Alexandran kansallispuistossa vedenalaisen luonnonsuojelualueensa ansiosta erinomaisella snorklauksella. Kilpikonnat nähdään usein heti huvilan edessä, kun taas helppo snorkkeli vie viereisiin korallipäähän ja Bight Reefiin Korallipuutarhan eteen ja lukemattoman määrän eksoottista merielämää tarkkailtavaksi.

Keskeisellä paikalla sijaitseva Villa Oasis on kävelymatkan päässä useista ravintoloista rento rannan puolella Providencialesin hienoimpaan. On myös kylpylöitä ja kauppoja, joilla on kävelyetäisyys, ja tärkein supermarket on vain viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Korotettu neljä makuuhuonetta on ylellinen huvila, joka mahtuu kahdeksalle vieraalle. Suuri huone holvatulla katolla ja korkeilla liukuisilla lasiovilla tarjoaa 180 asteen panoraamanäkymät rannalle ja merelle. Keski on olohuone, jossa on mukavat istumapaikat koko juhlalle, kun taas viihdenurkkaus, piano, gourmet-keittiö, rento ruokailu neljälle ja muodollinen ruokasali 12: lle säteilee tästä keskuskeskuksesta. Kolme neljästä makuuhuoneesta tarjoaa king-size-vuoteet, neljäsosa kahdella erillisillä vuoteilla. Kahdessa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone - kaksi jakaa. Kaikki makuuhuoneet ovat ilmastoituja nukkumista varten. Huvila on sisustettu eurooppalaisilla öljymaalauksilla ja taidetta. 110 metrin leveä ulkoterassi tarjoaa upeat näkymät henkeäsalpaaviin auringonnousuihin ja auringonlaskuihin, joissa vieraat jakavat unohtumattomia aikoja rakkaansa kanssa. Tässä kodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset, kehoista ja leluista nuorimmille jäsenille matkalla samppanjaan ja kristalliin entistä vaativammalle.

Villa Oasis-rannalla on kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto - joka toimii erillisenä yksikkönä, jossa on mukava oleskelutila, ruokasali, jossa on kuusi istuinta, täysin varustettu keittiö ja kaksi kylpyä. Tämä yksikkö nukkuu jopa neljä vierasta ja sisältää suuren katetun terassin, jossa on lepotuoleja ja pöytä ulkosalla illalliseksi, jolloin vieraat voivat rentoutua varjossa keskipäivän auringosta. Kaksi makuuhuonetta on täysin ilmastoitu tila.

Kahden makuuhuoneen voi vuokrata erikseen tai yhdessä neljän makuuhuoneen huvilan kanssa. Kaksi huvilaa tarjoavat täydelliset puitteet perheen tapaamiselle tai niille, jotka haluavat lisätilaa.

Dream Vacation

This was a dream vacation, just as you would imagine in the movies and Villa Oasis was absolutely beautiful. The beach is your backyard and the remainder of the property is stunning, comfortable and cozy. Katalin was beyond kind and dedicated to making sure we would have anything and everything we could possibly need while there and having Me. Romeo onsite to answer questions and help as needed was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Oasis as a perfect retreat in a beautiful location.

We spent a week at Villa Oasis with friends to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. It was such an amazing week. The location of the house is one in a million. Greatly suggest doing at least one meal with a chef in the house.

Family Vacation 2025

We had 15 in our visit, 8 adults and 7 kids ages 9 months to 10 years old. The location superior with the house, patio, pool and beach closely situated which was nice due to all the kids. The beach was superb, one of the best I've seen and with the elevated wall, the kids had shade everyday until 2:00. Beds were very comfortable, every amenity needed was available, and we were very comfortable. House staff, Roseann was quiet, in and out and was a great supplement to our stay. Mr. Romeo had all the answers, coordinated our trips and grocery visits to perfection. If I was to have one critique, this is of personal taste, there was to much clutter, especially in the kitchen. Our family had a great stay.

