Upouusi, viehättävä Town Home

Totta viehättävä kaupunki 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 1/2 kylpy kotiin alun perin rakennettiin vuonna 1850, täydellinen kunnostus oli juuri saatu päätökseen. Kodissa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on paljon ikkunoita, parketit kaikkialla ja gourmet-keittiö. Master-sviitti, jossa suihku ja pesutupa, suorittavat ensimmäisen kerroksen. Toisessa kerroksessa paljailla palkeilla on viihtyisä oleskelutila, kylpyamme ja kaksi makuuhuonetta. Etukuisti ja takakansi tarjoavat paljon tilaa nauttia ulkona. Tämä koti on umpikujaan vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaupungista, Mount Hope Bayn ja East Bayn pyörätiellä.

Was their for my daughters graduation weekend and the house was awesome with all the amenities you could image. If you need a place to stay in Bristol, I highly recommend!

Fun in Bristol

We love Bristol and planned to bike this trip! The weather didn’t cooperate but the house had a great movie selection and we enjoyed our time together. Great house, great location and wonderful host! Makes for a great stay even when the weather doesn’t cooperate!

My family and I stayed at Theresa's house for my son's graduation from RWU. The house is absolutely beautiful Her attention to the little details is amazing (fresh flowers in each room, etc). I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house!

Spectacular Stay

This home was one of the best I have ever rented (and I rent frequently). Theresa was very attentive and helpful before and during our stay. Her home was welcoming, comfortable and extremely well equipped. I would return again without thinking twice! Thank you, Theresa!

Everything is clean and new!

We had a great 4-day stay at Theresa's house in Bristol. The house and yard are clean and well-maintained. Theresa checked in during our stay to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely stay here again when we're in the Bristol area. The house is centrally located in Bristol, close to downtown as well as the Blithewold Mansion and Gardens.

Perfection in Bristol!

Had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at this home in Bristol. The property is very well appointed and very clean! The host provided great instructions for our stay and we really appreciated the little extras in the kitchen to get us started (a few water bottles, coffee and creamer). Check in and out instructions were clear easy. Neighborhood is very quiet and easily accessible to downtown Bristol and close communities. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return Bristol and would love to stay at this property again someday!

My son was married in Bristol and I put the grooms grandmother, aunts and cousins from Calif there.

This is easily the nicest rental we have ever experienced and we rent a lot. No detail left unturned, immaculate space with quality lines and serveware in every nook and cranny. We just could not have been happier. Edward and Teresa weee a delight. The location is so close to downtown it was perfect. Highly highly recommended!!!

In Bristol for daughter's wedding

We were in Bristol for our daughter's wedding. We wanted a place where we could be with good friends of ours and unwind for a few days. We were not disappointed. This home is absolutely beautiful. Theresa thought of everything we might possibly need. We fell in love with it the minute we walked in the door. It was an oasis during a very busy, wonderful weekend.

Excellent home!

This house was immaculately clean. I’ve never stayed in a rental that was more spotless. Theresa was incredibly helpful and accessible to us during our stay. The yard and landscaping was also perfect and peaceful. The house offered every amenity you could possibly need. My one constructive criticism is that the twin beds are very firm but otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This place was amazing. It was so comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for. The host was terrific - she was so responsive to any questions we had, both before we arrived and also while we were there. The place was immaculate - the host added some nice touches like having milk and coffee for us and bottles of water too. Bristol was a great place to stay - you could walk to restaurants, access the bike path, etc. and it's only about 30 minutes to Newport. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Clean, Peaceful Home

Our stay was perfect. From the moment we walked in, it was pristine. It was beautifully prepared for us, folded towels on the bed, water, coffee waiting for us. Even champagne! We were down for a wedding with a little down time and we enjoyed their beautiful backyard in a very peaceful neighborhood. Communication was also vey quick and helpful whenever we reached out. This house is beautiful and spacious, and we felt like we were at home!

Wonderful Stay

We were in Bristol for out daughter's wedding at Linden Place. The location was perfect ~ 2 minute drive to St. Mary's Church and the venue. The backyard was incredible ~ quiet, serene and just what we needed for a busy weekend. The property was exceptionally clean, and lots of nice touches such as fresh flowers, extra towels, coffee pods, etc. We can't thank Theresa enough. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Bristol Beauty!

What a wonderful rental this was! With our family scattered through 4 states and the UK, our get-togethers are precious time. Theresa's home was the perfect setting to gather and relax. The entire home was meticulously clean and well appointed, with no detail missed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space in the beautiful backyard. Theresa was a fantastic host and we cannot wait for the opportunity to return to this lovely home. Thank you Theresa!

Lovely stay

The house has been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Good, quiet location on a backstreet in Bristol. Easy to walk to restaurants and to the water. Theresa was a wonderful host, polite, accommodating and thoughtful. Pretty garden with deck and patio. All in all a great stay.

The location of the home is fantastic. You can walk everywhere you want to and everywhere you walk you see the beautiful Mount Hope Bay. The town of Bristol is filled with shops, restaurants, family owned markets, museums and lots of history including the Mount Hope Farm which hosts a Farmer's Market every Saturday all year long. People are friendly, courteous and always willing to assit. It's small town America at its very best!
