The Space:
Enjoy the charm of a classic 1960s beach shack with all the comforts of modern living—just a short stroll from the beautiful Fisherman’s Beach in Torquay. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this relaxed coastal retreat is designed for effortless getaways year-round.
Step inside and feel instantly at home. Sunlight streams through north-facing windows, creating a bright and welcoming living space that opens onto a shaded deck—ideal for morning coffees, evening BBQs or simply enjoying the sea breeze. The home is well equipped featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the outside deck, 2 bathrooms and a laundry with washing machine/dryer. Enjoy year-round comfort with the split-system air conditioner located in the living area.
Bed configuration:
With room for up to 6 guests, the house offers 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed
Bring your pets along too—this home is pet-friendly so the whole family can enjoy a summer or winter escape.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house.

Set in the heart of Victoria’s surf coast, Torquay is loved for its beautiful beaches, coastal walking tracks, and relaxed seaside vibe. Stroll to nearby lookouts like Point Danger, explore the cafes and shops on Gilbert and Bell Streets or catch the action at world-famous Bells Beach—just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
There is ample free on-street parking just outside the property and parking just inside the gate.
Nearby beaches, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance, however, we would recommend a car to get around.