Beach birthday party

Our family of 15 (4 months to 80 years) had an exceptional week at this special house. The pool and gorgeous beach are all steps from your bedroom and the smaller kids were in and out of the water all day. Despite being right on the beach the house is very private with lovely gardens around it.. The host Katalin was very gracious and helpful as were the staff of housekeeper and Mr. Romeo. Our different ages of people enjoyed snorkeling, scuba diving and beach strolls. We had some lovely meals prepared by the chefs who were suggested by the host. T & C is a beautiful place to visit. A Slice of Heaven

Villa Oasis surpassed our expectations. The villa was lovely and spacious, providing plenty of space for our group of 8. The location couldn't be beat, within walking distance of good snorkeling and near restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs with a view of the most beautiful beach and ocean. The lush palm trees provided plenty of shade for lounging about on warm days. Romeo was wonderful and helpful with whatever we needed. The owner is very kind and welcoming. We plan to be return guests!

Mar 26, 2024-April 2, 2024. Our family of 16 had a wonderful time. That size group requires a lot of work and Romeo and Rosanne where wonderful. The house is beautiful, nothing like it in that area. Katalin was a wonderful host to work with, and very accommodating with info regarding restaurants, tours, etc. We left leaving a little pice of our heart in Turks and but took memories we will never forget. The most epic vacation ever!

The owner of the property, Katalin is an absolute delight. She’s poured so much heart into this property that you can feel it from the second you open the car door. It’s literally the best location on the island. We swam right out to snorkel and saw sting rays, turtles, puffer fish and so many more varieties of fish! The staff is very accommodating and professional. Recommendations for excursions were top notch! We had in villa massages, parasailing with Marvin, boat day with TCI excursions (captain Rice), rented a car and drove to various beaches across the island, and Mr Romeo prepared the most delicious in room meal. It was literally the vacation of our dreams! The owner was such a joy to speak. We absolutely adore her!

Paradise

For my wife’s 60th birthday celebration (turned out we celebrated two years later due to Covid) she wanted to go somewhere warm with her children and grandchildren (11 of us in all). And she wanted it to be a private location - not a noisy resort. Villa Oasis met and exceeded our wildest expectations. The Villa opens up to a deck and infinity pool which oversees Grace Bay. The Villa itself was spacious and welcoming - with a large common area and plenty of bedrooms. And the separate, but attached, apartment was perfect for my son, his wife and their three children ages 5, 4 and 1 1/2. And Romeo was the consummate house attendant - handling everything from arranging taxi service to assisting with grocery shopping. He also assisted an outside chef who prepared two exquisite meals on Sunday evening and Friday evening of our visit - how special to have the meals prepared before your eyes as you enjoyed a glass of wine in anticipation. As I mentioned, our stay far exceeded our expectation - my wife was overjoyed. We even had a professional photo shoot on Monday night leading up to the sunset on Grace Bay - beautiful memories! If you are thinking about going, stop thinking and just do it. You’ll be happy you did. Cheers!

Lovely vacation spot

This place is a little bit of paradise on earth. There’s a lot packed into this property – a beach, swimming pool, amazing landscaping, even a hammock by the beach. You can rest in a lounge chair above the seawall and enjoy the beach without getting sandy, if you choose. There were SUP boards and sea kayaks for our use. There is space for indoor and outdoor dining. The property abuts some villas that are part of the sprawling Beaches complex next door, to the east. To the west, just 100 or so yards away, is the “Coral Garden.” You can snorkel directly in front of the property, or a 5 minute beach walk to Coral Garden. We saw beautiful coral, rays and a variety of fish. There are also turtles there but we didn’t see any. Katalin was a gracious and friendly host. She and her late husband built the home about 20 years ago. There was a lot of attention to detail, and we enjoyed her artwork and décor. We understand that’s subjective, so just check out the photos. Katalin lives in an apartment behind the home, and she’s around if needed. Her assistant, Romeo, will pick you up from the airport, arrange for groceries, private chef, parasailing, etc. Vehicles have to pass a gate with a guard and there is onsite security in the evening. There is daily housekeeping. We really enjoyed our time at Villa Oasis and hope to return.

A TRUE OASIS

My husband and I took our adult kids with us and the 7 of us thought it was amazing. My husband and son are doctors and our daughter is an RN and our son-In-law works as an Exxon drilling supervisor off shore and it has been the first vacation where we were able to line up everyone’s schedules! A great post Covid get away. We didn’t even feel like we had to venture out too far. We booked a private catamaran snorkeling charter and they picked us up and returned us at our beach. The house keeping service truly allowed me to be pampered. Rosanna was there every morning tidying up and keeping kitchen and bedrooms clean.I love to have my bed made every morning but it is luxury to have someone else make it for you! Thank you Rosanna! Mr Romeo was off the charts attentive to all our wants and needs from pre shopping for groceries to taking us down to a night at a restaurant on the beach. Every time we called he was there for us. His attentiveness was so professional that I don’t think any other experience will top his! I can not say enough about the owner of Villa Oasis. She is the consummate host! She always is willing to take any call and would put your mind at ease about any of your concerns. She even called us on the first day to make sure everything was to our liking. We rent a Vrbo home about 3 times a year snd we have never experienced this level of dedication to providing us with the best experience each and every day.

