The building is directly across the street from the Historic District. The apartment is in a circa1990 building as you can see from the photos. It is set back from the street with private access, a private parking lot, and well-lit access to the entrances.

Modern convenience in an historic setting. This space features modern retro-style furnishings and a minimalist viewpoint.

You will have private access to the entire two-bedroom apartment and the common areas of the building, including the laundry room which is downstairs, on the first level; accessed by the main entrance on the left. You use the second entrance for your apartment, the one to the right.

There is a push-button entry door to the unit itself. The key to the front door of the building is in a key-box at the front door which you can access with a combination if you need to. The super is always available to let you in, or assist you, however!

Great apartment in a great location

We visited Frederick for our son's wedding. The apartment was nicely furnished and clean. The location is close to downtown. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future when visiting Frederick.

Nice short-stay apartment

A nice furnished 2 bedroom apartment with free parking approximately a 7-8 block walk from downtown. The property manager is attentive to any of needs while you're there and the owner is easy to get in touch with any questions. We've stayed at this apartment building twice now in two different, well maintained units.

If you like peace and quiet, this isn’t the place for you.

First off, the owner was very sweet and helpful when it came to booking the property. However, I did not enjoy my stay at all. From the stale cigarette smell in the hallway, people in and out of the building all night, the shower water only getting luke warm before turning completely cold after 10-15 minutes. Not to mention the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud all throughout the night. No matter what temperature the heat was set on, the apartment was still cold. I ordered Uber eats while I was there, and the driver let it be known I was in the “lower income part of the area” and she wouldn’t even bring me my food. I had to leave out to meet her at the store. People come from off of the corner at night, and lurk around the parking lot in the building. Me being from out of town, and not knowing the area, it made me nervous. Like I stated earlier, the owner is a nice lady. But I would never book this place again. This is just my honest review.

Lisa is very responsive! She would message me back within ten minutes. The location is close to downtown. My husband and I would walk to downtown everyday for dinner, which was super convenient. Thank you Lisa!

The best thing about this apartment is the blend of proximity, convenience, comfort, and value. You are so near to everything you want to do and see. You can park your car and simply walk, or bring your bike and ride. The building is set back from the hubbub of the street, it's well lit at night, it has a private lot, and a video surveillance system for security. The entire apartment was just renovated. It is decorated in a modern minimalist style with a big screen Smart TV, Wifi, electric fireplace, Ecobee Alexa T-stat, comfortable pillows and plush touches like thick towels and comforters. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be immediately at home.
