Tunnettujen vuosisadan puolivälisten arkkitehtien Arthur ja Charles Schreiberin vuonna 1963 suunnittelema ja Allen Hessin "Ranch-talossa" esitelty värikäs, puhdas ja tyylikäs vuosisadan puolivälissä tehty ihme sijaitsee kaupungin sydämessä vain muutaman minuutin päässä parhaimmista ulkoilu-, ruokailu-, urheilu- ja viihdemahdollisuudet. Koti on täysin päivitetty ammattimaisella vuosisadan puolivälissä suunnittelulla, laitteilla, huonekaluilla ja lomakohteen tyylisellä takapihalla, jossa on uima-allas. Spring training retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our short stay for spring training games. The property is a fun mid-century modern design, great open kitchen and entertaining space. Took a swim every morning, games in the afternoon and out to local dinner each night. We’ll be back, thanks!!

Happy Wife, Happy Life

Wife loves to be in the sun—-I love to swim. AMAZING backyard and pool/patio. Quality lounge chairs and outdoor furniture. Very private with no neighborly eyes able to see into the space. Incredibly quiet neighborhood within minutes of everything—2-minute drive to grocery store, 5-minutes to Old Town, 14 to airport, 20 to Diamondbacks BB Stadium. Enjoyable and easy walk to Starbucks, convenience store, donut shop, etc. After a full day in the sun, the interior of the house offers a welcome retreat. Interior photos are what you get—-very unique and full of style! Very open feel, hip style, exceptionally well designed remodel. Master double-shower is high-end/beautiful. Dual AC units cool the space within minutes. Host responded in 2-minutes to our pool question. Summary—-amazing house with a fabulous backyard in an ideal location…..it’s a solid 10 by any measure. Wife loved the entire experience! Mission accomplished.

INCREDIBLE property!

Of all the VRBO homes we've stayed at, this was by far our favorite. The homeowners did not miss anything when they renovated this home. They were super helpful and responsive, too! We had started our 2 week trip at a different location, but it was not up to our standards, so we moved to this home. SO glad we did! Kitchen was a dream to cook in, beds extremely comfortable, and the decor was spectacular! Very close to anything you could possibly need and so many great shops & restaurants nearby. The pool was great to float around in during the day and breathtaking at night with all of the beautiful landscape lighting. We didn't want to leave!

Perfect spring break

Loved our stay at this precious mid-century modern! Owners were so easy to work with and could be easily reached at any time. The house is stocked with all the essentials and conveniently located to great shops and restaurants! Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Scottsdale for spring break!

Excellent stay in a mid century dream house in Scottsdale

The house is a mid century gem and the owners having done a painstaking renovation. The layout was ideal for group of six with the bedrooms perfectly appointed for privacy and a big open kitchen for cooking. The backyard with a pool was also a great place to gatherWe felt very at home during our stay.

Incredible Rental Property

The Schreiber house is incredible with its one of kind mid-century design and furnishings. Amenities and electronics are best in class and the back yard and pool vibe make you feel like you’re at a resort. Great location and everything and more as described. Property owners (Nathalie and Vince) are the most responsive and helpful property owners you will ever rent from. A must stay and worth every penny! - Steve

Sunny Scottsdale Home

Everything about our stay was just incredible! The hosts were so friendly and helpful with every little thing--terrific people! The house and the grounds were immaculate and truly beautiful. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Our internet reception was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, located a short drive to tons of great restaurants. We had the most wonderful time in this gem of a house!

Awesome house and great location!

We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it! The owners take great pride in their home and it shows! It is clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the mid century modern style with its open floor plan. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living... had the patio door wall opened up completely every day so we could enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather! We highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed in the hospitality that you will receive!

Stylish, sunny, and relaxing getaway!

We loved our stay at the Slim Aaron’s inspired home in sunny Scottsdale! Location was great and the home was so very comfortable for our family of 6. We loved the Mid-Century style of every bedroom and the new kitchen. The backyard was fabulous and outdoor pool was perfect for a day of relaxing! Couldn’t have been better!

Best Vacay in Years....

Even though it was Covid time, we had such a wonderful stay. The place is gorgeous - the kitchen, the furnishings, the bedding and comfort - and the pool and outdoor area - All first class! Especially loved the basketball hoop out front when the sun had set in the evenings, the walks in the neighborhood, and the fresh lemons on the trees. Nice way to play music via bluetooth - a plus! Pool was clean and big. The triple sliding glass door is SUPER cool and makes you feel like you have transported right back to 1965. Hosts were kind and incredibly hospitable - makes such a difference when you're staying in someone's home...to feel that you are welcome and wanted. Thank you!! Would love to come back.

Mid-Century Marvelous

Clean, chic and comfortable! Perfect family getaway-house is fully equipped and clean, pool is perfectly positioned for sunshine, landscaping is pristine and oh so close to the best restaurants in Scottsdale. I love that Mid-Century Modern architecture is a nearly equal emphasis on function and form. In particular, I am amazed that the architects of this time were so forward thinking by incorporating large expanses of glass to break down the interior spaces from the exterior spaces. I love that the overhanging eaves of low-pitched roofs appear to be a continuation of interior ceilings, further blending the inside with the outside and that the architects also incorporated more natural materials in interior spaces, like exposed beams, wood-paneled walls, concrete and other stone features in these beautiful and historic homes. ~Nathalie

✴ This home is single level with no stairs. The bed configurations are king, queen, queen, two full size beds. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. There is also a sparkling pool, overhead string lights, and BBQ gas grill in the backyard.

✴HEATED POOL✴
We are happy to heat the swimming pool up to 82 degrees for an ADDITIONAL FEE of $50/night. This feature can be added up to the day of arrival as it takes approx 10+ hours to heat the pool. Pool must stay heated for duration of stay. Keep in mind that while 82 degrees is very comfortable for swimming, it is not equivalent to hot tub/spa temps of ~99-102. Also please be aware that while the backyard is private and completely secure and fenced in, there is NOT a safety pool fence around the pool. Please use extreme caution and general pool safety when enjoying the backyard.

✴Surveillance or recording devices on property - Front and side view security camera systems are on at all times. For privacy, no inside or backyard cameras. Alarm system will be off during stay.

The Schreiber House is located minutes from the Old Town—also known as Downtown—district of Scottsdale offers boutique shopping featuring souvenirs, jewelry and art with a Southwestern flair. A density of bars, lounges, restaurants and clubs offer myriad dining and nightlife opportunities within short distance of each other. And art fans can peruse the galleries of Main Street and visit the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and Western Spirit: Scottsdale's Museum of the West.

Getting around couldn't be easier - the Schreiber House is centrally located minutes from the center of Old Town Scottsdale allowing for either a pleasant stroll or quick, easy, and cheap rides with Uber or Lyft to any attraction the city has to offer.
