This 3 BR 2BA home is perfect for a fun-filled stay in the sunshine state! Brand new pool with gorgeous water features July 2022! Right off I-75, Less than 10 minutes to Punta Gorda airport with its own private boat ramp access. The spacious floor plan gives plenty of room to watch tv together on the big screen in the living room, play games at the table or chill by the BRAND NEW large HEATED pool. Master and second bedroom have adjustable bed frames with pillow top mattress in guest bedroom and memory foam in master! Sleep like a KING here! Prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the full kitchen and dine together at the table. Sip coffee or drinks by the pool, enjoy a breakfast with friends, or take a short drive to many many beach options, closest one is just 15 min away! Just 10minutes to downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman’s Village!

Relaxing haven

Great place to relax and enjoy time with family. Everything you need is right here. Comfy beds. Nice furnished kitchen. Relaxing living room furniture. Home away from home. Enjoyable pool that had a high end resort look and feel. Easy access to go to fisherman’s village. Short drive to beaches. Will choose this place again.

Relaxing

It was very relaxing sitting by the pool and being in the pool. The pool area is definitely zen. It was nice to only hear the water fountain and birds. The house was very clean. The house is close to town, so a short distance to eating and shopping.

Country Oasis-Heated Private Pool

Aimee and Kristy were both amazing. Although the reasons I had to go to Florida were unfortunate, they were great to deal with. Even left me a card consoling me for my loss. The pool was great, heated, and lit up at night. I would stay there again anytime I would go back to the area. Very helpful on places to go and things to do. I very much appreciate your kindness while staying there.

Aimee’s property was exactly as described. My husband and I were in town as his mother was having surgery. It was a nice, quiet, getaway in Punta Gorda. We will definitely return!

Peaceful and Comfortable

Country Oasis is definitely accurate in the listing, but if you don’t mind a short drive into town or a half-hour to the beach, this property is great! It is a quiet, rural neighborhood, good for getting in a walk each day. (The Harbor Walk in Punta Gorda is also very nice!) The pool is beautiful, and with the heater, even on a day when we had a stiff breeze, we enjoyed being in the water. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The furniture is comfortable, and was great for watching March Madness! There was a nice gas grill, although we did not use it. We would stay there again!

I ws very diaappointed with this property There is mold around the bath tubs and the shower curtains as well.we had one tub that did not drain out we had to clean it out we moved the living room furniture to kill some spiders and had the shock of dust and dirt under it all. the bedrooms were in the same condition. the pool area also needs a powerwashing to clean the mold everywhere. the same goes for the enclosure. If there was a - rating iduse it would not ever return nor recommend

Fantastic home and really well managed!

This is a beautiful home and super convenient to attractions in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. The kids loved the pool and mom and dad really appreciated the space! Aimee was great to work with - helpful, responsive and just an all-around joy! She even had up holiday decorations for our arrival. Just great! I’ll be recommending this home to friends and we’ll stay again!

Great house but you'll spend your time in the POOL!

Perfect rental for grandparents bringing their grandson on vacation to Florida. Convenient location in the country, just outside of Downtown Punta Gorda (10 min drive) where you can enjoy a peaceful neighborhood and an amazing private pool. Owner is VERY attentive and responsive, highly recommend.

Nice family home

We had only a few days to stay and the house was nice to have a home come back to. Having your own space is great. The house had all the amenities needed! Aimee was great to communicate with and very accommodating. The area is off the busy streets so quiet but still not too far from stuff to do. Would stay here again.
