Unbelievable view in beautiful, spacious villa

The views are spectacular and the villa is quite spacious. Hiking trails, beaches, and great snorkeling are within walking distance. It was truly easy to get to wonderful food and shopping. We have never stayed this far N on Maui but it did not disappoint. We enjoyed every aspect of this stay!

Excellent Getaway

The Condo is even better in person! We arrived mid-day and were blown away by the location and the views, and proximity to the best beaches! We had everything we needed to enjoy cooking, relaxing, and going out to enjoy the local beaches. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent stay!

We are a family of 4 who thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We played tennis everyday, swam in the pool and visited the beach just below the unit. Superb location and amenities. Condo had everything we needed to cook, visit the beach, and relax! It was also tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork. We hope to visit again!

Incredible Location

This property is phenomenal . The location in Kapalua is private , peaceful , and sits with a mind -blowing view of the ocean on all sides . We had a great stay! The views are mesmerizing. The unit is very close to a bunch of great restaurants (make reservations!!), and beaches. The owner has supplied all the things you need to really enjoy Maui- top notch chairs and umbrella, as well as the kitchen being stocked with any tools you might need- if you choose to cook! Great property.

We had a wonderful time at Kapalua at The Bay Villas. Ron and Ken’s condo is amazing. The breathtaking view and the comfort of the condo is worthy of five stars. Check in and check out was effortless and we will definitely stay there again. The short walk to three first class beaches was great. We know the Napili Kapalua area of Lahaina and this condo is a real find. Great price. Great digs!! Thank you Ron and Ken for a great vacation.

Amazing Condo!

This Condo is AMAZING!!! We were here celebrating my Dad's 60th Birthday and our first time ever to Hawaii! This condo is EXACTLY as described on the listing...even BETTER!!! Totally exceeded our expectations. The view was fantastic and we saw whales every single night right from our balcony. I can not say enough positive things about this rental experience. We had an outstanding stay. The property was even better than described. Location was perfect. Just a few feet from the pool and a very short walk to an awesome sandy beach. Snorkeling was also close by. We had three teenagers and there was plenty of room to spread out. TV had Roku and tons of cable stations. Kitchen was well appointed and finishes throughout were top notch. Highly recommend this property for great views, great location and amenities.

Amaxing Kapalua Views

This beautiful condo does not disappoint. The living spaces and bedrooms are large, comfortable, well lit and the high ceilings make you feel like you are outside. The kitchen is very well equipped, as it the closet with beach accessories. The location is handy for the Kapula shuttle, walks along the coastal trail, walking distance to Kapalua Bay beach - one of the best snorkelling places on the island. Our favourite part of the condo is the panoramic view and the balcony whale watching. A truely special place.

Nice condo with beautiful view!

Conveniently located, well-maintained, well-stocked condo with beautiful view. My husband and I stayed in the downstair bedroom, our 13-year-old slept in the open loft area upstairs. Morning light did not seem to bother him. This condo has a wow effect and is tastefully decorated. I especially like the wood carving screens on the street side. It gave us privacy and was easy for me to find our condo.

Beautiful, Magical and Perfect. Superb location to explore the best of Maui's North/West Shore, charge your friend a couple hundred bucks to come to your place and watch whales all day long. The place is beautiful, the view is tremendous and it is stocked with everything you need- including things like toys and boogie boards for the kids and even paper towels and coffee filters which really helps after a long day of traveling. Ron is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Highly Recommended. We will be back soon. Mahalo Nui Loa!

Great Views, all day long!

This was great space for our family of four, with two kids who are deep sleepers (staying in the open loft bedroom). The views from the living space and loft are outstanding and generally private. The walk to the beach is convenient, but does require some stair climbing (but the reward is worth it). Closet stacked with beach gear is nice (one of the boogie boards broken, but even with that, enough to go around). The home was mostly clean throughout at check in. Responses to our needs by the property management team was outstanding. Oh and, they win the prize for the most electronic remote controls per square foot. Overall, a great property.

Amazing stay!

We just got back from a wonderful 12 day vacation in Maui. Part of what made our time in Maui so special was getting to stay in this beautiful condo. Where to begin? The views are simply incredible. Everything has been thought of with this place--the kitchen is well-appointed with everything you could need to make meals at home. The beds are comfortable and even the couches and chairs made this such a lovely place to come back to after a day of adventures. We loved the location too because we were in walking distance of coastal walking trails and nearby bays and beaches. The area was quiet and calming, as opposed to some of the other areas of the island. We've stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and this one is our favorite thus far. The Baskins are awesome hosts! We thank them for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Stay in Kapalua

My family including my husband and my adult son and his girlfriend had a wonderful time staying at the beautiful Baskin Bay Villa. The 180 degree views of the ocean from all the windows were amazing. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for the beach. The kitchen was, likewise, was well equipped and stocked with the basics for cooking. The villa was perfectly located for a walk to the beach and the pool was close by too. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Also, the property manager was available to answer all our questions and responsive to all our requests, especially when we forgot a piece of luggage. They were easy to communicate with and took care of shipping it back to us expeditiously. We would definitely love to rent this villa when we return to Kapaula in the future.
