Tämä ystävällinen rantahuvila on loistava kotipesä matkallesi Seabrook-saaren yli (ja sen ulkopuolelle!). Keitä ateria täydellisessä keittiössä ja nauti näkymä Pohjois-Edisto-joen sisääntuloon, joka kohtaa Atlantin valtameren. Rakastat merenkulun kosketuksia ja pirteää ilmapiiriä.

Mikä on lähellä:
Huvila on alle puolen mailin päässä Beach Clubista ja merenranta-altaista. Lake House at Seabrook tarjoaa pääsyn (maksua vastaan) lämmitettyyn sisäuima-altaaseen, kuntokeskukseen ja kirjastoon. Seabrook-klubi tarjoaa vieraille pääsyn golfkentälle, mailakerhoon, hevoskeskukseen, valtameren edessä sijaitsevaan uima-altaan kompleksiin ja kaikkiin ruokailuvaihtoehtoihin turvaportin sisällä. Charlestonin keskusta, jossa voit nauttia ostosmahdollisuuksista, hienosta ruokailusta ja paikallisista historiallisista retkistä, on vain 24 mailin päässä.

Nice and mostly clean place

Nice and mostly clean place. However the shower curtain was disgusting. We emailed a couple of times about how to get A gate pass and never got a response but were able to figure it out when we got there

Pelican watch

We’ve been coming to pelican watch villas for a decade now. We loved the upper level villas. The unit was nice. The notes around the unit ranged from helpful to patronizing. The awning was very nice to sit out on the deck. For the high price mark, the amenity card should be included. The water was shut off due to a tenant below us, but property management sent someone out fairly quickly and fixed it for us. Overall a beautiful vacation!

Great home but parking issues

This is the second time I have stayed in this unit, and, for what I want from a beach trip (quiet serenity), it is perfect. Very secluded location with excellent wildlife and stargazing opportunities. Unfortunately when I stayed this time, there was an issue with the parking permit for the unit and, even though I had properly submitted all of my vehicle info, I never actually received a permit. This put a damper in our plans because we were uncertain of being allowed back into the community.

Not Keeping Up With It's High Cost

We fell in love with this villa in 2006 and have returned to it almost every year since. So, we may be biased comparing its past condition with the current condition. One of our favorite things to do is sit on the deck and just relax and take in the amazing view. The view is still amazing but the new deck furniture wasn't comfortable for us. At night we like to read, but all but one lamp has been removed from the living room and the only room with adequate light for reading is the kitchen. We try not to pay much attention to the TV but the bottom of the screen has been darker than the top for years and should be fixed or replaced. We looked forward to the "Take one - Leave one" bookcase the previous owner furnished. That's gone, and the books were tucked away in drawers and cubby holes all over the villa. The removal of a chair in the bedroom caused us to bring a kitchen chair into the room so we didn't have to pile all the decorative pillows and covers from the bed on the floor. An improvement from the last few years is that the owner now furnishes beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. As far as maintenance; we reported the fan in the main bathroom making a grinding noise, the towel rack in the second bathroom being broken, and the dishwasher being broken. Also, the only coffee maker was a Keurig. Vacasa was very responsive and brought a brand new Mr. Coffee and staff was sent for the other broken items, but when we left the fan was still grinding and we're not sure if the dishwasher worked or not (we hand washed during the week). Change is hard and everybody's had enough of it in the last two years, so we might be a little grouchy. But, we found another villa that meets our requirements for less money.

Beautiful beach and comfortable accommodation

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy the beach and this place provided this. Comfortable accommodation with beautiful sunsets and short walk to view sunrises. Problem with the AC, but management addressed this promptly.

Perfect!!

This is my 4th year renting this unit. Everything was perfect! The new motorized awning is wonderful for sitting out all day. Hope to be back next year 2022.

Great view & beach access

Loved the retractable awning on the deck. It was an “extra” that allowed us to use the deck any time of the day. I loved the second floor view of the ocean and stars at night! The kitchen was well stocked and every drawer was labeled (no guessing!) All was very clean and nicely decorated. The only negative (which was unavoidable) was needing to carry everything up and down stairs, front and back. But, we would do it again as the view was worth the extra effort. One suggestion: The front door lock could use some WD40.

Wonderful Villa

We rented it for our honeymoon. It was the perfect location for beach access. We were close enough where it was just a short walk there, but not located on a high foot traffic area. Which meant our balcony deck was semi-private. My wife was pleased to find all the cooking utensils, pans, and even spices she would need in the kitchen for us. Having two bathrooms also made the stay very enjoyable, especially when coming back from the beach. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and are looking forward to our next trip back already.

Gluttons for Punishment

Why we've been renting this condo every year for the last 14 years I'll never know. Every morning we have to go out on the deck overlooking the ocean and have breakfast and watch the dolphins, pelicans, and osprey go by. Then we have to go to the beach (a 5 minute walk down the boardwalk). If the tide is too high we have to go to the pool at the Beach Club, which is beautiful and also overlooks the ocean. If it rains we end up in Charleston. Patriot's Point is a favorite activity but there are many others. There's just too much to do! Inevitably we have to spend some time inside the condo, which is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It would be quiet except for birds almost constantly singing outside. Almost every evening we have to sit on the deck and watch a spectacular sunset from the deck. You'd have to be crazy to rent this place; especially in June (that's when we go there!)

Perfect place in the perfect location

This was really a great rental. The property was beautiful, the apartment outstanding, and had a wonderful porch with the view of the ocean. It was very clean, very well-stocked, in the rental agency was very rapid and responsive in answering any questions we had. Will definitely book this again if we are in the area

Amazing View by the beach!

I love this property’s view. I enjoy having coffee on the balcony looking at the beautiful view of the water. The property is labeled well with instructions on where to find everything. The kitchen is fully loaded! It is perfect for a family and friend weekend. There is a very short walk to the beach. The only complaint that I have is the cleanliness. The couches and decor were very dusty and had animal fur on them. The extra blankets stored in the bedroom need to be more comfortable.

Very comfortable. Great location. Sunsets and dolphin viewing daily. Steps from our door were boardwalks leading to the beautiful, wide river which led to the ocean.

Amazing Villa

The villa is beautiful and has a million dollar view. Beautiful sunsets. Loved sitting on deck watching pods of dolphins. Only thing we cooked our meals while visiting and we couldn’t find any potholders we requested some when the property manager called but never received them. Kitchen has great cookware and appliances etc.

Everything was clean and neat.

We had a great time. Outside furniture was a little rusty and you could not use the beach chairs if you needed to. They were old and rusty. Everything was clean and comfortable.
