Featuring 1 King Size bed and 1 double-size sofa-bed, Egyptian cotton linens, fully equipped Kitchenette, flat screen TVs, balcony and access to our vanishing-edge pool with beach-style entry. Loved it!

Beautiful location, we loved the pool and poolside service. The apartment was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

I had to evacuate for the hurricane,It took them 5 hours to get me checked in. I have medical issues and was not feeling well. They didn't care at all. They could have switched my room. There was also an issue with me confirming my reservation. Called 15 times I kept getting hung up on or no one answered the phone. The reservation line for all of the Melia's said they had no reservation for me even with all the confirmation #'s I gave them. Took a day and a half before I could get it confirmed. NOT GOOD when a hurricane is coming and I had to get things done! Bad experience with the manager at the hotel as well. Bad attitude and would do nothing to help at all. I also asked for one other thing which was a cart so I could load up all my things from evacuating. As I went alone and didn't want to get locked out of my room. They said yes, they would do that, but no one ever came. I called again to the front desk and asked for help with getting a cart. I was told no we don't offer that service and I was to find someone to help me. I told her I was alone, Her response I don't know what to tell you. Doesn't look good when a disabled person asks for help.

It's Just a Hotel Suite

If you are expecting a personally-owned condo, this isn't it; it's a hotel property offering room/suite reservations. You check in just as you would at any other hotel, and you get whatever room location they give you. The suite is basic, with a large kitchen, small dining area, and serviceable living area (we had a sofa and a chair). All of the living room furniture was easy-to-clean pleather or vinyl; not exactly "snuggle up and stay a while" comfy. The rooms are soundproofed well, though. The kitchen has a full fridge, stovetop, microwave, tiny dishwasher, and enough basic supplies to cook a simple meal. The fridge does not have an ice maker, so you'll need to go down the hall. The bathroom is very large but very sparse with one sink, toilet, and plain tub. You can soak your front or your back, but not both at the same time. It felt like wasted space that could have been used much better. Your reservation includes snacks and water - when we checked in our room had 2 waters, 2 sodas, 2 juices, and 2 bags of chips. The WATER is the only thing that is restocked during your stay, so don't eat it all on night one. Your reservation also includes 1-hour Happy Hour every day at the outside bar, with free drinks, if that's your thing. Lastly, and unfortunately, be prepared to wait a while at check-in. This is the second time we used this hotel (once as a hotel, and once as a VRBO), and both times, check-in has been painfully slow!

Bad furnishings

The bedroom of this unit was comfort and adequately equipped. The sitting room was another story! The couch was absolutely the worst we have ever encountered anywhere. It belongs in a dump. Only one other chair other than kitchen chairs were available and it was not great. They really need to improve that furniture.

Great Hotel, check in rough

The property is amazing and especially convenient when your staying with your pet. However the beds need updating and the staff needs to do a better job of communicating the room location upon arrival. I was given a room number with 4 digits when it was supposed to be 3 digits and a letter to identify the building. Was sent from one building to the next by the staff and they each indicated something different. Finally driving.me back to the front desk where the clerk realized that the information provided on the card was incorrect. The rest of the trio was.amazing! Loved the property, location and convenience.

We enjoyed our 21 days. The room/apartment was nice. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!

Dog friendly.

Excellent property especially if you have pet, very welcoming. You can’t beat the location for the theme parks and nearby businesses.
