Walking distance to shopping and dining, 6 miles to Anna Maria Island,1 mile to Warner's Bayou boat ramp, and convenient to I-75 & Sarasota or Tampa airports. Fully equipped kitchen and more. Entertain family and friends on nearly half an acre enclosed by a 6' vine-covered privacy fence, fire pit, propane grill and screened lanai. We provide beach gear (umbrellas, chairs and towels) for your days on our beautiful award-winning beaches of Anna Maria Island.

The space
This beachy home is comfortable, clean and inviting. It's the perfect place to vacation as its close to world-renowned beaches, IMG academy, shops, and restaurants. Nicely renovated, the home is setup to make life easy - it's your home away from home. Remember to bring a swimsuit and sunscreen :)

The home has high speed WIFI. All of the TV's have Netflix, HBO, Disney+, and YoutubeTV for live channels.

Free parking, Free Washer & Dryer, Boat parking in the front

Some pluses and minuses

Pluses: The location was great and the owner was responsive to our inquiries. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. Minuses: The two smaller bedrooms did not have dresser so our friends had to live partially out of a suitcase. The pool/ spa is a hot tub with weeds growing out of the sides. The front and back porches could use a good steam cleaning. The fire pit is overgrown.

Not as advertised

We stayed 6 nights. The property was not entirely as described, which is why I am giving it a poor rating. We had factored certain advertised amenities in when considering the price. Had we known this was not as advertised, we may have chosen a different place to stay. We reached out to the owner before posting this review. They were not willing to work with us. The interior was basically as described. There were games and books for children. Kitchen was nice, though there was no stopper in sink. We made it work. Location of property was good. Problems: -advertised a “heated pool” under pool & spa and pictured a hot tub. The hot tub was overgrown with grass, full of cold murky water and had lizards living in it. -advertised a grill. The grill was there. It did have propane. But it was barely functional and would only partially light. -not listed in ad, but a lovely playhouse was pictured near the nice new grill. The playhouse was nearly unrecognizable, weathered, overgrown with plants and falling in. The house was advertised as suitable for children. The unusable playhouse was disappointing, but with it looking ready to fall in and the hot tub with nasty water, the exterior was not very safe for kids. I have pictures of the ad and of the actual property, but there doesn’t seem to be a place to upload them. In a message, the host stated they were new to vrbo and had just begun renting their property out. Why then, were the photos so old and outdated?

Florida Family Visit

Our daughter and her family live within walking distance from this property. It was an ideal location, with plenty of room and contained everything we needed. We will definitely be back to this property.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable

This listing met all requirement for my wife and I. It was clean, in a very quiet neighborhood, and offered all the comfort features we were used to and expected. Highly recommend.

The house is cozy and comfortable. AC/Heater are in good conditions.

My son who lives in Bradenton W, has to clean the tiles in the kitchen n bathrooms. All the rooms are well decorated n cozy. Bedsheets n pillows are clean. Towels smells old, so we all rewashed it. Door screen in the Patio is ripped halfway, and all the mosquitoes n bugs went in. However, kitchen is fully useful with all necessary tolls available. The owner is very helpful and kind understanding and I really am thankful to have this house. A little touch n cleaning would add more values.

Relaxing place to stay

Nice home for our month long stay. So convenient to everything. The bedrooms were very clean and very comfortable. The iron was missing and the owner ordered one and it was delivered to our door. There was an issue with the washer and the owner took care of it. Very accommodating.

Great stay at beautiful, spacious home.

Stayed for 3 nights. Owner communicated rapidly and regularly. Check in could not have been easier. Home was incredibly clean and well kept. Extremely comfortable with wonderful natural lighting. Very roomy inside and the backyard was huge. Spent a good couple nights in front of the fire pit as well. Added bonus, right next door to the ABC. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Love the property, so cute , clean and have everything you need to have a comfortable stay out of your home. little details everywhere make easier find everything you need. Since we have rain over the weekend, we went to the beach just 15 m away. I found chairs and towels to the beach, very convenient! I definitely come back
