The building manager is not a concierge, he is very friendly if you need directions or tips on getting around but please contact your host for property or reservation questions.

If you've booked for 2 Pax but still require the sofa bed made, Please message the host and notify them. For bookings over 2 Pax, The sofa bed will already be prepared for your stay.

The lock box is a 2 minute walk from the building (very short distance) because the building does not allow lock boxes.

Dispose of food, containers, and rubbish in the kitchen or bins in driveway. Please wash your dishes before departure.

Additional $100 cleaning fee applies for dirty dishes or any excess kitchen mess
