Tämä aivan uusi ylellinen Seagrove Beach -asunto on hiljattain valmistettu näkyvällä askeleella rannalle ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Seaside-kulmasta, vastapäätä Persianlahdetta. 7 makuuhuoneen kodissa on upeat panoraamanäkymät Persianlahdelle ja yli 4 800 neliöjalkaa ilmastoitua asuintilaa, ylimääräinen 2 500 neliömetriä kuistilla, useita oleskelualueita jokaisella tasolla, vaikuttava ulkoalue ja runsaasti pysäköintitilaa. Ensimmäisellä tasolla on keittiö, ruokasali ja olohuone. Lisäksi kätevästi ensimmäiselle tasolle on vierashuone, kylpyhuone. Toiselle tasolle nousee Master-sviitti ja oma kylpyhuone. Tällä tasolla on myös kaksi vieras sviittiä ja oma kylpyhuone, pesutupa, perhehuone ja toimisto. Jatkaen kolmanteen tasoon on kaksi ylimääräistä vierashuonetta yhdessä olohuoneen kanssa. Great location and house... however...

Amazing location and beautiful home! Two things to be aware of - the doors do not lock to the pool and the pool area is not locked from the outside so anyone can enter the property. All of the couches and dining chairs are stained. They need to be professionally cleaned.

Wonderful Stay

The house was beautiful, and the pool was better than ones we’ve had before in the area. The beach access was WONDERFUL. Not at all crowded and directly across the street. We loved this house and had a wonderful stay! Will definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good Thanksgiving week at Sea4Ever, good location, easy beach access, and not far from Sea Side. Good house but needs a deep clean, furniture dirty 1st floor den, outside patio furniture dirty, crows nest furniture dirty and master shower needs scrubbing. Royal very responsive to any needs.

Unfortunately, this property is not what it once used to be. Refrigerators are broken, ice machines not working, couches covered in stains, dinning room chairs a mess too. What should have been a memorable vacation for our family was marred by the lack of responsiveness by the maintenance company Royal Destinations and their ability to provide a support. Nothing was fixed. 1 bag of ice for 14 people is not proper compensation for an amenity in the listing not working. The best example I can give for the lack of support from Royal Destinations: Friday night, the night before our 12 hour drive back to St. Louis, we were all woke to the smoke detectors going off at 11:30 pm. Not 1 smoke detector, the whole house. Ok, things happen. I call the maintenance number and talk to a person who promised to call me back. Royal Destinations would call back but they would think they were talking to the home owner. Maintenance was a no show. Eventually, we had to call 911. The firefighters showed up at midnight and then proceeded to remove smoke detectors from the high ceilings. No way I could have done this by myself. Finally, one of the smoke detectors was removed and water was in the ceiling causing the short and setting off the alarms. My hunch is that the 3rd floor shower drain is leaking. Another maintenance item that I doubt Royal Destinations said they would fix.Royal Destinations made promises of following up and "making things right" (my words). Nothing Don't Rent

Sensational in Seagrove

We had 12 people (usually 14) and this home was perfect. We all had plenty of space. The 2 bunk rooms were perfect to split the teens and tons of gathering spaces all over the house, so everyone felt right at home. I’ve never seen a house with 3 sets of washers and dryers- but this has it, and 2 dishwashers which was very handy!! The pool is a little larger than most in the area and has a great covered outside area with a TV- this was used a lot, as well as the pool. The outside bar with fridge and ice maker also made this a very easy gathering area. The top floor is a gorgeous retreat with fabulous views of the community and beach. Sunset from up there is really spectacular. This is a really well thought out house that had everything we needed. We got extra beach chairs for our group and the company providing that was very helpful every day. We really enjoyed our stay at Sea4Ever!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is perfect for a large group with its well-stocked kitchen, multiple sitting areas, microwaves, beverage coolers, and washers and dryers. There are 7 bathrooms but not every bedroom has a bathroom. The outside refrigerator was not working and we had an A/C problem that was resolved in a timely manner. We checked in after the office closed and were unable to get anyone to answer the phone to ask questions about the internet and Sonos speakers. Someone in our group was able to get us connected and we were able to use them for the entire trip. The beach access is within walking distance directly across 30A. It is not easy to haul beach wagons because there are at least 50 steps on the walkway. Beach service is provided on the beach so an easier option than bringing your own. The house is close to Seaside and Watercolor so the bikes provided were the easiest way to go to these communities due to the traffic on 30A. We rented a golf cart for those in our group who could not ride bikes and we able to park it in the garage. Plenty of parking; we had seven vehicles. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We shared Sea4Ever with 2 other families with a total of 6 adults and 8 kids. The house itself was amazing for our groups' dynamic, plenty of spaces for people to retreat to when needed but the open areas never really felt crowded either.The locations was fantastic, just across the street from the beach, within walking distance to Seaside and a quick drive to Publix and the main road.I'd give the house itself 5 Stars, but the property management company really brought the experience down.Upon arrival we received a list of multiple items that were not in working order with a note that "vendors had been notified." I was under the impression that the issues with the broken balcony door (that we were asked to refrain from using, and was the only door to that balcony) and the broken shower valve would be remedied that week, but they were not. We also learned that the pool heat that we paid for would need to be refunded as the heater needed to be replaced. Understanding that that may take some time to fix, we powered through our fall break week with kids without a pool as it was way to cold. Our understanding that these things sometimes just happen soon turned to an extremely disappointed and dissatisfied group upon learning from the pool cleaning crew that in fact the heater had not just broke the day before our arrival as we were led to believe, but had been broken for weeks, if not months. When this learning was shared with Royal Destinations, no further communication was received back as to why this wasn't a priority to fix for the fall season and why they ever charged us. No accommodations were made to make up for such a loss of a pool amenity. We also attempted to utilize the concierge service they offered for a beach bon fire. While we did receive a response that they would look into it, no further communication was ever given, resulting in me having to look into it myself.Our family loves coming back to 30A and hav

