Summerhouse-yksikkö 349 on mukava 2 makuuhuoneen / 2-kylpyisen Oceanview Flat -huoneisto. Tämä päivitetty pohjakerroksen päätelaite tarjoaa erittäin lyhyen kävelymatkan rantaan ja uima-altaan terassilta liukulasiovista. Loppuyksikön sijainti tarjoaa suoran pääsyn terassilta uima-altaan / rannan kävelytielle. Uudet terassikalusteet, joissa on neljä istumapaikkaa, antavat sinun viettää aikaa terassilla, kun lapset (ja aikuiset) pelaavat pelejä yhteisessä tilassa tai uimassa uima-altaassa. Yksikkö sisältää laatta yleisissä tiloissa ja kylpyhuoneissa sekä maton makuuhuoneissa. Olohuoneessa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja, mukaan lukien mukava kuningatar-vuodesohva, 42-tuumainen taulutelevisio-LED-TV ja DVD-soitin. Ruokasalissa on pöytä ja tuolit 6 hengelle. Keittiössä on graniitti työtasot ja se on hyvin varusteltu kaikilla tarvikkeilla, astioilla ja välineillä. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Was well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, etc. be sure to bring your own paper products (tp, paper towels, napkins garbage bags) and cleaning detergents as there are none in unit. Nice but showing wear

The fridge froze our veggies, the dishwasher didn’t wash dishes well at all. Pots are nonstick and all scratched.

The condo grounds are kept up very nicely, along with the pool, which is very conveniently located no matter which condo unit you rent. It is the same for the beach as you are literally just steps away from the ocean. This unit is actually nicer than the pictures show. The unit was very clean when we entered, so kudos to the cleaning crew. There are new couches that are very comfortable. I do have to say, that I found the master king bed VERY hard and when I finally got used to it, it was pretty much time to leave. I would bring an air mattress just in case you are like me and are bed sensitive. My husband had no problems sleeping at all. Also, there was very little dish soap, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no paper towels. Despite the bed and paper products, I would definitely stay in this condo again, which is a corner unit on the first floor.

Since this is an end unit, it has an extra window which is great for added natural light and seems a little larger than other flats. We love the easy access to both the pool and the beach.
