PGA Resort Golf Villa - vesi- ja golfnäkymät

PGA: n golfhuvilat ovat kokoelma 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, jotka sijaitsevat klubitalon ja PGA Resort -hotellin lähellä. Tämä on hiljattain uusittu ylemmän tason 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy golfvilla, josta on vesi ja golf-näkymät suurelta suojatulla kannen ympärillä. Kysy alennusta yli kuukaudeksi.

Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 kaksoset. Molemmat makuuhuoneet ovat suuria ja jaettu asettelu lisää yksityisyyttä. Suuri kääri kannen ympärille nauttiaksesi näkymistä vedestä ja golfista. Kaksi yhteisön uima-allasta on täydellinen paikka rentoutua päivän jälkeen kurssilla. On olemassa kolme televisiota, joissa on lähes 100 kaapelikanavaa. WIFI ja ilmainen kaukopuhelin ovat yksikössä.

Perfect location. Comfortable villa. Only downside we’re stains on the rugs.

Nice that the property was equipped with coffee filters, a days supply of coffee, Little detergent, all the necessities needed for the week.

Nice condo in great location

This is the second time we have stayed in unit. Unit is clean with great natural sunlight which is nice. Owner responds quickly to any questions. This is our second time renting this unit

Beautiful facility!

This apartment is decorated beautifully. Furniture upscale, new, comfortable, workable and top notch. That being said, we have used VRBO all over the US and Europe, and I feel this is one of the best with one caveat....the amenities are lacking. Towels, good, but it took us 3 days to find them...the check in directions should state there is a linen closet in the main bath. There was no garbage bag in the kitchen garbage can, and none to be found...meaning we had to buy a whole box., Ditto for Kleenex and toilet paper. Beautiful Keurig coffee maker...supply at least 2 cups for someone coming in late when they don't feel like shopping. There was liquid hand soap, bar soap and dish washing liquid. Didn't use dishwasher, so don't know if dishwasher pellets were provided. No dishtowels in kitchen. A role of paper towels containing about 10 sheets. So...just the amenities are missing. Otherwise this is a great rental......Oh, one more thing. the vertical shades in the 2nd bedroom are so broken and slats missing (and the bedroom faces on the parking lot) that there is no way someone could use that bedroom and have any privacy. We had no reason to use it, so it wasn't a problem for us. Correct these small things and this would be a rental fit for anyone.

Lovely condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Helen's condo. The house was very clean and had everything we needed - it is even nicer than the photos. The kids loved the 2 pools nearby. Helen responded very quickly when I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Vrbo Experience!

This was hands down the best vrbo experience we have ever had. My husband and I, our two children and our small hypoallergenic dog had to leave on very short notice to go to FL because of a family emergency. Helen was so helpful and worked with us getting in the same day, was very responsive (within minutes) and understanding. Check in and out was super easy and clear. This was a very difficult time for our family and staying in Helen’s home provided comfort for us. We had the most comfortable beds, spacious area, screened in patio for adult conversation away from kids, and most important to me…super clean. Our family is very close to Helen’s property and I can safely say I know where I’m staying our next visit. I will highly recommend his property. Especially if you once and for all would like a property that is exactly as described.

Quiet condo in a nice resort community.

Overall we had a very enjoyable time in this condo. The check-in and checkout process are very easy. The resort is beautiful and the pool is just a short walk from the condo. The owners, Bruce and Helen, were very accommodating and easy to communicate with via phone and email. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable - a perfect set-up for a family with two children as the extra bedroom has two twin beds and its own full bath. The screened-in patio was really nice as it overlooks a little waterway and you can see the golf course in the distance. The community itself is quiet - there are not a lot of children running around. RENTERS: please note that this community does not allow pick-up trucks to be parked overnight. In the rental description, it said no trucks parked overnight, but I wrongly assumed that meant commercial trucks. We found out the hard way that means personal vehicles as well. We are from Georgia, where a lot of people have pick-up trucks as their personal/family vehicle...and I had never seen this type of restriction before. We drove our family's new Ford King Ranch down to FL for vacation, only to be ticketed by security the first night. Bruce and Helen were kind to contact the HOA on our behalf, but we still had to park offsite for a few nights at the resort's hotel and walk to our condo so we wouldn't be ticketed and towed. Just don't make our same mistake, and you will have a very enjoyable trip!

Enjoyable short stay

Rented this condo for five nights over the New Year period. Comfortable, clean and well equipped with large lanai. Set in quiet golf location reasonably near to shops, restaurants etc. Very much enjoyed our short stay and would stay again if visiting the Palm Beach area.

Excellent golf setting property

As a repeat winter season renter of this property, we are very pleased with its layout in PGA National and it's close proximity to restaurants and shopping.
