Very short walk to the beach! Private pool with a beautiful view of the marsh!

Beautiful home built in 2020 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home is located on the west end of Holden Beach with the beach access at less than 3 minute walk away.
Enjoy the private pool with tons of sun and shade for the whole family to enjoy. Pool can be heated for a small fee. Picnic table, deck chairs, gas grill, enclosed hot and cold shower.
The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking meals convenient and easy. Enjoy the water view while preparing meals and doing dishes.
The 3 bedrooms and living space have smart TVs and ceiling fans. The open floor plan allows the family to spend quality time together.
Off season bookings now open! Minimum 3 night stay.

They’re filling up fast so get your prime vacation week booked early!
During peak season we accept 7 day rentals only (Saturday-Saturday)

An additional cleaning/linen fee of $200 is applied. Pool heater is available for $250 for the week.
Guests are responsible for beach towels, toiletries, paper products etc.

Great vacation even with Debby
We really enjoyed our trip to Holden Beach even though Debby messed up the weather most of the week. The house was wonderful and Tammy was very easy to reach if we had a question. We definitely want to come back!!

Amazing beach house at Holden!
This was our second time staying at this house and it was EVEN BETTER this time around (if that was even possible!). Our first visit was in 2022, but since then, Tammy has updated the living room furniture, added a built-in desk nook, stained the stairs/porch/deck, and kept this beautiful home in immaculate condition. Everything was so clean and inviting. The pool was pristine. Everyone in our family had somewhere to relax (multiple options!) and our favorite time was spent on the screened porch where we watched deer grazing in the march -- and poolside! We can't wait to come back "home" to Holden next year - it is a treasure!

Beautiful views and home
This cottage has everything you could ever need! The pool area and palm trees are just beautiful and relaxing overlooking the marsh. You can even see boats on the ICW. The interior of the house is just perfect. Love the screened porch! And love the storage room with toys and bikes. Tammy let us check in early and was a great communicator! Hope to stay again.

Another Amazing Vacation
This is our second time staying at Tammy's home on the west side of the island. It is perfect for our family and we LOVED all the updates that have been done since our last visit. The house is beautiful, cozy, clean and so well designed on the inside. The additional of the screen porch was perfect! We were able to enjoy on evenings on the porch without the bugbites! The kids loved the pool and the storage even contained fun floaties and sand toys for the beach! I especially enjoyed the bikes for a nice beach cruise. The kitchen comes equipped with anything you need and the rooms are stocked with comfy beds, clean sheets and towels. The house is a short walk to beach access and if you go to the one on the left, its very quiet with tons of space to set up. We got very lucky this week and got to see 2 different turtle nests close and watch the babies make their way to the ocean for the first time. Highly reccommend Tammys cozy home!

Paradise!
We absolutely LOVED this property. The pictures don’t do it justice. When we walked in we were amazed. Tammy was the perfect host and in contact with us for anything we needed. The welcome basket was a kind and thoughtful touch. The beds were comfortable, the house was impressively clean, the screened porch and pool area was incredible. We are already trying to figure out when we can rebook. Our ages ranged from 3-46 and the walk to and from the beach was just fine. I can’t say enough about this house and our experience. We will be back!

Perfectly appointed, great for relaxing!
We've been coming to Holden Beach for over 30 years, and this was the cleanest, most well-maintained, well-appointed house we've ever stayed in. We were very pleasantly surprised by all the "extras" and small, thoughtful details at the house (from furniture to decor to kitchen amenities to laundry supplies, etc, etc!). We chose to rent a golf cart for the week for the short trip to the beach access (and other fun on-island drives), but the walk isn't bad or far at all. The pool and screened porch (both with ample, comfortable furniture!) were huge hits and provided great views. We didn't want to leave! Tammy was a great host; we really hope to return someday!

The most relaxing week

Simple Twist of Holden Happiness
This was our 1st stay at Holden Beach. It is very family oriented with great ice cream! Check in was easy with a lockbox. Communication with Tammy was great!! We needed a new pool skimmer and one was delivered the same day. The pool and outside furniture was so nice. The black rod iron fence allowed views of the marsh. Other rentals we noticed had solid white fencing which would not allow for a view. We went to the beach around 10am and then cooled off in the pool mid afternoon when the pool had shade. The screened in porch helped with bugs but would recommend bringing bug spray if sitting outside of the porch at night. We ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed (even had tools to crack our king crabs with). The walk was not far to the beach. The road you cross is not busy on that side of the island but it did seem like some of the cars went more than 35 mph. There is a sidewalk on the main road and that was nice for biking. The pool was cleaned professionally twice the week we were there. Check out was on a Saturday at 10am. We did get caught in traffic trying to leave at that time and go back across the bridge. You may want to try to leave earlier or if there is a different day to arrive and leave other than Saturday that may be even better. We left a couple items behind and Tammy has offered to mail them to us. She was a wonderful hostess and very prompt in communicating with us when we had a question!

A great place to stay...
I would highly recommend this property. My family stayed at the home the first week of June and had a great time. We had 5 adults for the entire week and found the home very inviting and comfortable. This is one of the smaller homes we have stayed in compared to previous years, but with our kids now young adults, we didn't have the need to find "extra" space for them. The home is beautifully decorated and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal if desired. The pool area is wonderful with the marsh as your background. We spent nearly everyday at the beach in the morning and early afternoon and sat at the pool in the late afternoon early evening. The screened in back porch provides amazing bug-free views in the morning and evening. The host is outstanding! She is quick to respond to questions and actually stopped in to show us how to properly lock the doors as we were having a few issues. She also went above and beyond any responsibility she had and assisted us with getting our kids to the airport after their Uber ride didn't show up. I have nothing but positive comments on the property and host. We have already booked our return visit for next year.

