Nauti tilavien, koskemattomien, valkoisten hiekkarantojen yksinäisyydestä ja upeista näkymistä Meksikonlahden smaragdinvihreille vesille.
'Ft. Walton / Okaloosa -saari valittiin äskettäin USA: n tänään -opiskelijoiden suosituimmaksi rantaksi Amerikan ensimmäiseksi rannalle ja valittiin kuudennen vuoden ajan peräkkäin etelään parhaiden rantakohteiden eteläisten lukijoiden keskuudessa. '

Ainutlaatuinen, yhden makuuhuoneen, pohjapiirros, jossa on pankot, nukkuu neljästä kuuteen mukavasti. Tämä Gulf Dunes Condominium -kompleksin savuton yksikkö on sisustettu tyylikkäästi. Se sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa (itse asiassa kompleksin kolmas taso) ja siinä on keraamiset laattalattiat, king-vuode isännässä, sisäänrakennetut sali-pankot ja kuningatar-vuodesohva. Upea esteetön näkymä merelle meidän parvekkeelta. Meillä on DVD-soitin ja nopea internetyhteys. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat myös yksikössä.

Huoneiston sisustus on hiljattain maalattu. Myös uudet työtasot ja kalusteet olivat juuri asennettu.

Erityisominaisuuksiin kuuluvat: 426 jalan Gulf Front -paratiisi, rehevä trooppinen maisemointi, oma dyyni, suihku, kaksi kausiluonteisesti Persianlahden edessä lämmitettyä uima-allasta ja tenniskentät. Rantapalvelu sisältyy myös jokaiseen vuokraan 1.-31. Lokakuuta (2 tuolia ja 1 sateenvarjo).

Okaloosa Island sijaitsee kätevästi kahden mailin päässä Fort Waltonista, kuuden mailin päässä Destinistä ja yhden mailin päässä uudesta kongressikeskuksesta.

Great location
This property has a great location and is located perfectly. Within the condo unit itself, there were some concerns (ceiling water damage that appears to have been there for a while, broken drawers, not enough silverware, 3 clothing handers in the closet, overall the unit felt dark - needs additional lighting throughout. Ceiling dusk and what could have been mold or mildew.). I would stay at this property again, just not this specific unit.

Amazing!!
The room was perfect for our stay and had amazing views. Our family loved being just a short walk to the beach and getting to enjoy the outdoor pool. Our room came with complimentary chairs and umbrella for the beach which was great and made for less things that we had to carry. Location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Pleasant stay
This was the perfect little condo. The king sized bed in the master was so comfortable. I loved the Jack and Jill bathrooms so that we had 2 toilets when things got tough with 5 of us. The view was spectacular. The only thing I wish the complex had was a bigger pool, but that is no fault of the owner/condo itself. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience
Sunset Resort is an excellent way to rent a beachfront condo. I got to talk to actual people during the booking process, and I had to revise my stay more than once and they were nothing but gracious and helpful. They don't nickel and dime you with any fees and you will save money renting through sunset resorts rather than one of the short term rental apps

Beautiful Condo
Absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location and can't get a better view. We had a couple days of rain but spent time on the balcony and didn't feel like we were missing out. Highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Spot for Kids
This was our first time going to the beach with our 2.5 year old adventurous son! The condo’s bunk beds in the hallway were perfect for storing luggage (top bunk) and for our little one to easily find us in the night as it’s located directly next to the bedroom. Having a kitchen, washer & dryer, and a place to go recoup after long beach days was essential for our toddler and us! The room came with chairs via beach service; those boys worked hard the entire 7 days we were there. The pool was the perfect reprieve from the beach. The location on the water had beautiful clear tides and was close to many great restaurants in walking distance whether it be from the beach or the road. Honestly if you are a a family of 3-4 this condo could feel full quickly, especially with kiddos leaving things about, but the pullout couch and balcony offered more comfortable attributes to the condo. The room is located in front of the elevator - which we were not bothered by. I would definitely consider staying again next time around!

Almost Excellent
The location of the property can't be beat—Gulf beachfront with the view of that dreamy emerald blue water. However, there were multiple times that cigarette smoke wafted onto my balcony as I was trying to enjoy the view. There is a no smoking policy but evidently some guests staying at the property feel this rule doesn't apply to them. Also, there is a shuttered window in the bedroom that still allows light in at night and I couldn't find a way to shut out that light to get a good nights sleep. Loved the water hoses on the beach walkway to rinse off the sand and also the umbrella and beach chairs were promptly set up each morning. Staff was very courteous and other guests I encountered were friendly.

Beautiful gulf front condo !!!!
Condo was clean. Bed was very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony looks over the pool and the gulf. We love this condo and will stay here again!!!

Excellent
This unit is perfect for two people! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The view is great, we watched dolphins playing each morning. We were there the second week of January, hardly any people, very peaceful.

2nd visit in this unit - great views!!!
This was our 2nd time in this unit, but 5th time at Gulf Dunes. Stay was comfortable like usual, however this visit was a little worse for wear when one bathroom's 4-bulb vanity light only had 1 working bulb and the over-the-toilet shelf in the other restroom was leaning like the Tower of Piza. The carpet in the bedroom was heavily stained since last visit (2019). I think it'd be a good time to do upgrades. I love the new building exterior color scheme (grey with blue/white/tan accents). This unit is directly in front of the elevators which makes going in/out with bags very easy. In this visit, out of all visits, we were lucky to see from the balcony and be in the ocean with dolphins and dozens of sting rays. My mother and her partner go to the fishing pier that's a few buildings down and spend 2-3 days catching enough fish to fill the freezer! Once they caught tuna, but usually its spanish mackerel. We will continue to return to Gulf Dunes when vacationing in the Florida panhandle.

This is a great unit! We always love having a good view of the ocean! This unit comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella at certain times of the year which is an added bonus. This is the 3rd year that we have stayed in this unit and it has always been nice and clean. We are both OCD so that is very important to us. It also has 2 bathrooms which is good for us as we go out a lot a night and both need room to get ready. I highly recommend this unit!!

Nice Place to Stay
This is a nice condo - however I think it should be noted that this unit is right beside the elevator - which is right beside the bedroom. When you have rude guest coming and going through the night it is impossible to sleep. There is also alot of lighting at this location, so the room never gets dark. The condo was well stocked with supplies and linens. It was clean, except for the outdoor balcony area. The concrete area was very dirty. The chairs and umbrella service provided on the beach was perfect. Very short stroll on the walkway to the beach with a shower area. There is a restroom area downstairs in the garage area for easy access from the beach/pool. The pool is not large but sufficient. Plenty of deck area with chairs for lounging. This area is under the watchful eye of a lifeguard and they patrol the area on four wheelers.

Nice, clean and spacious condo. Beautiful gulf views. Quick walk to the beach. Overall location is great and within walking distance to some good restaurants. A negative is this unit is right in front of elevator and trash chute so a little more noisy at times. Really enjoyed our stay recently.

Maintenance
The room was nice and clean, however the Maintenance was a bit much, the east heated pool which I was told was open, was closed as was the west pool most of the time, I had scaffolding up and down in fron of balcony all day everyday, could not use us the balcony one day as the were working directly above and next to us, had to remove balcony furniture everytime we left so the contractor could work on our balcony when we were gone. No water till noon one day. I know maintenance is necessary but I should have been notified as to the extent of it so I could have chosen a different room.

Beach Front Bliss
From the balcony we could see & listen to the waves rolling in on the beach. The chair service was an excellent convenience. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. The Gulf Dunes complex was well maintained. Sunset Resort Rentals was very responsive to any issues and their staff was most pleasant.
