Valoisa ja upea, tämä merenrantahotelli on täydellinen paikka soittaa kotiin seuraavalle lomallesi aurinkoiseen Floridaen. Hyvällä maulla sisustetun ja ilmavan ilmapiirin ansiosta voit tuntea olosi rentoksi ja valmistamaan osumaan rannalle heti kun kävelet etuovesta. Kävelymatkan päässä tästä asunnosta voit tutustua lukuisiin putiikkeihin, kahviloihin ja ravintoloihin kadun toisella puolella The Merchants of Seacrest Beachillä. Tartu aamukahviin Wist your Whistle Coffee and Smoothie Spot -paikalla ja aja aja ylös rannikolle kuuluisalle Pier Park -kadulle. Täällä voit tehdä ostoksia kaikissa suosikkikaupoissasi ja kokea Panama City Beachin vilinästä. The best vacation!

We came here for a girls trip and it was the best! The condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed! We had a great week enjoying the beach and pool and all 30A has to offer!

Needs lots of love

The location and facility is okay. Rosemary is just a walk away with tons of shops, restaurants, and ice cream. However, if you need to use a public restroom good luck finding one. No shop lets you use theirs and you sent off on a goose chase to find one. Also if you have Verizon phone service you wont be getting any internet service. In regards to the condo it needs a lot of love. The condo itself wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival. wens, left over foos, dirty plates, gross base boards. There was no broom to sweep up anything. The beds were so hard like sleeping on concrete. The guest room double beds were so creaky and felt like they were going to collapse. The sinks backed up water. The garbage disposal didn't work. The facet is falling off a bit so water isn’t draining properly. The sockets on the porch were broken off. When it rains the whole patio becomes flooded. The elevators always smell. It takes forever to even get down to the beach. The pool is nice however if you have kids their is a giant island in the middle and you won’t have eyes on them all the time. The only things nice was the ocean view & decent size pool. The security staff were amazing. For the price you’re paying it’s just not worth the money. We gave this a shot to try something different than Destin. Destin makes most sense price wise.

A great week!

We think High Pointe is the best place to stay in the Rosemary Beach area. The beach is the least crowded and the pool is great. We loved the view from this condo, and it was very comfortable. We'll be back!

Cute unit just needs a little love

We always enjoy staying at High Point as the beach is so beautiful. This was our third year here, but first time in this unit. It was cute and clean but definitely needs some love especially in the kitchen. It is stocked with very little and needs updating. It does not cost much to make sure a kitchen is adequately stocked for those that stay there. There were no kitchen towels, more pots and pans and utensils were needed. The refrigerator was small and could use updating along with the washer and dryer. Both very small and difficult to do large loads in after a long day at the beach. Iv not meaning to be critical, like I said the unit overall was lovely but please take time to make sure everything is in good condition for visitors. These units are are expensive to stay in so you should get what you pay for. Just a little food for thought.

Good view

This property was very nice. Condo was clean and well stocked. Balcony view of the Gulf was really good. Beds were comfortable. I was taken back by a maintenance worker walking in the condo unannounced on two separate occasions while we were there. They obviously had the door code and walked right in. I didn’t like that at all.

Beautiful!

The condo was beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. It was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful! I loved the fact that we got an umbrella and two beach chairs. Everyone was so friendly. September is a perfect time of year to go. The only complaint I have and it is not bad, is there should be a little bit more information regarding the arm bands and where you scan it on the key pad to get to the beach. A nice lady showed me when I was going to the beach. I showed a couple of people also where to scan. I really like the security there. The beach is beautiful and only about 20 minutes from Panama City. I'm ready to go back! I definitely would recommend this condo. I'm very picky about where I stay. This place didn't disappoint.

Nasty shower, smelly, maintenance issues, poor communication

The master shower was covered in black mold and mildew. The unit smelled terrible of cigarette smoke when we arrived. We had to be out of our condo for a day for maintenance on the ac above us and the communication was awful with this matter. We lost a whole day inside our unit and had to fight to get anything for the inconvenience, still haven’t seen anything! We could not get the unit to cool and it was constantly muggy with wet floors and our belongings wet from the dampness. Overall super disappointing for our family vacation with 4 young kids.

Awesome property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this property. The resort had everything we needed, great staff, and thorough security. The location is outstanding -- walking distance from tons of shopping and restaurants, and easy bike rides to even more. The views are amazing -- totally worth it going oceanfront!! Unit was well furnished with quality items. Very pleased with our experience. Thank you!!!

Not enough bands and nobody would respond from Vacasa

We love High Pointe but will not book any units managed by Vacasa. Upon check-in we notified Vacasa that we did not have enough bands. I called multiple times over a 3 day period and could not get anyone to call me back to provide the security bands mandated to enter the property. absolutely horrific!

Highly Recommended

This cozy condo was perfect for our family, 2 adults and 4 kiddos. I loved that the guest bedroom had two queen size beds so it made for spacious sleeping for the kids. It had everything we needed (except for a pizza slicer). Vacasa is located beside the resort so it was comforting to know we could easily reach an employee if needed. The only constructive feedback I have is that the stackable washer and dryer were too small which made for an inconvenience of having to do multiple tiny loads. I typically wash and dry everything before packing up to go home but I was not able to do that due to the small size (I would have spent the entire last day switching out loads). I LOVED that this condo came with two chair rentals and two bike rentals!! The Vacasa staff were very friendly and gave great customer service. We would not hesitate to rent HP 35W in the future.

Cleanliness was an issue. The floor was full of sand when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves. There was a used bar of soap in the primary shower which we had to remove and then clean. Lamp Shades had layers of dust. Updated decoration which was a bonus compared to other condos we have stayed. The Vacasa staff was confusing to deal with. We did not receive our parking passes from the guard shack as no one was there. When we went to the office to request them--we were given the 3rd degree and they could not understand why we did not have them. We had to tell them several times--no one was at the guard shack

Beautiful view, nice accomodations, a few annoying glitches

The view of the gulf and the sunset was spectacular and even the occasional military overflights were fun. First problem was NO CORKSCREW. We bought one but the owners should supply one. Also some confusion about the code numbers in the beginning. The worst problem was that the remote from the TV didn't work unless you stood a couple of feet right in front of it. Also, during the last few days, the TV went offline and the on screen instructions on how to fix it were misleading. There should be written instructions about how to work the TV. Really though, our whole stay was lovely even though all the people walking around without masks or social distance in the middle of a pandemic was a bit unnerving. I guess we're too paranoid because we're in vulnerable categories???? Not what all the doctors I know say.
