The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with private street ,lot of spacious and surrounded by Mountain views and huge open deserts 🏜 This home offers a nice big front/back-yard presenting a huge fenced area for the horses , 7 horses stalls and a huge corral in place including feeders and water line for them. You can ride them anywhere around the subdivision and open deserts with trails. Very open space for any entertainment. Bring your ATV toys dirt bikes and enjoy endless sky views during outdoor camp fire. It’s a great private subdivision to enjoy ! Minutes away from Surprise and only 25 minutes from Wickenburg where you find Arenas and other events. Only 10 minutes away from Family Dollar store, Shell gas station with some convenient stores near by and about 15-20 minutes from Walmart Home Depot restaurants hospital etc ! Enjoy serene and private mountain views in this charming horse property one acre plus you will love it !

Great host and horse property

The host was the most gracious and accommodating I have stayed with. The home was clean, spacious, maintained and perfectly located for our activities. Wonderful to have our horses stay with us. Would love to stay again in the future!

Perfect for our trip

The property was great! It was located in a quiet neighborhood and had stalls for 5 horses, with plenty of room for our pickup and trailer. The house was clean and very well stocked to meet our needs. The host was very kind and helpful. I hope to stay here again on a future trip!

Tremendous hosts

We were very happy with the accommodations and the host was extremely easy to work with. While we were there for a family function, we'd love to come back to ride the trails and explore the desert. This is a great location outside the city with access to desert trails but only 20 min from great dining and shopping too.

Incredible stay!

It could not have been more perfect. We were in town for business and needed a place that would give us room for the trailer we take on the road..... this is now going to be our go-to whenever we're in the Phoenix area!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful little house with lots of parking. It had a big back yard with a drive through gate. Everything I. The house worked very well. A/c was awesome had no issues even in 115 degree weather. However the best part of the stay was how well the property manger communicated with me. She’s a very beautiful person and was there to answer any questions I had at any time. She has a glamorous personality with a heavenly outlook on how she interacts with her guests! I’d recommend staying here!

ATV weekend

Loved the big gated back yard, plenty of room to park 2 trucks with trailers & unload right to the back door! Beds were comfy & house was immaculate.

Great place to stay

Overall great place to stay, the only feedback i have is as follows: 1) Potentially have wheel barrel and fork to clean horse runs and a little more convenient place to scoop manure. 2) Full size coffee pot. As i mentioned it was a great get away and nice place!

Great horse property very nice owners!

Great spot to stay w horses. Large backyard to park several long trailers. Owners extremely kind and easy to work with. House was very clean well stocked w kitchen supplies. Very reasonably priced considering 6 horse stalls!!

Recommend Horse property

Home was great. Area for Horses was great. Property Manager was very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay. Appliances (washing machine and dishwasher) were loud, but worked fine. Rooms were nice, a lot of closet space. Master was very nice. Other rooms were a little light on furniture, but nothing that is a necessity. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Property, beautiful views, VERY clean!

My family and I booked last minute for my birthday after 2 other hosts cancelled on us due to weather up north, and our host was amazingly accommodating! She allowed us to check in same day, and the house was beautiful! You could see 4 peaks off in the distance from the back yard, and everything was so immaculately clean! Which during these crazy times made us feel so comfortable. Plenty of seating, and plenty of space for everyone! We had 7 adults and my 10 month old and we were very comfortable! We didn't have anything with us this time, but this house is a large property and had space for horses and plenty of room if you're hauling in toys or trailers. I couldn't have asked for a better stay! We will definitely book again in the future!

Great property

House was nice. Plenty of room for horses. Backyard was big enough to pull truck and 4 horse LG in and turn around. Great quiet location.
