The studio is 10 minutes-walk from the famous Foinikoudes Beach, which is an organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas and a wide variety of water sports. At a walking distance of 15 minutes is the promenade and the Marina where one can walk, have a coffee, a drink or have lunch (fish meze). The strip is full of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, mini markets, playgrounds for children etc. The main shopping district of Larnaca and the down town area is only ten minutes walking distance away !!

Five minutes-walk from St Lazarus Church. This magnificent early 10th century stone St Lazarus Church or Agios Lazaros as he is known in Greek is one of the most important surviving Byzantine monuments of Cyprus. The church lies over the tomb of Agios Lazaros, the resurrected friend of Jesus Christ who came to ancient Kition in 33 AD and became its first Bishop and Patron Saint. Just 10 minutes-drive from Larnaka Airport and 5 minutes-drive from McKenzie night clubs. There are two parks near the apartment. The first one is just 2 minutes-walk. There is another beautiful park at a walking distance of 10 minutes where children can enjoy with the playground equipment.

If one wants to explore the rest of the island there is absolutely no reason for a car!! There is public transportation near the apartment :)
