Great spot!

My group loved staying here - a perfect amount of space for 7 of us! Truly a 5 minute walk to the beach and the private access was gorgeous. Staying here was my first time on 30A and I hope to come back!!

Great Location and Amenities

We loved this condo. Great space, very clean. The pool was great for the days we couldn’t beach. The private beach access is super nice and easy to get to. My sole reason for giving it a 4 was how terribly hard the beds were.

Vacation experience

This property was awesome and a great amount of space!! Every bedroom had its own bathroom:. Only bad thing were the mattresses. They were hard. The room with the two beds one side of it fell down when we laid on it. It felt like you were sleeping on the floor

Lovely place!!

Easy walk to beach access that isn’t overcrowded even on the nicest beach days. Condo was clean and there was more than enough room for all of us. Nobody was stepping on anyone’s toes and there was more than enough space for everyone! Master bedroom and bathroom was so beautiful. The places was close enough to multiple restaurants in walking distance as well! 10/10 stay! The photo below is from sunset-the beach was nowhere near crowded.

Review

We enjoyed our stay and great location. As I advised Vacasa, we had a leaking refrigerator, a tub that drained too slowly and a very rickety chair that thank God did not break on one of us. I would advise update the furniture and washer and dryer and the unit is good to go!

Great Location and Amenities

We loved 90% of things about this condo. So much space, great pool area, easy to access private beach, private beach area was so nice, close to everything in town. Our reasons for giving it a 4 were that we reported something wrong with the fridge and were told someone was coming to check it but they never did. Also the beds. They are extremely hard and lack good bedding, basically just sheets.

End of June stay

The property was very spacious. We were able to plan ahead with several comments of a minimally stocked kitchen, which I absolutely agree with. The double bedroom has an awful mattress that’s unsleepable. Ait on it and you completely sink in on one side. The dryer did take several rounds to completely dry load as mentioned by other renters. We also experienced several electrical outlets that did not work on at least part of them. The furniture is not super sturdy - main dining table is very unsteady. Overall we had more space than our family felt they needed which was a pleasant surprise. The beach is about a half mile walk, not too bad. Super easy check in and check out

Aesome!

Loved the place!! Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Felt very homey. Would definitely rent again. Only downside was the dryer. Took 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. Everything else as perfect.

Great location, great space

Firstly, the location is unbeatable. Easy walk to the a private beach. First floor makes is easy to walk out of back porch and onto 30a. The inside is good with nice living room/dining/ and kitchen space. The one complaint I have is that the kitchen did not come with a pan of all things.

Yearly Summer Beach Vacation

A comfortable place to stay within access to a private beach! If you are looking for just a relaxing time to go to the beach-this spot is so close and the walk is beautiful. Lots of walking to do around you and little places that are going up where you can get some yummy ice cream at Pecan Jack's and do a little window shopping. Go eat some yummy sea food just down the road at Steamboat Grill. Such a nice, quiet spot. Our little family and close friends truly enjoyed!

Overall a good stay

Let me start by saying I would definitely stay here again, but there are some things worth noting. The beds are REALLY firm, and I personally like firmer beds. The kitchen is extremely bare bones. If you enjoy cooking, I would recommend bringing your own cooking supplies. The bedding is very thin, so if you enjoy cover I would recommend bringing some extra.Other than that the place is great. It's located in a great area, there is coffee and several restaurants within walking distance, and the private beach is truly a 5-minute walk. We had an absolute blast and would come again. We would just be a little more prepared next time lol.

Week of 3/24-3/30

It was a wonderful condo! However, it did have some imperfections. We walked in and the refrigerator was leaking and we had to clean it the entire week. The toilet in the master bedroom was making a sound 90% of the time. Also, when I turned on the jacuzzi black stuff came out. Other than those minor fixes. It was a great stay!

Room was not very clean and there were a lot of fleas or knats in the room. The outside furniture was very dirty. There were at least 2 broken chairs and the dryer did not work but called the office and it was fixed soon after we called. Love the area. Nice condo. Nice pool

Great location

The property is great. Gated, quiet, and well taken care of. The condo was clean but dated. the mattresses in the king and twin rooms did not have any kind of topper on them and were very uncomfortable. The kitchen only had 3 forks and 1 pan. For a group of 6 this was pretty inconvenient. All that aside, it was a great place to stay with easy access to a nice private beach! Vacasa was very easy to deal with and Geraldine in the office in Seagrove was so kind!

Good for a short getaway

This was our second time staying at this condominium but first time in this specific condo. The condo itself is in a good location and has plenty of space to spread out. If you like sleeping on anything other than what feels like a wood board, bring a mattress topper with you for the master bedroom-because ouch. Also, there are very limited supplies in the kitchen so be prepared to bring your own supplies. The pool was very nice but no shade or umbrellas. The women's bathroom at the pool smelled like toxic mold and actually made my eyes water. We LOVED the access to the beach but it is a bit of a walk-especially if you bring chairs, umbrellas, tiny humans etc... Overall would give this unit 3 stars but wouldn't stay in this condo again specifically because of the master bed.

Property need work and beach rental chair problem

Ice maker poured water in floor all week half plug ins didn’t work and sofa was broke when we walked in then to put a damper on it all paid $209 dollars for rental chairs that other owners of other condo set in all week only chairs down there was ours and we didn’t get to use them and other owners said they owned beach and everything we couldn’t setup up there would not prefer sea view villas to be rented by anyone unless you want problem with beach rental company and owners of the other condos inside sea view think they are only people allowed!!!

Great location - terrible property management

This property was very comfortable and a great location for our family. It is located just a short walk across 30-A to a great beach access! The property management company, however, did not leave any instructions on how to gain access to the beach or where to pick up the access cards. Thankfully, we were able to reach the COA and receive instructions directly from the very responsive owners! There was also an issue at check in - our door code was not working. We were on hold for over an hour with the management company before being disconnected. The code finally began working an hour after our scheduled check in time. The management company never even responded to our check in issues.

Great location and nice condo

The location of the condos was great. The walk to the beach was nice and there were plenty of food and shopping places within walking distance. The condo was clean and spacious. The primary bedroom’s king bed was very uncomfortable and also was lacking adequate bedding and pillows. The other beds were nice though. And the refrigerator does leak water as other reviews have mentioned.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to private beach, some shopping and several places to eat. Plenty of room for our group and close to the pool.Ethan from La Dolce Vita Beach Chairs and Umbrellas was so nice. If you need a rental he is your guy.
