Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with cozy queen beds, while the spacious living room features a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Step out onto the private deck to cast a line, relax as boats drift by, or simply enjoy the peaceful bay breeze.
Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals, a washer and dryer for your convenience, Wi-Fi, and streaming TV to keep everyone entertained. The condo also includes one dedicated parking spot, making your stay even more hassle-free.
Ideally located between 6th and 7th Street, you’re just a 5-minute stroll from the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk and sandy beaches. A 20-minute walk or quick drive brings you to the excitement of Trimper’s Rides on the pier. Please note that while the views are stunning, the boat slip is not available for guest use, and there is no access for docking boats, jet skis, or similar watercraft.
Guests are asked to bring their own sheets, towels, paper products, and toiletries. For added ease, an optional linen package is available to rent and will be delivered to the condo on your arrival day and picked up upon departure. This includes sheet sets with pillowcases for each bed and towel sets for up to six guests.
Please note: This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and pet-free property. The homeowner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
