Just off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with a clean, organized layout. You'll find all the modern appliances you need—refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—set against speckled gray granite countertops that extend into a practical and stylish dining table, perfect for meals or casual gatherings.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze up if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
