Sleeps up to 22 people. This 11 bedroom home is located at the Encore Resort, less than a 10 minute drive to Walt Disney World and their 4 incredible theme parks! Conveniently located for you and your loved ones to experience and enjoy, Walt Disney World's proximity from this vacation home is an added bonus while staying on the Encore Club property!

The Encore Club also offers exclusive amenities right on property including a waterpark with thrilling drop and twisting slides, multiple restaurants and bars, and an amenity center with a fitness room and kid's area! This home is perfectly situated within walking distance from all of these amazing amenities including steps away from the waterpark. Sleeping up to 22 people, featuring spacious and comfortable bedrooms across both floors. The upper floor loft area is equipped with a PS4 video game console as well as a pool and shuffleboard table, so the fun does not have to end at the theme parks! Also the home theater is the perfect place to relax and unwind after those long theme park days and watch your favorite movie on a large projection screen! You and your family also have the added luxury of your very own private swimming pool and spillover spa right outside your patio doors to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather!

21st birthday stay
Great location within easy reach of supermarkets and restaurants. Easy drive to Disney, slightly further to Universal but still easy depending on I4 traffic. House is within a secure gated resort, it was well equipped and bedrooms all well furnished, we felt the pool was smaller than implied in the pictures and not a pool for 22 people. We had an issue with the toilet in the master suite which didn’t get resolved. The outdoor seating was very dated and dirty looking and not appealing to sit at. Overall a great holiday and would definitely recommend if the outside area got a refresh

The location was great. We had trouble with the Uber drivers finding our address on Maps. It marked it in a different location. And the hot tub was never hot. They came down and worked on it twice, but our bathwater was warmer than the hot tub was. Other than that it was a great experience and the house was Great!

Family Reunion
We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to experience this beautiful house. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen and very clean throughout. The amenities were exactly as in the description and everyone was able to enjoy all aspects of the water park, game room, movie theater, and private pool. If you have a family of 18 or more with teenage kids or older, this is a perfect place for you!

Perfect location and facility for family reunion
Our extended family (7 families, 20+ people, ages 6-86) assembled for a week of vacationing and this property was perfect for our needs. Everyone had a spacious bedroom, and almost everyone had a private bath. The open living space was very much appreciated as it allowed us to communicate whether we we on the couch, at the HUGE dining room table, or in the kitchen. The dual refrigerators and ovens were a life-saver and allowed us to feed our group of 20+ easily. The upstairs social spaces and their amenities (shuffleboard, theater room) were also put to frequent use. The resort itself is also outstanding. The waterpark was much larger and of higher quality than we expected, and the kids loved it. It is located close to the Disney resorts, only a short 10 minute drive away. We would absolutely stay there again. Our family has been coming to Florida for reunions for close to 20 years, and this was the best property we have stayed in. Highly recommended!

Great for a large family trip
We’ve just stayed in this property for two weeks and had a fantastic time, the house was great for a big family. Plenty of room to spread out and different places to gather so you can be together or take some time for yourself. The furniture is getting tired in places but on the whole lovely. We had a couple of issues with the pool but they were resolved quickly by the management team. Only negative is that the cleaning crew didn’t seem to do a good job on handover, our feet and socks were dirty from the floors and we found dirty socks and empty food wrappers in the beds but we didn’t report this at the time. The estate is lovely and the on site restaurant and water park were visited numerous times by various members of our party Overall a fab trip and I would stay again!

Place was nice but needs some minor repairs.
Let’s start with the cons. Place needs a little love, couches are like bricks, TV’s in most rooms didn’t work, theater room was extremely challenging to figure out, pool water was extremely low water upon arrival. Pros neighborhood was nice, gated community, close to restaurants, I did extend the stay and the owner was great about accommodating the change. All and all good place to stay for a golf trip with adults.

Great Location!
We have rented this home for two years in a row now. Great location and space inside for a large group. The only negative is that the home is not clean. We usually have to clean it ourselves upon arrival. If it was not for lack of cleanliness, this house would be a 10!

It was just okay
The house is beautiful . We arrived early and wanted to check in at least 2 hours early , but come to find out Jeeves doesn't like to do early check in . I was not happy . And added to this plenty of bathrooms had no toiletries, especially hand soap , really ?!?! . Plenty of things that were not given even though it was described in the final details of the rental . I won't rent a home that has Jeeves as there management company . Thank goodness my family made the weekend fun .

Great location and house
Our family enjoyed our time together. The house is a great size for such a large crowd, but it also felt like everyone had their own separate areas at night. It's a very spacious house and was very clean. We didn't have any issues other than gaining access when w first arrived, but that was quickly resolved by Jeeves (the local managing company). We enjoyed the back yard pool (minus having to push the button each time you go out or come in, but I am assuming that's some type of requirement), and the water park was a blast! We went to Disney four of the days, and it was easy to get to all the parks from this location. Thank you for renting this home and allowing our family to create wonderful memories. I would recommend booking this house for your next Orlando area vacation.

Great place
The house was great, management was great. Had problems with some of the tvs and the slow cooking stove but thank goodness we didn't cook much. We used the catering service. The property amenities were great and thr grandkids loved it. The pool was wonderful, the patio chair cushions could use a scrubbing. None of the cons would effect me renting this home again. Thank you for a great home stay

My Experience
The resort property was great. I loved the location of the property in proximity to the main resort. The pictures shown on the website we taken a while back as the property is no longer in that condition. Though the owner was responsive there were main small items that needed attention that were obviously broken and should have been repaired. This included: light bulbs that were missing in several bathrooms and the main dining area. Also the TVs did not work in most bathrooms and after several calls and promised to repair it was never done. The stove did not work well at all and took too long to heat. we did not bother to complain as at this point we had to make due. Things we liked: The house location, as mentioned before, the 2 fridge, the theater room, the smart TVs. Regards!
