Located just outside of Tahoe City, this extravagant residence offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, spacious living & dining areas and everything you’ll need in the kitchen to make the most delicious meals. Relax on the comfy sofa or sitting chairs in the living room and enjoy a fire in the gas fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the large flat-screen television (complete with access to the internet & Netflix). Other amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, large dining room table and forced air heat. The back deck has patio furniture and a gas BBQ.

The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed and the attached bathroom has a separate shower stall along with an Aria Fleurco soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom is upstairs in the hall and there's a half bathroom downstairs off the kitchen.

Lake Forest Glen Condominium’s offer an array of activities on site such as tennis & pickle ball courts (pickle ball paddles and balls provided in condo), 2 swimming pools, hot tub and sauna. There’s also plenty of lawn areas to just sit and relax in the sun if you choose.

Take a short walk to the Sugar Pine Bakery and enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, pastries and sandwiches. You can also walk out the back gate through the forest to Skylandia’s public sandy beach and pier. Lake Forest beach is also a short walk from this complex.

Treat yourself to some of the most beautiful hiking/biking trails that Tahoe offers. Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe ski areas are within a 15-35 minute drive. Cross Country skiing is a short 5-minute drive.

This complex doesn’t allow any tenants to bring pets.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!
