This property does not have air conditioning.
-Only 1 dog will be permitted, $60 +tax for one pet. Do not leave pet outside, unattended if you are not home and please pick up after your pet(s)! If you are bringing a pet, please know the backyard consists of a small deck, there is no grass area.
-Parking is in front of the home, on the street, there are usually spots out front of the home.
Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