Super clean and well appointed three bedroom Beachhouse for the family
My family just spent 10 days at this super clean and well appointed three bedroom Beachhouse for the family.. The host, Tammy was very responsive to any question we had before and while staying at the home. There was an appliance issue and it was rectified immediately. The bikes and pool floats could be better. My only real issue was the couch wasn’t the most comfortable spot but overall I would definitely go here again.

Perfect place to relax
We had a wonderful week! The beach is just steps away and we even spent a few hours on turtle hatching watch (wish we could have gone back the next night to see them!). The pool was lovely and the perfect spot to float and read. The screened porch and a well equipped kitchen rounded out a great week. Tammy was so quick to respond to our questions and a great host!

Based on the photos of 126 Seagull we were very excited for our first vacation at Holden Beach. The photos were accurate because this home was absolutely wonderful! A dream vacation!
Our vacation in this beautiful home was nothing short of a dream! We have rented for years with larger family in Holden, and selected to stay a second week as just our family (my husband and I and our children). This home was absolutely perfect! We felt right at home from the moment we walked in- even greeted with a wonderful welcome package! The pictures in the listing do not do this property justice - it is beautifully decorated and stocked in a way I’ve never found a rental property before in my life! In particular this surprise helped us so much- with limited car space we didn’t find ourselves now having to buy cleaning products, cooking spices, etc. that we wouldn’t have room to take home then (we often just leave these items behind for next families!) The kitchen was fully stocked with just about any pot/pan/dishes you could hope for and then some! We loved the screened in porch and the amazing view of the sunrise each morning too! The pool was perfect, giving us the option of being in full sun in the am or the perfect way to cool off in the shade in the evening after a long day at the beach. I appreciated very much the selection of furniture on many levels- the new oversized lounge couches by pool and rockers on porch were divine while the furniture in kitchen/bar area were perfect for a family with children as they were adorable and cute yet also easily cleaned :-) We simply loved the light up palm tree in the living area space- it served as a perfect night light for our small children if they needed to go to bathroom in middle of night while also just adding a touch of fun to the home too! And the backdrop of the two beautiful palms by the pool made it feel like we were in our little own private oasis! The layout of the home provided the children’s rooms NOT on the sunrise side allowing them to sleep in a little too…which was perfect haha! While we had the intention of only being able to do this special vacation with our smaller family once, we had just such an amazing time that my husband and I have decided it’s a must-do vacation again and are already working with Tammy on our return trip to her amazing home next year.

Wonderful home!
Simple Twist of Holden was a great property for up to 6 people. It was clean, well-decorated, and fully stocked. Beach access was easy...and made easier by the newly paved road. The pool was a wonderful refuge when we needed to cool off. Tammy was responsive to any questions or requests. Overall, this was an excellent choice! Our family would highly recommend a Simple Twist to others.

Beautiful and quiet beach stay for family with kids!
We loved our stay at Simple Twist! This home was PERFECT for our family of 5. When walking through the front door, we were blown away by the cleanliness and comfort. The floorpan is fantastic! The kitchen is huge - lots of room to move/socialize and the counter space is vast. While we cooked, out kids hung out on the screened porch or the living room - both spaces were right there in view. Our kid's rooms were on the side of the house where the sun set, so no early risers when the sun came up! Bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of linens. Every window has blinds, except for the patio doors in the living room -- but they lookout to the marsh and it's a view not to be missed! When on the back screened porch, we enjoyed rocking in the new cushioned chairs (kick your feet up on the ottomans!) and playing cards on the high top dinette. There was a collection of books and games for our use in the house as well! Since we have a toddler - safety is always a concern when staying at a home with a pool. No worries here! The screened porch has a lock (no one falling down the stairs by curiously opening the door) and there is a gate going down the stairs with a lock before you get to the pool deck. There is a metal fence surrounding the pool with a gate at the front (near the parking area) -- so no worries about young kids running out of the deck area without an adult. Also, since there are no stairs inside the house, we felt so at ease not needing a baby gate. The pool was wonderful. We had it heated for the week due to recent rain and it was such a bonus for our family. We were surprised by the 2 new cushioned lounge chairs -- it felt like a resort!! There are bikes and pool/beach toys in the storage room -- there is lethally something for EVERYONE. We spotted plenty of deer (mom & baby!) and rabbits right outside. The walk to the beach is smooth & easy (we brought a wagon for our beach gear and toddler), and the beach access is all ramp, no steps. The beach is so clean and gently slopes - very walkable and such nice families there when we stayed. Neighbors next to the house (and all down the street) were so kind and friendly. We felt secure as we stayed in this home for the week. Tammy is AMAZING. She was such a wonderful host, was available by text or phone all week in case we needed anything, and treated us like family. We will book again for next year as we absolutely loved this experience!

Relaxing Vacation at Simple Twist of Holden
We enjoyed ourselves immensely at your beach house. We especially enjoyed the pool. Everything was meticulously done from the decor to the well-stocked kitchen and baths. It was very clean and felt good. Thank you!

Perfect choice!
With two young adult children, this was the perfect vacation home for us! Nice location with beautiful views. Quiet street within walking distance to the beach. The house has a nice floor plan and is beautifully decorated. We spent our days on the beach, in the pool, and biking to Sailfish Park to watch the sunset. It was really nice to have a gas grill, as many rentals don’t have them, and our best meals were the ones we prepared in the well stocked kitchen. Finally, the owner is wonderful and was a huge help in making this vacation happen. We’ll be back!
