Parking:
We provide secure parking but are not responsible for tickets. Please follow provided guidelines. Vehicles must be clean and leak-free.
Noise & Smoke Detectors:
We use smart devices that detect noise over 70db and cigarette/cannabis smoke. Do not tamper with or unplug these.
Quiet Hours & No Parties:
▪ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
▪ No loud music, excessive drinking, or parties
▪ Violation may lead to eviction with no refund
Smoking & Drug Policy:
No smoking, vaping, or drug use (including cannabis) inside the unit or on the balconies. CAD$250 fine applies for violations.
Property Damage:
▪ Property is inspected before check-in
▪ Report any damage upon arrival
▪ Guests are liable for any new or major damage
Shared Spaces:
Be courteous in common areas. Noise should be kept to a minimum. Surveillance cameras are active.
No Shoes Indoors:
Please remove outdoor footwear inside. Excessive mess may result in cleaning fees.
Cleanliness:
Leave the space tidy and free from excess garbage, mud, or mess. A CAD$100 cleaning fee applies if excessively dirty.
No Pets:
Pets are not allowed. A CAD$150 fine applies for violations.
Complaint Policy:
Failure to comply with rules may result in eviction without refund.
Balcony Safety:
Always supervise children and use balconies responsibly.
