Coastal decor living area includes floor to ceiling windows to allow stunning views of the Lagoon Pool. Kick back on the leather sofa (which converts to a queen-sized sleeper with upgraded gel mattress) or relax in the leather loveseat or leather recliner and catch a game or watch a movie on the massive 65" screen Smart TV or Blu-ray/DVD player.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Prepare a meal or tasty snack in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Dining area includes a table for four where a game of cards or a board game can transpire for some evening fun.

BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to four guest between the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The bedroom boasts a massive 65" Smart TV for enjoying your favorite shows. A king bed with hotel-quality linens promises a restful nights sleep. The floor to ceiling windows allows a full view of the Lagoon pool or pull the blackout drapes for relaxing uninterrupted sleep. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. An in-unit washer/dryer is provided.

WiFi, community grilling, picnic area, community laundry facilities, luggage carts and a fitness center overlooking the pool. Make sure to catch the sunset on Luau's Sunset Deck located on the 11th floor of Luau II. It offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf coast and Choctawhatchee Bay.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at at 10 a.m. The condo is equipped with a keyless entry system that makes check-in a breeze; no keys, no front desk, no worries if arriving late. You go directly to the unit anytime after 4 p.m. of the check-in day and use your assigned door code that has been generated for your stay. Early check-in or late check is rarely possible during peak season (May through October) due to housekeeping preparing for the upcoming guest to check-in that afternoon.

SECURITY
The Luau is located in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® which is a gated community with 24/7 controlled entrance. Our custom door lock offers contactless check-in with a door code generated just for your stay.

PARKING
Two levels of parking garage. Clearance is 6'10". Parking for one vehicle per unit.