Beautiful home very close to beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far the nicest house our family of 15 has stayed in! Beautiful decor, well maintained and enormous ! The beds and linens super comfortable (although could have used more towels than 1 set/person). We were told no beach towels but there were 8. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and starter set of trash bags/paper towels /soap. No little extras like salt/pepper, coffee filters, spices like we usually find. Pool was not big but was perfect temp (we paid for heat) and kids loved it. A bit disappointing we were not given access until 3pm even tho the house was empty the week before. We had to wait for a manager to inspect the property - he missed the fact that the elevator was not working so we had to carry luggage up. They did fix it the next day and were immediately responsive to any questions. We loved the outdoor sitting area and the fireplace warmed it nicely on cool evenings. We were here for end of busy season and the white cushions had stains and mildew on all outside furniture. Other than that the house was very clean and bathrooms always had hot water! There are only 6.5 bathrooms, not 7.5 tho which was not a problem. There are 3 sets of washer/dryers which was a huge plus, refridgerator huge and 2 extra ice makers a real bonus ! Garage also handy for bikes and beach items - there were quite a few chairs and toys left by prev renters which was also great! We rented extra bikes and a golf cart which made it so easy to visit Seaside .7 miles away. Loved FOOW and Old Florida Fishhouse for dinner and the food trucks . Absolutely a wonderful rental and we will come back!

AWESOME!!

The house was amazing and our stay couldn't have been better!! EVERYONE had a wonderful time! The THREE washer/dryers were a game changer with a big group! The kids especially loved the pool and adults really loved the outdoor fireplace/ living area. We will definitely be back!!

Best Fall Break

The house was amazing, location couldn't have been better! We had a full house but it never seemed that way. Kids were swimming, dads could watch sports and the moms could relax in the outdoor patio when we weren't down at the beach. Such a central location to all the sights of Seaside and Rosemary. Definitely planning our next trip already!!

Great Destination

Great location, spacious house, elevator was very important for my wife with knee trouble. Only 2 bikes were available to use as other bikes were flat with no way to air them up. 2nd floor refrigerator needs to be defrosted.

Great property - needs to be better maintained

Overall, we had a great stay. This is a beautiful home in a great location. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of wear and tear for a new home. Furniture was in poor condition and many small items not working. Property managers were very responsive to issues, but for the price point everything should be in working order.

Amazing way to celebrate the Big 50!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea4Ever was a fantastic home to celebrate such a special birthday with my daughter and my closest friends. There was plenty of space for all of us and the home was very luxurious and well designed. The beds were so comfortable. The view on the fourth floor was incredible. The amenities like the pool, location, wifi, kitchen necessities and even the elevator were exactly why I chose this house.Everything was so close. The bikes that came with the house were in great condition (rentals that I added not so great). The 2 person chair set-up on the beach was nice to have too.Again, very well decorated. Wonderful air conditioning. Plenty of storage space in kitchen.All in all, I loved this place so much. It was perfect for all of us. Even the separate office/workspace was greatly appreciated by a couple of my friends.I would love to have stayed forever at Sea4Ever. I'd love to stay here again and would definitely recommend this house for a big group or a couple of families.There were a few house repairs that should be made at some point (broken lamps in the bunk room, two cracked window panes and a couple of the shades were hard to work) but was not a big concern of mine. The alarm that goes off when you open the back doors to go to the pool is annoying but required. 9/10 stars for sure!!!!

The house was very nice. However the fabric coverings on both.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. A couple of concerns...lights on wall in two kids bedrooms had wires showing...we have readers and that was unfortunate. We used none of those wall lights out of safety concerns. In addition we found several huge roaches...I know they’re common but treatment is necessary. Why are there not coverings for outdoor furniture??? They were mold covered. Appreciate the high end appliances and loved the pool area.
