Nauti ulkona olevasta ajasta kannella, joka kattaa talon pituuden tai suunnaa kattokanteen päälle nauttiaksesi auringosta!
Tämä koti on varustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla, ja sinulla ei ole mitään ongelmia rentoutua hiekassa vietetyn päivän jälkeen. Pohjapiirros on avoin, joten koko ryhmä voi viettää aikaa yhdessä tuntematta ylikuormitusta. Great location - bathrooms could use an update

House was clean and had plenty of amenities for our long weekend. The master bath has a nice tub but the other two bathrooms have shower stalls that barely have a lip to hold in the water. Master bedroom bed was smaller than expected (not the king). Overall we loved the decks and the proximity to the beach.

Pensacola is great! Grew up going to Gulf shores Orange Beach and Destin. I like it here better.

Perfect rental for big families!

We stayed here labor day weekend 2022 and the house was more than enough for 12 adults and 9 kids! House was a bit outdated but location was amazing. A lot of space for everyone to spend time together in the same spot. Definitely recommend this house :)

Family fun at the beach

We all had a great time, the weather cooperated although a bit chilly. My 4 youngest grandkids had a ball swimming and riding boogy boards in the big waves. The house was so roomy awe could spread out. It was very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed the stay and the house. I have only 3 complaints. The previous renters garbage was left under the stairwell and had not been picked up. Two of the bins smelt aweful and had to be moved away from the house. The picture of the house was misleading. A new two story house was built blocking the view you see on the website. The other complaint I have is that I paid a premium price for Blues week and it was cancelled 3 days before our trip. I hope we get some type of discount for the cancellation.

Family vacation

This was a first trip of my kids and his kids…mostly young adults and older teens. Group of 10 including us. Plenty of room/bedrooms for everyone to have their own space to retreat to. Great family area and dining. Clean and close to the beach. They all loved the rooftop deck!!!! Loved having the hose available to rid feet/shoes of sand before going upstairs. A few petty cons…..master bed is like sleeping on plywood. If that doesn’t keep you awake the squeak in the ceiling fan probably will. It’s a house for 14 people and they leave you exactly 1 kitchen towel. 1. Kitchen is decently stocked except there is no cookie sheet. Rolls? Nope. Breakfast pizza? Nope. Take and bake cookies. Nope. It does have a bunt pan. So no warm dinner rolls for a family dinner, but you can whip up a bunt cake to share. (Read that paragraph with humor, please!). Would we stay again….absolutely. It was a great house with a great location.

Spacious and close to the beach but needs updates

I’m going to start with the positives on this home. This home is very close to the beach which made having a toddler on the trip easier. The home is also very spacious which was nice with 10 of us in the home. There was tons of cooking utensils and pots and pans. The a/c worked great except for one of the bedrooms. The water stayed hot for all guests at all times throughout our stay. With that said, I’d likely not stay at this home again due to the age and condition of the furniture. Primarily the beds. I don’t expect a ridiculously comfortable bed when traveling. However, these were incredibly bad. So bad that we all went and purchased mattress toppers to put on them. The pillows were the same. The railings on the deck spaces seemed to need some repairs. Seemed unsteady and unsafe.

Great Vacation Rental!!

Loved the location of the property and the outdoor shower was very useful! All of the family had a. great time for a weekend. The cleanliness of the place was alright and the rental was very spacious ! The only thing is the the furniture and house were a little on the outdated side but other than that it was a great rental. The property management had great communication and sent someone right over when our door got jammed. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely perfect!!

The home was just as advertised. There was 10-15 of us hanging in the house at any given time and 11 overnight. No issues with space. We never felt cramped. There is plenty of deck/patio space. Beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. The bathrooms and rooms are perfectly arranged and spread out. We had plenty of everything. There were plenty of pots, pans and serving dishes, utensils,… I do recommend with this many people to have an ice chest of ice. The freezer ice maker won’t be able to keep up for all the ice someone wants at the beach. There is a convenient store close by (EXXON) to buy ice bags. However it’s plenty of ice for regular purposes. The AC and hot water were more than enough all the time. The owners or management company responded promptly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Over all great place

The home is beautiful. Nice and lots of room. Big roomy patios on both sides of the house. TVs in all 5 rooms. 3 bathrooms. Great for large family/group. Great house. Would rent again. My only irritations have nothing to do with the house. There are two areas that give access to the beach. Unfortunately one has a small parking area and beach goers used all driveways to park in and go to the beach. We had double red flags all week except the first day so luckily was only an issue first day. A repair man just walked into the house while we were staying there. We had no notice at all. Just some random man walking in to fix the cable. (Which we were watching sooo? And he had the passcode to get in?) I found cookie wrappers behind the table that the cleaners missed from the previous renters and had to clean in the bathrooms because the safety rails and the tissue holders had dirt/dust all over them and had obviously not been cleaned that day. ( we entered the house less than an hour after the cleaners left the house). One of the nearby homes has an owl on a timer that goes off all hours of the day and night that disturbs your sleep on one side of the house.

Good but expected something different

The house is in a good area but it’s old. At night you would feel the house shake when your laying down and someone is walking around the house. Furnitures and appliances are very OLD. The pictures that is on the listing is not accurate. The house in front of it has been renovated and are bigger and taller so your beach view isn’t like the one they showed you.
