Please note, however, that storage space is limited and the kitchen is cozy, perfect for light meals and snacks. As a bonus, we provide two bicycles for you to explore the area and soak in the vibrant surroundings at your leisure.
Just a short stroll away, you’ll find a lovely park complete with public restrooms and basketball courts, offering a perfect spot for leisurely afternoons. Experience the enchanting allure of this Beach Escape in Newport Beach, where you can unwind in the sun and rejuvenate in your home away from home.
Absolutely one parking space is free with the rental of this beach house ( left side ). The other part of the driveway must be kept open and unused., along with ample free street parking in the neighborhood. Do bear in mind that construction is taking place nearby, so you may experience some noise, but the charm and accessibility of our location far outweigh any minor disruptions. We provide two bicycles free of charge for your enjoyment, perfect for exploring the picturesque surroundings. Just a short stroll down the street, you'll find a lovely park complete with public restrooms and basketball courts, ideal for outdoor activities and soaking up the local atmosphere.
Experience the delightful ambiance and inviting charm of this Beach Escape in Newport Beach. Spend your days basking in the sun and lounging on the beach, and when you're ready for a break, retreat to our fully stocked home, which offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.
Parking is available directly in front of the house, and you'll find that street parking is plentiful and free in the nearby area. Do be aware there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood, but rest assured, the house is situated three buildings away from the site. Kindly take this into account when making your reservation for this delightful beach house.
The convenient location eliminates the need for a car, as several restaurants, waterfront dining options, Newport Pier, and a grocery store are all within walking or biking distance. Additionally, local transportation is easily accessible. Please be aware that there may be some construction noise in the neighborhood.
