This is a covid approved property. an exceptional 4 bed 4 bath home in a gated community with every amenity you could ever want ,, easy access to restaurants on the west coast of Barbados full kitchen and laundry, maid service included Family friendly as we are the biggest lot in the community with a pool side yard and grass side with decks on both
We are across from the Fairmont royal pavillion hotel which has many amenities
Our villa currently for sale but all reservations will be honoured !

Wonderful base for West Coast exploring

We had a brilliant time at the property, house is huge with lots of bathrooms and good outdoor space. Lovely and quiet (apart from some construction noise in the day - although we were mostly out).Great to have the fairmont passes available although we ended up going to different beach clubs where the water was a bit calmer.

Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful two weeks here and can highly recommend the property to other families/groups. Location made it easy to get around and we found the busses very easy to navigate. Also enjoyed going to the beach club at the hotel. Overall brilliant stay!

Just back from a fabulous stay. The property was perfect with a very well equipped kitchen. The beach passes were a great addition and we would love to return. All enquiries were dealt with very quickly by the host who was really helpful.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely time at the house. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is lots of space in the house. It was nice to each have our own bathroom too. Would definitely return 😊

Brilliant stay

Brilliant stay, but a shame about the consistent barking from the dogs that are kept in a shed behind the house - couldn’t get to sleep one night until 1.30am which isn’t great. Everything else was brilliant.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time staying at this property! Short walk to the beach and not too far from grocery stores. The house is big and has lots of space. Outdoor pool was a very nice touch. So much outdoor space, we really enjoyed spending time on the patio. House was clean and the host was a great communicator, we will definitely be back! Thank you:)

Great Location!

The house is super cozy and spacious for 8 persons! It features a pool, three outdoor areas for eating or hanging out and the biggest bathrooms ever. It is also conveniently located a 2 minute walk from the beach. June the property manager was also super responsive and helpful with any question we had. 10/10 - would recommend

Even nicer than the photos!

This house had everything we needed and more. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and four outdoor areas to hang out and all of it so tastefully done. The plunge pool is wonderful as well. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach where you can use the beach chairs and umbrellas at the Fairmont.

Beautiful Home

We (8 adults) had a wonderful vacation and this home was perfect for us. There was lots of indoor space and outdoor space. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. The location was perfect. The plunge pool was maintained and kept clean. We would not hesitate to go back.

Beautiful home with fantastic beach club access

A wonderful property in a gated community with everything we needed as a family. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and the house was regularly cleaned by very friendly staff during our stay. The beach club is short walk and makes this a very special place to stay. Masseys supermarket is a short drive away and has everything you need. Nearby Tides and Lonestar restaurants are nearby with great dos and sea views. We would love to stay again!

Vacation in Paradise!

Wow! From the moment we stepped into our home away from home we knew we made a fantastic choice! The proximity to the beach (beach club passes from Fairmont were a bonus) was fantastic. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Lonestar with the best sunset views. Everyone involved in the property management was nothing short of amazing. Friendly, efficient, and there to make your stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Barbados.

Good near beach rental

The property is located across from the Fairmont beach resort and came with a membership to the beach club which we used almost every day. There was plenty of room for three couples. The house is located near restaurants and a short distance from Holetown. The house manager was always available to answer any questions.

Great location, but expect full disclosure

The property is in a great location with the beach being close by, various restaurants and Holetown within walking distance, as well the availability of the Fairmont Beach Club passes being a real plus. The one major complaint is the lack of disclosure that the property is for sale. There was one showing of the property while we were there which was not an issue. However, one could find the property they have rented has been sold and is no longer available and you may now be left scrambling to find alternative accommodations. Having this disclosure one can decide whether they want to take the rental risk or not. It should be VRBO policy that the for sale status of a property is clearly identified or if it changes after entering into a rental agreement.

Good location

Easy walking distance to several lovely beach bars and restaurants and the bus stop just outside was very handy. Beds were comfy and kitchen was very well equipped. Was great having access to the beach club and ample supply of towels etc was provided at the property. The pool was small but good for a refreshing dip on hot days. It was useful being able to use laundry facilities, especially as we has a 1 year old with us. If you are travelling with young children, be aware that the travel cot is actually a play pen and does not have a mattress. Luckily we were able to borrow one from elsewhere and June kindly returned it for us. I believe this is something they is now being looked into but worth checking before you travel if required. There were a few bits a bobs in the property that could do with a bit of maintenance e.g. taps/ door handles but any issues we raised were dealt with quickly by the housekeep, June. Overall we had a great stay!

Fun Time in Barbados

Property was exactly as described. Super easy access to beach, hotel and grocery. Bus stop at entrance to development. Bedrooms at back did have to cope with a few nights/mornings of several incessantly barking dogs. Not the owners fault but good to know. Unit was very clean. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Housekeeping for 2 days fit the bill perfectly

Great place

We had a great stay, the villa had everything we needed. We were a group of 6, two couples and 2 singles. Everyone had their own space, which was nice and lots of areas to get together. The plunge pool was a nice bonus, we spent lots of time on the side patio. The beach club passes to the Fairmount worked excellent and the beach is right across the street, about a 5 minute walk. We were over using the beach chairs almost every day. I would recommend a car, there is not a lot around in the area for restaurants. We had 2 people who liked to cook so we ate in most nights. We walked in to Holetown on a regular basis for our morning walk. It is about 25 minutes to get to Massy’s. we picked up groceries most days and walked back home. There is a nice bakery about a 10 minute walk from the villa. If we went back to the west coast we would definitely stay here again.
