Keep in mind that our VRBO calendar may not always reflect real-time changes. Prices and availability are regularly updated to align with the current rental market.

3 - Booking Process with The Timeshare Brokers, LLC: Our goal is to provide you with the best booking process in the industry. Note that the rate quote is a base rate, and premiums may apply during peak times, such as school vacations and holiday weeks.

4 - Availability Confirmation: We will check your inquiry/request within the specific owner's resort booking system and promptly respond with the latest availability, as it can change daily. To accommodate these fluctuations, we recommend using the "Contact Host" feature before using the "Request to Book" option.

Great location and resort ammenties for a family get away

Location was perfect for our stay. Initially, we did have a difficult time finding the entrance to the property at night, but after that everything else was easy. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable and provided everything we needed. We relaxed and enjoyed our get away!

Week at the Wyndham

I spent the week at Palm-Aire with my husband & 3 year old daughter. We stayed in the Sable building. One elevator was down for a while stay which meant longer wait times but everything else was great. My daughter loved the pool and the wild animal show. We made good use of the whole property and loved the fitness center and cafe. We would definitely visit again!

Nice facility, high pressure to attend a time share program. The units are assigned at time of check in. It seems once I refused to attend their time share seminar, we became second class citizens.

Needs some attention.

We were there a total of 7 weeks and we were told if you need a vacuum we would be happy to have one brought up to you to use and give back. We had to call every few day's for towels and linens. I understand covid however the price we paid to stay and the noise at night and people in the pools and hot tubs all hours was crazy. Other than that we had a great time and will do it again next year.
