Queen sized very comfortable bed in the bedroom with a convertible queen-sized sofa in the Living room which has a memory foam topper and a new mattress. Plush towels comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen help to make your stay in Frederick a joy. Bring your bikes! Everything is nearby.
This place is cozy and super close to Market Street, Carroll Creek, the historic district and all that Downtown Frederick has to offer. You'll have everything you need for your stay and enjoy a relaxing spot for some downtime. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a coffee maker to champagne glasses, a waffle maker, and a blender. All the appliances and accouterments for cooking a meal are provided... just in case! The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a hairdryer, and other amenities. The living room has a Smart TV with high-speed wireless internet. Ample, well-lit parking is available in the front of the building, just park in any available spot. This fantastic location is within short walking distance or an extremely short car ride to all of the restaurants, bars, art venues, theaters, and parks that make Frederick such a delight and a great place to live and visit. Great place

We were very pleased with this cozy place. It was perfect in every way. The location was convenient to shops and food as well as hopping on the highway. Parking was great. No noise. We really appreciated how quickly the host replied to us when we had a question. I look forward to staying here again when I’m in town.

Great location!

This apartment is in a wonderful location and is within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in historic downtown Frederick. There is a large free parking lot at this apartment complex in a very safe area. I'm a single older woman and felt completely safe walking back at 10:00pm in this area. The apartment is as described. It is in an older apartment building (not historic old), but is furnished nicely and the bed is clean and comfortable. I did notice a slight odor in the apartment; it didn't affect my allergies, so I don't believe it was mold or mildew as I am highly allergic to mold, mildew and dust, and after being in the apartment for 30 minutes or so, I no longer noticed it. It might have been scented cleaning products, but a HEPA air filter would have been a nice addition. Other than that, I have no complaints and I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were responsive and friendly and easy to contact. I stayed for 3 nights over Mother's Day weekend.

Cozy and Close to Downtown

Has everything you will ever need for a stay in Frederick. Jimmy and Ms Ambrose are very responsive if you ever need anything. This is within walking distance to downtown and would recommend for a stay in Frederick.

Met my needs perfectly! The unit is charming, comfortable and clean, with everything that I needed ... all at a very reasonable price. Customer service was beyond expectations! Definitely recommend highly!

Ok place, needs cleaning

Floors were sticky and slick (even tho they were dry) upon arrival, with odor in the apartment when we got there. I didn't mind to mop the floor but when I found the mop -mop was black, soaking wet in black water in the bucket. I cleaned the floors with paper towels. There is an Issue with listing written that spare bed is queen: it is a smaller mattress set on a queen hidabed frame, exposing all the sharp metal and a couple inches of metal grid on the edges. Also wifi issues. Location is convenient to the doctor we were traveling to visit. Bed in bedroom was comfortable. It was a necessity to have the kitchen which was fully functional. I hate to leave negative comments but felt in this situation it was unavoidable.

Home away from home

We stayed for two weeks while a family member was receiving medical treatment. We wanted someplace that felt like home and not a hotel. This apartment fit the bill. Only issue is inconstant internet and smart tv. Would stay again.

Good place for the price

I stayed here for a week after moving to Frederick. The unit was very nice, spacious, and furnished with everything I needed. Very close to downtown Frederick. Overall, very good experience and very affordable.

Our overall experience with the host was excellent. She was very accommodating and helpful when we had to changes plans. She responded quickly to our requests and was very flexible. The location and accommodations were perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 5 weeks at Lisa's apt. The apt was very clean and well equipped, the neighborhood was quiet and most importantly, we always felt safe. It's a wonderful location to explore downtown Frederick as well as the many State Parks.

Very nice and clean one-bedroom apartment within walking distance of downtown. Property manager Lisa and superintendent Jimmy couldn't have been nicer - very friendly tenants, also.

The best thing about this apartment is the blend of proximity, convenience, comfort, and value. You are so near to everything you want to do and see. You can park your car and simply walk, or bring your bike and ride. The building is set back from the hubbub of the street, it's well lit at night, it has a private lot, and a video surveillance system for security. The entire apartment was just renovated. It is decorated in a comfortable style with a big screen Smart TV, Wifi, electric fireplace, Ecobee Alexa T-stat, comfortable pillows and plush touches like thick towels and comforters. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be immediately at home. You can park in the well-lit parking lot steps away from the apartment's entrance.
