Perfectly positioned just footsteps from the iconic Chapel Street precinct, this stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers the ultimate blend of space, comfort, and spectacular views, including two car spaces.
YOUR HOME
Step inside this beautifully appointed 123sqm home and be greeted by a bright, open plan living and dining space flowing seamlessly to a large undercover balcony. North-facing and bathed in natural light, it showcases panoramic views of Melbourneâs city skyline and the peaceful Yarra River â the ideal spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind at sunset.
The sleek granite-topped kitchen is fully equipped with a modern electric cooktop, dishwasher, and a coffee machine (BYO pods), while a hidden butlerâs pantry doubles as a full laundry with washer and dryer. With brand-new, stylish furnishings throughout, every detail has been thoughtfully curated for a relaxing and functional stay.
Both bedrooms are generously sized and designed for privacy. The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in robe, and a spacious ensuite featuring a separate bath and shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed and built-in robe, with direct access to the main bathroom â effectively providing two en-suites for guest comfort. Floorboards run throughout the home for a clean, modern finish (no carpet), and remote work is easy with a dedicated study desk and chair.
Youâll stay connected with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, feel secure with video intercom entry and lift access, and enjoy the convenience of a secure underground car park and storage cage. Heating and cooling are included for year-round comfort.

Keys can be collected from the IGA Local Grocer, Address: 160 Cremorne Street, Cremorne. The store is 1.1 km away (3 min drive or 13 min walk) from the home.
Opening hours:
Monday - Friday: 7am to 11pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am to 10pm
Let us know if you're arriving or departing outside these times.
Your unique code for collection is 939704. Just quote this to the store person and advise that you're there to collect apartment keys with Key Nest. This will include a front door key.
Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.
