Enjoy this wonderful beach inspired unit with a great pool view and a private patio just a few steps away from the beach and Gulf waters. The master bedroom has cozy queen bed with newly appointed bedding and flat screen TV. The kids are sure to love the fun bunk beds with cozy bedding. The bathroom offers a glass enclosed shower with a single vanity. The living room offers a new sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with housewares, a stove, a microwave, and kitchen utensils. Linens and towels are provided for your convenient use. There is also a CD stereo system for your listening pleasure. There is a centrally located coin operated laundry room also for your convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring Break 2024 in 15B
We loved the location ! A 3 min walk to the beach and so close to the main hwy for food and stores. The cottage had every appliance you could need on vacation with children! 15B is right in front of the pool ! Very clean and the bathroom is newly renovated. Already booked again!

Pleasant stay but room for improvement
We had a nice stay at the cottages. Three issues we ran into: no extra blankets in the home (only sheets), the washing machines were not working properly, and we could not connect our laptops to the wifi however our phones worked well on it. The distance from the beach is wonderful and the home was generally pleasant. Will book again!

The flooring is in bad shape, there is mold around the vent in the bathroom, the shower didn’t close right and appears to be some Water damage. The location was nice and we did enjoy the pool

Dirty and outdated
We stayed here for a Week and left 1 day early. It was so dirty. The shower door doesn’t shut all the way so water just sprays out. It smelled like mold and was always damp feeing inside. The chairs outside were broken. There is mold on the lamp shade. The drawers in the bathroom are broken. The flooring is peeling off and the rug was filthy. I could go on and on. Would not recommend this cottage

Wonderful stay in destin
The staff was super helpful in letting us check-in early as the weather was atrocious. The home itself was well cleaned, comfortable furniture and, I got to have a little pool time to start my vacation right. Would 100% recommend vacasa vacation homes to my friends and family.

Cottage 15B
This cottage is very small. We were a family of three and felt very cramped. The cottage needs updating and there needs to be a better way to reach the maintenance department then emailing. The pool was overflowing into our small porch area and walkway and the surrounding area so you were forced to stay inside.

Convenient and comfortable!
I loved the location of the Nantucket Rainbow Cottages! They are a quick walk to the beach. They are very cute, cozy cottages! It was very clean upon arrival. The check on and out process was relatively easy. The only negatives are the cosmetic flaws; wear and tear on the wooden flooring, paint chipped off cabinets, etc. The refrigerator was extremely cold, and even after turning down the temperature, the fridge still froze our lunch meats, orange juice, and other foods. Otherwise, this was a great value! We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Junky!
Wow is all I can say. I had already paid for the trip before reading reviews. I thought maybe it really wasn’t THAT bad. As soon as I opened the door to the unit there was a horrible smell. The floors were all messed up. Drawers hanging off, the cabinets and walls were all scratched off. Even my 5 year old kept asking why are the drawers falling off? The furniture outside wasn’t even decent. I called to get a new room ( which I have NEVER done ) but there weren’t any available. I looked around at other units. One had a big nice tv hanging on the wall ( we had a tiny one shoved into the corner however we didn’t turn it on so no big deal ) other units had nice chairs to sit on outside, ours were rusted and nasty. I have never left a review on anything but for the price we paid I expected a much nicer place to stay

Disappointed!!
Details about this rental were incorrect. They said this place had been updated with new furniture, not TRUE! Sofa bed was old and stained. The condo had a horrible smell, an so did inside the cabinets. Beds were hard. Kitchen table was in bad condition. And looked bigger in pictures, not the case at all.
