Luxurious 2 bedroom condo a short walk to Eagle Beach

This well-kept and fully furnished two-story luxury condo is located in Aruba Breeze Condominiums. The unit features two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two community pools with a grilling area. If you are looking for a workcation place, we have internet speeds of 150-200 Mbps, a monitor, keyboard, and a desk in the primary bedroom.

In the evenings, this complex is typically very quiet; no need to worry about getting woke up in the middle of the night. If you are looking for fun, a short walk to have a drink during happy hour at a beach bar, visit a Casino or one of the many shops nearby. There are several great restaurants you can walk to, Screaming Eagle, Elements, and Waters Edge, to name a few.

Upon entering this corner-unit condominium you will find yourself in a spacious open-concept living and dining room that leads to a fully equipped kitchen with built-in stainless steel appliances e.g. stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, pots, pans, and dishes. Amenities include wifi internet, cable TV, gym, and free secured parking space with coded gate.

Upstairs, you will find the Guest and Primary bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and closet space. The Primary has a private balcony overlooking the pool area, the perfect spot to lounge and enjoy the breeze. The condo comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, is fully air-conditioned, and has all towels/linens, and beach equipment for your vacation!

Aruba Breeze condos are in the low-rise area, about halfway between the high-rise hotels at Palm Beach and Oranjestad and directly behind the new Iberostar resort. Aruba’s bus line has a stop on JE Irausquin Blvd, and for a few dollars, you can make your way to some of the most popular locations on the island.

We can offer additional services such as maid service, Laundry, Grocery Shopping, Private Chef, Private Bartender, Yoga Instruction, Private Masseuse, Cell Phone Rental, Portable Crib Rental, High Chair Rental, Babysitting Services, and more.

Eagle Beach Condo

Awesome property

Our first time visiting Aruba. We loved the location and found that we didn’t need a rental car. The property was lovely and the condo was well stocked. We appreciated the wagon and beach chairs. We didn’t have to purchase many paper products. The host was helpful answering questions and providing information and helpful links. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location & easy process

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is an easy walk to Eagle beach, which is much more beautiful and less crowded than palm beach, and is in a good spot if you want to rent a vehicle and explore the island. Condo worked well for our family of 5. Modern, clean and the beach amenities were a nice touch. Communication with owner and property manager was easy and helpful. Would stay again. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Location

This condo complex is in a great location and is well kept. A 5 minute walk to the beach. The only concern is the amount of construction in the area which is going to bring in many more people that will end up crowding Eagle Beach which is currently not crowded.

There is a lot of new construction going on around the property making it a bit unsightly. We stayed here for one night on the way to an all inclusive experience. It was quiet and clean and everything we needed for a short stay. If you arrive on a Sunday make sure to plan for food as most things surrounding close early.

As Advertised!

This place is exactly as advertised and listed. Wonderful condo inside of a friendly, gated area. The walk to the beach is a leisurely 7-minute stroll, and it may be the BEST spot on the BEST beach. It was great to have access to everything we needed for the beach, at this condo. Close walk to some of the best restaurants on the island including Zuchini's, Chalet Suisse, and Screaming Eagle. The pool is great, if not a little quaint, and quite often private. Overall a very good, safe, and relaxing place to stay when visitjng Aruba. We will be back!

Eagle Beach condo

This has been one of the best stays we've ever had. The condo is literally less than 5 mins from the beach. It drops you right into the south portion of eagle, which has less of a crowd and very quiet. The condo it self was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was functional and ready to go. I contacted Jerry the day before checking out and asked if we could get a late check out, due to the shuttle service not picking us up till 1pm. He quickly replied and said yes. We checked in with the property manager who was able to push our check out walk thru till 1230. We will definitely try and book the same unit on our next stay. Thanks Jerry

First trip to Aruba

Great rental!

We had a great experience at Aruba Breeze! Great communication with the property owner and property manager. They were wonderful with our requests and very helpful. The rental was perfect for our needs. They provided beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, and a wagon to haul it all. The walk to the beach is short and a straight shot from the community. The community is peaceful and very clean. There are two pools on the property and both are well maintained. I would recommend this rental for sure!

Aruba family getaway

Jerry’s condo was perfect - quiet neighborhood with literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. We rented a car, so it only took several minutes to drive and park. The beds are super comfortable, condo was very clean and well appointed. We had plenty of kitchen items/cutlery/dishes to use if we cooked. The kids enjoyed the use of the pools on property, they are very clean and well maintained. And the staff that welcomed us and checked us out were very friendly and gave us great tips of the island. If we come back we definitely will book this condo again. We load a fantastic time!

Aruba Breeze - absolutely beautiful

Great communication with Jerry and property staff, well before, during and after our arrival. Gated and quiet condo area. We used the swimming pool in the early to late evenings after spending the day at beaches. Nice grill area too. Beach chairs and mats, coolers and noodles were pluses. The entire inside of the condo was wonderful. Kitchen area with a full fridge, dish washer and close by, in the utility room were the washer and dryer. Upstairs bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We would stay again - thank you Jerry for everything!!

Fantastic townhouse condo w short walk to beach!!

The owners and managers were extremely easy to deal with and very friendly!! The condo was exactly as advertised and actually more than I expected. The downstairs had a fantastic open floor plan with livingroom, dining and kitchen all open to each other. Had its own laundry room too. The upstairs has two large bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Master has beautiful deck overlooking the condo courtyard which has two fantastic pools. We had two of our friends families over during week and grilled by pool and ate at outdoor tables. The best part is the condo was a 3min walk to arubas eagle Beach, which is drop dead gorgeous!! Owners even provided beach chairs and beach toys for our son to play with!! I've been to Aruba over 20times and this was one of our favorite trips!! Highly recommend this rental!!

Perfect Location

We reviewed, like you are now, a lot of places, and the key for us was being close to the beach and centrally located. We were able to find that plus a secure location with Jerry's place. I walked to the beach most mornings to catch the sunrise. We were a quick drive almost everywhere. There are places to eat on the same block and in a nice 15min walk. Driving in either directions without turning left or right runs you in to plenty of stuff to do on either side. The ride from the airport is fairly easy (minus GPS wanting us to come up from the rear) and once you do it once, you've got it down. Safe. Clean. Comfortable. Cozy. Spacious. I'd want to stay right here should I return to visit Aruba.