Outstanding Vacation Home

Villa Oasis was the perfect place for a family vacation. We had seven bedrooms which accommodated our 13 family members. The house was perfectly situated on the beach and has every amenity you could hope for. The swimming pool was a great break from the beach and was perfect for our two year old grandson. Absolutely will stay here again.

Wedding

The property was fantastic, beautiful views right on the beach, and breakfast within walking distance. We rented a small van and Romeo became our driver since we're not used to driving on the opposite side of the road. The housekeeper was on top of cleaning everyday. This house is just like you expect after seeing the pictures. Also I highly recommend hiring Captain Jacket boat outing, a great time!

Location, location, location

We had the best family vacation at Villa Oasis. The location is ideal - right on the most beautiful beach with amazing snorkeling just a short walk away. The house is spacious and comfortable. It is an older house but we appreciated the homey feel. The grounds have lovely, mature palm trees which gave us lots of options for shady spots to read (or nap). The manager, Mr. Romeo, was incredibly helpful - doing everything from driving us to various locations around the island to suggesting where we could buy the freshest fish. Rosanna, the housekeeper, was lovely. Katalin, the host was responsive and patient with all our pre-visit questions. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property on a beautiful beach

The beach and grounds at Villa Oasis are beautiful. The host, Katalin, was very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had before arrival. The house manager, Romeo, was a great help with transportation and quickly responded to any issues we encountered during our stay. We so appreciated Rosanna who tidied up around us every day. While the immediate grounds and beach were beautiful, the surrounding “neighborhood” was not quite as appealing with various stages of construction or demolition on either side. The accommodations and amenities within the home were suitable, but fell a little short of luxurious in several ways with multiple things needing repair, a deeper cleaning or updating. That said, our 4 generation family had a nice time swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in the sun.

family of 9 adults and 5 children/grandchildren had a great week at the villa, our thanks to Romeo for always being available, and Roseanna for keeping our space clean and organized. The family enjoyed kyacking, swimming, and relaxing at the beautiful outdoor space.

Family birthday celebration

Our stay at Villa Oasis was a wonderful family experience that was planned for more than a year ahead to celebrate a special birthday for my husband. Katalin, you are a wonderful host and we were appreciative of how you were very attentive to take care of any of our needs. Right from the beginning when we were looking at different rentals, our decision to rent your property was made because of how personable, warm and communicative you were with us providing information and addressing all our questions ahead of time and just being available. That is not always the case with VRBO hosts as we have dealt with. And that continued after we arrived, being available thru the week. Having Romeo the property manager and concierge was so great to pick our family members up from the airport as they arrive and also drive us a different times through the week as well as making grocery runs for us as needed, And we so loved having Rosanna, the house keeper to come in each day to tidy up our bedrooms, linens, do endless loads of beach towels for 11 people on a daily basis including a few loads of personal laundry. Your home soooo captured the family experience we had planned for. Can’t beat the location… Beach is steps away and amazing snorkeling and all equipment provided! Our only suggestion would be to update some of the appliances, AC system, TV, Internet, connection issues, A memorable vacation for our family, bless you and thank you Katalin! Fondly, Meg and Joe!

Absolutely Beautiful Beachfront Paradise

Beachfront property was as beautiful as you would hope for. It was an amazing privately owned home and the property owner, property managers and other staff wanted to do everything necessary to ensure your enjoyment. We definitely made friendships with the property managers and owner that we will treasure forever. I would like to adopt Katalin as my mother. What an amazing woman!

First trip to Turks and Caicos

Villa Oasis is a hexagon beach house that is built directly on the beach. When we found this property - we knew we found the place we wanted to build. Our home has a European flair and is filled with love and tranquility. There is privacy yet, you are in the middle of the beach and all it has to offer. With enough room for 14 people comfortably - all will have their own space or choose to be together in the great room. This house gives each person what they are looking for.
